The mind is my realm. The nature of the self, free from all, is free from direction. In oneness, it is unparalleled and decisive. From the arising of grasping and being grasped by all things, come the five afflictions and the five great elements. What is abandoned does not move from the one. Whatever is not abandoned arises as anything. Thig (bindu, 种子字,梵文天城体:बिंदु,梵文罗马拟音:bindu,汉语字面意思:点) is the nature of reality, the very sky. Le (种子字,梵文天城体:ले,梵文罗马拟音:le,汉语字面意思:磊) is the nature of mind, the very sky. Nyag (种子字,梵文天城体:न्याग,梵文罗马拟音:nyāga,汉语字面意思:酿) is the nature of arising, the very sky. One is the indivisible state, primordially. One, not made by anyone, without an agent. Free from all directions, categories, self, other, cause, effect, and elaboration. All things, ignorance, arise as anything. What is abandoned, self-awareness, self-realization, all vanish into themselves. If not abandoned, appearance and existence are spontaneously liberated in their own place, uncorrected. In the single sky of the nature of reality, grasping and being grasped arise spontaneously, and two skies arise. The unseen nature of reality is obscured by the two. The five elements and the five classes of beings, from the five grasping afflictions, manifest in various ways. Though appearing, the self-arisen nature of reality does not waver. For example, when the first existence arises, in the center of the bindu (thig le), without parts, limbs and so on appear spontaneously without being sought. The characteristics of the various ones are not the same, but the nature of the central bindu (thig le) does not waver. Likewise, the nature of reality, the sky, arises as anything, but the nature of reality does not waver in any way. Therefore, in the state of things abiding as one, the single self arises as anything. It is said to hold the aspect of one and all. The single one is the four realities of all samsara and nirvana. The essence is that of realization and non-realization. Without action, the self arises as anything. For example, the nature of the sky has no form, but its own nature arises as the four elements. The four elements are also various and beyond thought, but even beyond, the sky arises without wavering or acting. The thoughts of sentient beings and the intentions of Buddhas are one in the nature of reality, and there is nothing else. Therefore, the single state is beyond thought. Understand that this is the state of secret mantra. Others consider the state to be different and separate. That is the state of grasping and being grasped. Even if it is decided, it is impossible to be liberated. That is the state of sentient beings. It is not common to all the states above. Therefore, it is not taught to everyone in that way, until seven years.

Regarding characteristics and signs: If there is not even a speck of weariness, it should be taught. If one can sacrifice body and life for the sake of excellence, it should be taught. If one has great wisdom and is fearless, it should be taught. If one cherishes the teacher like one's own heart, it should be taught. If one is without stinginess and arrogance, it should be taught. If you teach otherwise, it is like poisoning the ocean, and one cannot withstand the rain of sin. I also, as I have taught, should practice without distraction. To violate the teacher's instructions is to fall into the animal realm. One will never be liberated from the edge of samsara. Thus it was said. This is the second letter on the nature of reality. Homage to the great Dharmakaya of one's own mind. Through this nature, may you realize in this way. Through the power of scripture and oral instruction, self-awareness will surely arise. Through this great measure of the meaning of secret mantra, realize in this way right now. All phenomena, outer and inner appearances, sounds, samsara and nirvana, vessel and essence, are of one essence, appearing as one and only. Whoever realizes, knowing oneness, all is self-nature. When the form of self is pure, it is great wisdom. If it appears as self and other, it is the delusion of the tirthikas. If one object is made by one, it is grasping and fixation. Why is it said that selflessness and purity are wisdom? Because it has always been that way, it is great wisdom. Unobstructed, unimpeded, clearly manifest, it is great wisdom. The self-nature of all, uncompounded, is great wisdom. Realizing all as one, the one is inconceivable. Realizing all as self, there is no place for the arising of afflictions. Self-nature is inconceivable, so there is no one who gives rise to afflictions. Without cutting off afflictions, afflictions are self-liberated, which is the intention of the Buddhas. Without accomplishing the three kayas, they are accomplished, which is the fruit of secret mantra. Spontaneously accomplished, Dzogchen, is what Vajrasattva said. Realizing all as one, the one, does not allow oneself to act upon oneself. One's own spontaneously accomplished nature is unchangeable. Although one's own essence is spontaneously accomplished and one, it is sufficient to realize it as one, so let it be. No matter how much one adds or subtracts, calculates or fabricates, one cannot exhaust the root. Even if one can measure the ocean, one cannot change spontaneous accomplishment. Just as one cannot change the sky. Self-nature is Dharma-nature, and all self-awareness arises. Mind itself has become an object, so that is what should be done. Mind and Dharmakaya are mixed, and mind and object meet. Mind!
