The essence of father's and mother's semen and essence, the essence of bones and blood appears as the cause of flesh. Moreover, from the accumulation of the essence of the elements, the red bindu of the mother arises. From the accumulation of the essence of all bodhicitta, the white bindu of the father arises. Therefore, from the accumulation of the elements, it matures into form, and from the accumulation of bodhicitta, memory, thought, feeling, and awareness arise. Likewise, for those born miraculously, from eggs, and from moisture, the seed of the accumulation of the elements and the seed of the accumulation of bodhicitta are naturally complete, and from this, birth itself is taken. Thus, for all sentient beings, the white and red bindus that cause the body to gather are naturally present. Moreover, the seed of the elements of males is covered by the self-nature of the elements, so it does not appear. The white seed of bodhicitta in females does not appear because the basis does not change. Therefore, women should not meditate on bliss, and even if they meditate on bindu and prana, women cannot accomplish it, and cannot be liberated. Thus, as long as the seed lives, the two act as the support of the aggregates, so the lifespan of males is also determined by these two, and death occurs when these two transfer. The enemies of the elements themselves are sudden internal disharmony such as heat and cold. Those whose elements gradually exhaust their strength are caused by these two to move from their place. The two, white and red. The truly existing bindu that abides are two: the self-existing innate bindu and the one that arises from the habituation of a person. The self-existing innate bindu is: in the heart of sentient beings, the bindu of the accumulation of the essence of light, like a checkered pattern woven with five-colored threads, or like the eye of a fish, or like the eye sleeping in an eagle's nest, or like the clear five-colored eye of a dakini's mind transformation, dwells in the veins, in the field of the wind of wisdom. The bindu that arises from the experience of a person's habituation is: first it appears as a cloth of light, second the rays of light exist in various ways in the distance, and third the bindus are connected like a rosary, appearing as a circle. The bindu of the fruit that ripens naturally.

There are three: the bindu of ripening light, the bindu of ripening wisdom, and the bindu of ripening awareness. Again asked: What is the bindu of light gathering and ripening? What is the bindu of ripening wisdom? What is the bindu of ripening awareness? Please tell me. Again instructed: O Great Able One, listen! The bindu of ripening light abides upright. Extremely clear and not mixed from above, like a rainbow. If one becomes familiar with this, one will also see appearances. The bindu of ripening wisdom abides on the spokes. The color is self-luminous, like a mandala of the sun. If one becomes familiar with this, one will see self-appearance in this. The bindu of ripening awareness is complete with a circular circumference. Self-luminous and round, whoever becomes familiar with this. Will see the appearance of great purity. The outer shape of those bindus is round. If one becomes familiar with this, one will obtain the fruit of yoga. Awareness is of two types: awareness that grasps the base and awareness that grasps characteristics. Again asked: What is awareness that grasps the base? What is awareness that grasps characteristics? Please show me. Instructed: Awareness that grasps the base is: the awareness that appears as the Vajra Garland Continuum, which is a great manifestation; like awareness arising nakedly from a distant lamp of flowing water. This is how it appears as the wisdom of stable practice for yogis. Awareness that grasps characteristics is: that which dwells self-pervasively in all sentient beings. Then, the non-conceptual worthy one asked again thus: Alas! Alas! Bhagavan, if we take these meanings as the path, through what means should we proceed? Please show me. Then the teacher said: The means to realize its meaning are: one's own wisdom, and the aspects of conduct, and the aspects of meditation, and the aspects of view. Again asked: Great Teacher, what is wisdom? How much is conduct? What is meditation like? What is view like? Please tell me. Instructed: Wisdom is of three types: cutting outer superimpositions with the wisdom of listening, cutting inner superimpositions with the wisdom of contemplation, and cutting secret superimpositions with the wisdom of meditation. Conduct is of three types: distinguishing samsara and nirvana with body, speech, and mind.

The conduct of, initiating the path of asceticism is the conduct of number, and the self-liberation of appearances is the conduct of abiding in awareness. Again, asked: What is the conduct of number, which is the distinction of the senses that initiates the path of asceticism? Please tell me this. The Teacher replied: Listen, listen, great hero! I will teach, you listen well. Who can combine the meaning of yoga? One should become accustomed to this conduct. With the conduct of a bee, one should taste the flavor of all dharmas. With the conduct of a deer, one should abandon the places that cause confusion. With the conduct of a mute, one should abandon confusing speech. With the conduct of a hawk, one should cut off doubts about secret mantras. With the conduct of a madman, one should abandon places of solitude. With the conduct of a lion, one should abandon the mind of fear and walk in the charnel ground. With the conduct of a dog and pig, one should abandon the concept of clean and unclean. With the conduct of a bear, one should act spontaneously with mindfulness. With the conduct of a young child, one should abandon the clinging of confusion and soften the mind stream. With the conduct of a goose, one should guide with words that conform to the world. With the conduct of an elephant, one should reverse the battlefields of samsara from the root. With the conduct of a mountain hare, one should abandon the perception of son and enemy. With the conduct of a female fish caught in a net, one should be content with desire and limit the time. With the conduct of a mule, one should not propagate the seeds of samsara. With the conduct of a Brahmin, one should abandon the food enjoyed by others. With the conduct of a hero, one should distinguish between samsara and nirvana. With the conduct of a spring, one should abide in the support of mindfulness in its own place. With the conduct of a wheel of space, one should act unobstructed towards all things. With the conduct of space like wind, one should abandon the concept of grasping and being grasped. With the conduct of a garuda, one should cut off cliffs with waves. With the conduct of a mountain, one should act on the unchanging self-purity. With the conduct of the Great Vehicle, one should act without turning back from appearances. Listen, great hero! There are three meditations: meditating on deities and so on with the mind.
