All beings arise from their own bodies. When entering the mother's womb, at the very beginning of all bodies, from the great knot of the navel's vein, in the very center of the triangle, from the pure essence of the parents' causes, the fruit of the eye is formed. This is also formed from the two parts of the parents, mixed with black and white. The gate of manifestation is the two eyes, and all the veins through which the senses manifest in objects arise from this. For example, like a holding iron hook, it holds whatever appears from the nose. The two ends of samsara and nirvana are held by this. Because the lamp illuminates, the object appears, and so does awareness, like an unbroken thread, manifesting endlessly. Thus, in the Tantra of the Blazing Lamp, the first chapter is the teaching on the far-reaching hook of the water lamp. Then, after the Tantra of Pure Manifestation, spoken by Vajradhara himself, entered into the mind, he again asked with words: O, O, Bhagavan Vajradhara, as the Teacher said, I have found the definitive meaning of the sacred. Like the water lamp, as you said before, the lamp of self-arisen wisdom, please listen to its meaning. What is its nature? What is its definition? What kind of classification is it shown by? What is its characteristic? Where does the door manifest? Likewise, by what does it abide? What is the measure of its intention? What is the analogy for this? Before the Great Compassionate Teacher, I wish to hear all of this. Then, the Teacher spoke again: Alas! Vajradhara of the Cause, I will teach, and you should listen. Hold all of this without error. The lamp of self-arisen wisdom is the knower of all lamps. Without this, the meaning cannot be understood, so it is the very nature. In all parts, this is the very nature. The wisdom of discernment exists within the head, so it is the very nature. It abides in a state of non-discrimination. The nature of generating subtle parts exists from the very beginning. In all appearances of knowing and not knowing, it fully enters, knowing the general meaning, finding confidence without searching, knowing the measure of one's own wisdom. The Dharmakaya of self-nature purity is not attained by others, but by self-cognizance, surpassing all.

Light appears exceedingly. Because there is no place for others to judge, The self-arisen, primordially pure mother, Not another's realm, called self. Because acting does not attain this meaning, Because not relying on anyone, Therefore it is called primordially self-manifested. Lamp is all Dharmata, Appearing as non-dual. Mother is because of the pervasiveness of self-nature. Because Dharmata is unborn and unceasing, Non-abiding self-liberation, Non-attachment, no dwelling place, Primordially there is neither bondage nor liberation. There are five kinds of distinctions, The wisdom of the fundamental abode, self-arisen, Body etc. The basis of all dharmas. The wisdom of what appears to be held, Holding the intention of space and awareness. The wisdom of uninterrupted memory, Collecting the objects of single-pointed consciousness. The wisdom of individual discrimination, Distinguishing the characteristics of general and specific. The wisdom of the three ways of entering, Determining the nature of Bardo. All phenomena that appear and do not appear, Who knows that they are without self-nature? This is its characteristic. The gate of manifestation is the five senses, Especially manifesting from the heart. Its signs at night, Severe coughing and numbness, And when coughing is extremely severe, The red and clear rays of light, Radiating like sparks, With this measure and sign, Identify the gate of manifestation. From the four generating channels, Flowing, shaking, flickering, And the nature of lightness and movement, Revolving in the mandala of the heart. The essence of pure consciousness, Also the characteristic of rising sparks, Accompanied by the winds of the five and four karmas, Consciousness is clear and distinct, Is the nature of all wisdoms, Roma and Kyangma all tremble, Inside the empty glass tube, Luminosity dwells in great wisdom. In the primordial sound of the four names combined, As the essence of distinguishing everything, Primordially abiding in the part of the body. Sometimes the wind holds itself, Consciousness is unconscious and dull, The power of wisdom grows and covers, Without the part of luminosity, it becomes dull. When the wind moves the power of wisdom, Even the dharmas that have not been heard before, Are also remembered in the mind and appear clearly. The powers of luminosity and non-luminosity, All arise from the movement of the wind. The body mandala is in the channels Abiding. The measure of the wisdom of the fundamental abode self-arisen. End.
