Adorned with a rainbow robe, holding a nectar longevity vase in hand, open the door to the central longevity mandala, bestow upon me the accomplishment of nectar longevity. Please descend the supreme longevity mandala, bestow the empowerment of longevity. Truly abide in the place of empowerment, perfect the samadhi, any most secret activity, truly based on the three causes and conditions, gather and clearly visualize, hold onto body, speech, and mind. Thus abide. I beseech the Blessed One, the Buddhas of the four families, and the goddesses of the four families with their retinues, the bodhisattvas and bodhisattvis, the Sugata fathers and mothers with their retinues, to descend to this place of empowerment. Having descended to this place of empowerment, please bestow empowerment upon this sentient being. Please bestow the longevity empowerment of the Sambhogakaya Vajra body. From the center of the mandala wheel, the Blessed One Amitayus, wears a precious longevity brocade robe, bestows precious longevity accomplishments from his hand, radiates precious longevity light from his face, increase life and prosperity, please bestow empowerment upon this sentient being. Please stabilize the mandala of empowerment.
