Because the ground itself naturally abides in liberation, free from hope and doubt, it is liberation. Appearances are primordially vast. Therefore, since all appearances are shown to be self-liberated by themselves, it is called self-liberation. This is the fourth chapter, Effortless Self-Liberation, from the Precious Pearl Rosary Tantra. Then, the wrathful deities of the families requested thus: Alas, alas, Bhagavan Vajradhara! What is the nature of all the Buddhas for the sake of self and others? A brief question. How does the Buddha-nature abide in sentient beings? If that Buddha-nature abides in sentient beings, there should be no delusion. So, how does that delusion revert? What is it? By what means does it revert? What is that non-deluded wisdom like? We are doubtful about that. Therefore, how are the dual appearances of non-delusion and delusion? Calling to the main teacher. How can our doubts be dispelled? Please do so. The teacher Vajradhara replied extensively: Vajradhara, lord of the supreme secret, listen. These two natures are fundamentally the same in essence, but different in manifestation. Nature is like delusion, abiding in a single, non-elaborate state of mind. Abiding in inexpressible wisdom, free from form. Possessing the nature of the great bliss bindu. Abiding in a body of special realization. The nature of all Buddhas, in primordial purity, all is one mandala. The essence is free from all stains of its own nature, the essence is transparent and primordially pure. Wisdom abides completely in nature itself, spontaneously accomplished. Unfounded awareness, directionless awareness, wisdom that does not look back, appearances as objects included in the sphere, unattached wisdom, appearances without objects, transcending earth, direction, and limits. There is no existence or non-existence, nor appearance as existence. There is no grasping at things as permanent or impermanent. It is not the object of sound and measure. That very basis cannot be established. One transcendence, two cycles of existence, and countless. Rootless awareness, appearing as an object. It is naturally established by falling from the beginning into great emptiness. It is an appearance that cannot be found by analysis. It is not the object of scripture and reason. It cannot be touched. It cannot be measured and analyzed by tantras and instructions expressed in words.

Immeasurable. Through view, meditation, and conduct, Without separation from the lamp, one cannot know its meaning through verbal view and meditation. Its meaning and fruit are not established as tangible objects. It is obscured by doctrines such as logic and epistemology. It is not accomplished by thought, Nor is it seen by hearing and contemplation. It cannot be measured by wisdom either. It is self-pure awareness beyond the mind. Through generosity, discipline, and patience, It is devoid of the fruits of harm and benefit. Through hearing, thinking, and meditating, Even if examined supremely, its meaning is not seen. In it, there is no mandala. It is not attained by empowerment. There are no deities with faces and hands, no seeds for generation. What is the use of root mantras, recitation mantras, and mudras? There are no symbolic mudras or meaning mudras. There is no need to elaborate on outer, inner, and secret offerings, etc. Where are the empowerments to be conferred and the vows to be kept? There is no recitation, approach, or accomplishment of the main deity and retinue. No mandala or substances are needed. There is no unfolding of the wheel, no generation of the mandala. There is no protection from obstacles, no need for walls and net boundaries, and no object to be protected. Demons cannot interrupt, it transcends the realm of harm. Since all meanings are not established, the realization of awareness is my own self-arisen awareness, and it is also the goer. It is mind, it is born from mind. The five root afflictions are self-arisen wisdom. The fifty mental factors are my own self-awareness. It is many and it is one. All that appears in this way is awareness, the single bindu of the Dharmakaya is also me. Samsara and Nirvana are me. Mandala and so on are entered sequentially. There is no need for the above mandala and so on, that is, empowerment, vows, and the generation stage and so on are also me, all the performed dharmas are also me, the king of awareness does not divide into two. Because all performed dharmas have become self-nature. It is Dharma, it appears as Dharma. Since it goes nowhere, my awareness is abiding and liberated. It is also sitting, sleeping, and walking on the ground. It is also saving the lives of others, and it is also cutting them off. The three realms of desire, form, and formlessness are born from it. Deities and faces and hands
