Vast and boundless. Subtle to the point of being difficult to grasp. Grand to the point of being invisible. Round and formless. Swift and breathless. Clear yet dark in color. Void yet of great use. Apparent yet difficult to fathom. Empty yet luminous. One yet unbroken. Seeming dual yet complete. Beautiful yet unadorned. Full yet empty. Mature yet unfinished. Seeming to have a body yet without coming or going. Emaho! With the profound secret intention, Abide in the suchness of the abiding of self-awareness. The great nature of the single bindu wisdom, There is no accomplishment no matter which direction one looks. Furthermore, son of lineage, transcend the great city. Abide in the solitude of the great forest. Having separated from outer and inner activities, If you do not separate from these four great views, You will not separate from the truth of the Buddha, and without bardo, you will attain enlightenment in an instant. The door of compassion is unblocked, and the great manifestations act in the ten directions. Also, know it in this way. The view of the mountain king remaining still. The intention of the ocean king remaining still. The instruction of awareness remaining still. The method of appearances remaining still. Emaho! The actions of the great Buddha, Do not waver from the four remaining still. The actions of the Buddha himself, I have shown that there is nothing else. Ah Ah Hum! The view of the mountain king remaining still is secret. There is no doubt, nor is there natural change. It is also clearly manifest in the nature of space itself. In the very essence of things, Not made, where is the maker? Not fabricated, there is no owner of fabrication. Not seeing, the seer is separate from dharma. Not seen, the seer is clearly manifest. Not manifesting, separate from the side of manifestation. Not diminishing, unimpeded, pervading the ten directions. Not striving, the result of striving is separate from dharma. Not one, separate from multiple dharmas. Without inner and outer, therefore inner and outer are clear. Not an object of view, transcending the two extremes of permanence and annihilation. In that there is no seeing, therefore in that there is nothing to see. Not departing from the meaning of seeing, seeing is naturally without self. That is not existent, abide in its nature. E E Hum!

The understanding of resting the mind is: It is not appearance, nor the cause of appearance. It is not emptiness, nor is it located in emptiness. It is not clarity, but the realm of great clarity. It is not sinking, and naturally free from agitation. It does not move, is not moving, and will not change. It is not used, not utilized, and transcends all actions. It does not arise from actions; behold this great method of resting. Without expanding or contracting, in the state of resting as one, It is not located, nor is there anything beyond it. Like an ocean of secret wisdom, Place the spontaneously present wisdom in the immovable space. From the great ocean whose depths are difficult to fathom, Behold the tip of the victory banner that never sinks. Without an empty mind, the great unconditioned body, Without action, it overcomes all actions. Primordially unconditioned, the naturally arising state of resting itself, Without transforming appearances, without mental fabrication. If the nature of reality abides in space, it is shown as the very understanding. The wisdom of the Dharmakaya, abandoning all thoughts, If there is no movement, it is the understanding of meditation. If you do not grasp at objects of focus, Like stars rising in the depths of the ocean. Unobstructed clarity without grasping, That is how the state of resting is. The instruction of resting the mind in awareness, This is the secret crucial point. The eyes should be pressed down firmly, Examine it without separation or union. From the corners of the eyes, space arises, Light appears subtle and intertwined. From that, the essence arises like a rainbow, Subtle, flickering, and moving. The eyes gaze into the realm of space, Appearing as bindus of the Buddha's body. When you gain the warmth of familiarity with that, The body of awareness is like a rainbow. Appearance is co-emergent with the body. The understanding of cutting through appearances as one is: Awareness itself seeks a place to rest. This is the great secret among secrets, Liberating beyond the power of appearances. Not bound by attachment, it is self-arisen appearance. In that, the very body of secret mantra, Clearly appears like a rainbow. Five and five in pairs, pervading all, It is also said to appear in various ways. With skillful means of the appearance of awareness, The path of secret mantra is diverse, The Buddha's body is also diverse. Deluded thoughts are inconceivable, The object of focus is utterly pure, The qualities of characteristics are beyond words. The five causes of appearance are clear in light, Subtle and coarse stages are inseparable, The wisdom of awareness dissolves into the expanse of the body. Unobstructed five lights, object-appearance
