The Great One said: Immaculate self-arisen, the supreme of views, The flawless nature of the lotus, Free from desire for any form, All grasping is naturally absent. Like the expanse of the sky, there is nothing, Self-arisen great bliss is the nature of reality. Happiness comes from abandoning actions and clinging mind, The nature of being free from clinging is, The supreme bliss of being free from attachment. Luminosity is free from all obscuring sides, The wisdom without obscuration is clear. In the view of the essence of the one vehicle, There is no acceptance or rejection of good or bad, Therefore, there is neither happiness nor suffering. There is no need to negate or affirm, Because everything arises from this, It is the nature of the wish-fulfilling jewel. Since it is primordially so, there is no need to do anything, It is not brought to completion by effort and striving. It is the supreme of decisive fearlessness, The nature of the mind of enlightenment is, There is no object to look at elsewhere. The view is not made by the mind, It is by the power of the all-pervading Brahma. Habitual imprints and characteristics are suppressed, Experiencing the secret meaning, the mind of clear light. In meaning, it is free from indicative words and phrases, Being impartial is the realm of view. The entrance is wide, the supreme of paths, Suffering and delusion are naturally liberated. By realizing self-seeing without an object, There is no object of characteristic things. Appearance and non-cessation are non-dual, There is no looking at the mind, it is of great meaning. Being free from action is the supreme of meaning, Being free from all hope, there is no abandonment or attainment. The view of self-arisen bliss is, Not established as an object of appearance. Luminosity and great bliss are as deep as the ocean, Like the light of a jewel, it arises from itself. Possessing confidence, being free from doubt, Self-awareness, the valid cognition, is manifestly clear. By the reasoning of the three valid cognitions, It is said to be the means of realizing that very nature. Thus it was said. From the Secret General Tantra, The seventeenth chapter, which teaches the view. Then, Vajrapani the Great One, asked Vajrasattva how to practice samadhi, Vajrapani the Great One said: The nature of reality, which cannot be meditated upon, is, Because it is free from mental fabrication, Without clinging mind, it is naturally happy. Being free from accumulation, there is no clinging mind, Because movement is pacified, there is no place to rest. Because there are no characteristics, it cannot be grasped, Because it is free from color, it is free from form. Without meditation, without distraction, it is naturally happy, Without meditating, the natural state cannot be altered. Without dullness or drowsiness, it is free from faults, Without scattering, there is no clinging to objects.

Because there is no diligent mind, there is no need to create. Whatever appears is the natural state of self-nature. Do not meditate, do not grasp, be free from desire. Do not enter into the realm, abide naturally. Clarity is free from all obscuring directions. The birth of delusion is naturally absent. There is no attachment to the side of characteristics. Abide in a state free from distinction. Do not move or grasp anything. Like the mind in a dark abyss. The nature of non-thought is naturally clear. Bliss abides in a state of non-thought. The supreme meaning of having no grasping mind. There is no focus on the realm of characteristics. The wisdom that is not cultivated is clear in itself. The thoughts of attachment are naturally purified. Non-moving, non-grasping, the supreme view. Unfabricated, self-illuminating, supreme bliss. In all activities of walking, sleeping, sitting, and dwelling. Without interruption, free from the mind of effort. There is no need to rely on the essence of delusion. Whatever form appears. It will not change by following it. When there is no opportunity for grasping, whatever happens. It abides without interruption in the three times. Do not meditate, let go of actions in meaning. Without meditation, there is no abandonment in meaning. Because it has not moved from one's own mind. Therefore, there is no need to rely on the side of essence. In the view of wisdom and clarity. Free from the meaning of words, like a way of doing things. Do not follow any awareness. Like the metaphor of a lamp, dispel the darkness. That is the very nature, there is no need to seek. Self-born bliss arises naturally. There is no obscuration in the clear mind. The blazing wisdom, the ornament of play. Thus it abides in the state of non-fabrication. There is no seeking in the body, no desire. If you do not gain freedom of mind. Then you cannot cut off the realm of the six realms of samsara. If the king of freedom is realized. Then the accomplishment of bliss arises from itself. Away from the unchanging grasping mind. Because the power of karma is strong, it does not deceive oneself. There is no movement of any discriminating thoughts. The mind of self-born wrong thoughts does not arise. Naturally unspoken, free from words. The mind of this is this and this is not does not arise. There is no passing away in the three times. If you mainly abide in one view. Then the desired result will arise. Meditation abides in itself, without movement. Unfabricated, ungrasped, naturally as it is. Self-nature is unfabricated, free from essence. Because there is no dependence on anything, it is blissful. Thus it was said. From the Secret General Tantra. This is the eighteenth chapter, which explains Samadhi. Then, the great lord of secrets asked Vajrapani Bodhisattva, what is the meaning of Vajra conduct? The great lord of secrets replied: Not
