Contemplate appearances. Measure the clinging mind of self-grasping, contemplate at the juncture when the moving, fluctuating mind arises again and again. Measure the great wisdom, contemplate between the five faculties of one's own nature that cut off external conditions. Measure the self-ground of non-conceptuality, contemplate at the juncture when the subtle and coarse elements' winds are exhausted. Measure the five pure essences, contemplate at the time when the elements are invisible and purified into light. Measure all the wisdoms, contemplate when one's own radiance appears as the light of objects, when objects appear. Measure the Dharmakaya, contemplate at the time when harm is absent. Measure the Sambhogakaya itself, contemplate at the time when awareness and the mother meet. Measure the Nirmanakaya, contemplate at the juncture of the two halves, which arise again, the realm of one's own nature. Measure the guru's instructions, contemplate at the time when there are no aggregates and the elements are clear. Measure all the essences, contemplate at the time when bindus gather. Measure the body's signs and heat, contemplate at the time when there is constant freedom from alternation. Measure the sound of speech, contemplate at the time when the basis of existence is established and one knows the dharmas that were previously unknown. The measure of the unchanging body, awareness abiding in its own place, contemplate at the time when the elements are exhausted and the body is invisible. Measure the wisdom mind, contemplate at the time when appearances do not arise in the mind and the basis of existence is established. Measure all the thoughts, contemplate when awareness increases from above to above like being weighed on a scale. Measure the samadhi, contemplate when one is free from the three concepts of food, clothing, and selflessness. Measure the immovability of dharmata, contemplate at the time when one does nothing and is in equality itself. Measure the insight itself, contemplate the guru's instructions, samsara, nirvana, and all such things. Measure the habituation of conviction, contemplate at the time of habituation of experience. Measure the fruit of the three kayas, contemplate at the time when one knows that all dharmas are nothing whatsoever and knowledge is exhausted. Measure the compassionate activity, contemplate at the time when the aspect of wisdom knowledge is present as just a part of knowing everything. Measure the exhaustion of color and form, contemplate at the time when harm does not arise in one's own body.
