Is vast, and the conduct is knowing self-liberation. The metaphor for conduct is like a skilled physician, Whatever is touched transforms into medicine. The common conduct is pacifying one's own continuum, The special one is showing amrita, The supreme conduct's teaching is, The conduct of the Great Perfection. Arising spontaneously as skillful means, thus liberated, Arising spontaneously as wisdom, conduct is liberated. Arising spontaneously as skillful means, perfected in oneself, Arising spontaneously as wisdom, manifesting in oneself, perfected in oneself. Since skillful means and wisdom are without separation, One perfected in the other is the supreme of conduct. Skillful means and wisdom in union, Skillful means and wisdom, the two of self-liberation, Only the names are similar, but superior in meaning, Are taught as the superior conduct. Thus it is said. From the Tantra of Averting the War of the Asuras, the tenth chapter, the teaching of conduct for attaining the fruit. Thereafter, the true meaning is to be explained, Listen, Vajra Dharma Intelligence! All conduct, all cycles, the supreme of conduct, If one knows self-arisen as a companion, That is the conduct of wisdom and skillful means. Self-liberation, self-arisen, not an appearance of others, Therefore, this distinction is taught. For the sake of averting the war of the Asuras, The conduct of union will be taught. Herein, the five elements, the five poisons, The taste of conduct being equal, is averting the war. First, the basis of the five poisons is shown, Within the calculations, gather this treasure. Thereafter, the causes and conditions of the five poisons are shown, The cause is self-arisen, the condition is self-manifestation, In the non-duality, Confused into duality. The root of the five poisons is attachment and aversion, the five elements. Things appear as the five poisons, And the five elements of their self-manifestation. By experiencing them, Each one is not balanced due to self-confusion, The eighty-four thousand afflictions ripen, Entering the war of samsara. For this, this tantra of averting the war is taught, Just cutting the cliff of the six realms, On the aggregate body of the six tantras combined, Adorned with the excellent qualities of E (Tibetan: ཨེ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ए, Sanskrit Romanization: e, Literal Chinese meaning: E), The fruit of the six realms arises in oneself. Emaho (Tibetan: ཨེ་མའོ, Sanskrit Devanagari: एमाओ, Sanskrit Romanization: emao, Literal Chinese meaning: Rare indeed)! The meaning of secret wonder, All is self-arisen, if one recognizes it, Then one can avert the war of afflictions. The root of generating afflictions is, In the aggregate body of self-arisen combination, If one does not know the taste of the five poisons as equal, Then it is difficult to be liberated from the war of samsara. The various self-manifestations, the essence is one, If one does not know the taste as equal in the one, Then it is difficult to equalize everything with equality. The great five elements

O, the sole cause. Self-arisen dwells in all beings. Though appearing diverse, the essence is one. All phenomena are of one essence. Because the Dharmakaya pervades all. All afflictions are of one essence. Because it is self-arisen wisdom. Outer and inner, vessel and essence, are of one essence. Because the single bindu is self-appearing. If one element is in taste equality, the battle of the abyss of samsara can be reversed. If one aggregate-realm is in taste equality, the battle of the six realms of beings can be reversed. Self-appearance, self-arisen, self-emerging, these three, if in taste equality as one essence, the battle of outer and inner, vessel and essence, can be reversed. (Tibetan: དྷརྨ་དྷཱ་ཏུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: धर्मधातु, Sanskrit Romanization: Dharmadhātu, Literal Chinese Meaning: Dharma Realm). (Tibetan: བོ་དྷི་སཏྭ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: बोधिसत्त्व, Sanskrit Romanization: bodhisattva, Literal Chinese Meaning: Bodhisattva). (Tibetan: ཛྙཱ་ན་དྷཱ་ཏུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ज्ञानधातु, Sanskrit Romanization: jñānadhātu, Literal Chinese Meaning: Wisdom Realm). (Tibetan: བོ་དྷི་ཙིཏྟ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: बोधचित्त, Sanskrit Romanization: bodhicitta, Literal Chinese Meaning: Bodhicitta). (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese Meaning: A). (Tibetan: མཱ་ལ་མཱ་ལ་མ་ཧཱ་མཱ་ལ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: माला माला महामाल, Sanskrit Romanization: mālā mālā mahāmāla, Literal Chinese Meaning: Garland Garland Great Garland). (Tibetan: ཨ་ཀ་རི་ལ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अकरिल, Sanskrit Romanization: akarila, Literal Chinese Meaning: Akarila). (Tibetan: ཀཱ་ཡ་ཏི་ལ་མ་ཧཱ་མུ་དྲ་མ་ཧཱ་ཡཱ་ན།, Sanskrit Devanagari: कायतिल महामुद्र महायान, Sanskrit Romanization: kāyatila mahāmudra mahāyāna, Literal Chinese Meaning: Body Tila Great Mudra Great Vehicle). (Tibetan: ཨ་ནུཏྟ་ར་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अनुत्तर, Sanskrit Romanization: anuttara, Literal Chinese Meaning: Unsurpassed) Thus it was said. From the Tantra of Reversing the Battle of the Asuras, the eleventh chapter, the taste equality of the union of the five poisons arising, the taste equality of conceptual thought. Then, the true meaning should be explained. Listen, Vajra Intelligence, you. The noble Dharmadhatu, ocean of qualities, practice taste equality, be steadfast. Encompassing all, subduing all, practicing all. This is the supreme of self-arisen practice. Worshipping as a god, it becomes a demon. When that demon becomes a Mara, then the taste equality of gods and demons should be shown. First, showing the ground base, in the middle, showing cause and condition, finally, showing the god becoming a demon. Interruption is bound by obstructing forces. Worshipping as a god, a demon arises. Therefore, the reversal of the battle of the Asuras should be shown. Not abiding as a god, nor abiding as a demon. All abide arising from oneself. From that, the subduing of all beings is shown. To the demon, eighty thousand classes of obstacles are shown. From that, condensed, are the eight classes. That condensed are the five demons, that also is one. If taste equality is in one aggregate-demon, then the battle of the demons will be reversed. Gods are like a sesame pod. Gods beyond number like dust particles. That also condensed are the ten Father-Mothers. That also condensed are the five families. That also condensed are the three lineages. That which is all gathered into one, is Vairochana Samantabhadra. All the gods are the root gods. All with wisdom, is all-knowing, all-illuminating Vairochana. Because all pervades all, it is all-illuminating Great Snow Sea. The taste equality of the gods, impartial, all is filled with gods. The temple of the one perfectly gathered. Thus it was said.
