May it be meaningful! Oṃ prajñāśaya hūṃ! Hūṃ! For all phenomena of appearance and existence, without delusion, may I know them as they are. For all phenomena of inner and outer appearance, having known them without obstruction, may I possess meditation, may my body radiate, and may I liberate beings to the other shore! Oṃ vajra gad ma hūṃ! The east is the door of the Vajra realm. If you wish to see the tsog, look here! The south door is the door of perfect enjoyment. If you wish to see wisdom, look here! The west door is the door of the complete five bodies. If you wish to see the nature, look here! The north door is the door of the Vajra essence. If you wish to see the five families, look here! The palace, the pure lotus body, if you wish to see your own body, look here! Oṃ maṇḍala ā hūṃ! The meaning of one's own symbol is the vajra itself. With the symbols of silk and grain, in order to dispel the obstacles of this world, the empowerment symbol is inseparable from the vajra itself. All the gods and dakinis of the world, please protect and save this. Even by merely seeing this empowerment symbol, the obstacles will faint and flee elsewhere. May there be liberation from all epidemics and diseases, and in order to protect greatly with this empowerment symbol, the yakshas and secret classes, as well as the classes of dakinis, the lotus and karma classes, those who dwell on the earth and in space, and those who dwell on Mount Meru and in the ocean, the dakinis and their retinues, please protect the body of this. Please liberate from disease and epidemics! By wearing this empowerment symbol, please show the five great paths. May there be no separation from the meaning of the vajra, may it abide thus on the true ground, and may the meaning of all secret mantras be realized! Oṃ vajra duṣṭan sarva svāhā na hūṃ! By whatever secret name of the karma family, may the bodhisattvas of the karma family bestow empowerment upon this fortunate one! By whatever secret name of the ratna family, may empowerment be bestowed upon this fortunate one! By whatever secret name of the padma family, may empowerment be bestowed upon this fortunate one! By whatever secret name of the vajra family, may empowerment be bestowed upon this fortunate one! By whatever secret name of the tathāgata family, may empowerment be bestowed upon this fortunate one! ཧ་སྟྭཾ། 如此这般圆满诸灌顶。那是以外在灌顶物来授予，善说并开示之。以大圆满的预言，不从三摩地中散乱。若三摩地稳固，则成就获得。如是出自《大圆满自生续》，忿怒部族的灌顶章节，第十七。圆满了。 梵语：Ratna Ayurjnana Priti Nama。 藏语：名为《长寿灌顶宝贵智慧之教》。 顶礼薄伽梵无量寿佛。 之后，无量寿佛围绕莲花之身，如是祈请： “奇哉！奇哉！薄伽梵自在者大能！调伏龙族的灌顶之王！寿命与智慧圆满具足，我当宣说长寿灌顶大权。祈请勇士您赐予。” 之后，灌顶之王对长寿至尊作了预言： “奇哉！奇哉！长寿至尊珍宝鬘，您善说长寿至尊。” 之后，您亲自善说： “若作长寿灌顶珍宝身，当如是圆满诸事业。于极寂静之处，坛城一箭之四方， 线与经典相符，颜料皆加持，颜料充分调配。中央为长方形，外层则作圆形。其外层为四方形，善说具备门。外层圆形具石墙。如是清晰绘制坛城，陈设之物如下：庄严之宝瓶，白色三种，以红绸系颈，置于各种谷物之座上，内盛米酒。肉、酥油、红糖，以及各种美味食物。其上放置之物，为美丽的长寿穗，以各种美味食物庄严。亦插鹫鸟之羽毛，丝线、镜子系于箭上。系于箭上之物，为三股红线缠绕，悬挂各种丝绸彩带。手持丝线，念诵秘密真言。四方形之四方与四隅，各置一美丽长寿穗。与箭一同安放。四门处有箭与镜子，四角有宝剑各一把。如是陈设坛城之物。

Hum. Thus, complete all the empowerments. This is conferred through the external empowerment substances, well explained and revealed. By the prophecy of the Great Perfection, without distraction from Samadhi. If Samadhi is stable, then attain accomplishment. Thus from the Tantra of the Great Perfection Self-Arisen, the chapter on the empowerment of the Wrathful Family, the seventeenth. Complete. In Sanskrit: Ratna Ayurjnana Priti Nama. In Tibetan: Called "The Teaching of the Precious Wisdom of Longevity Empowerment." Homage to the Bhagavan Amitayus. Then, Amitayus surrounded the body of Padma, and thus requested: "O, O, Bhagavan, great powerful one! King of empowerment who subdues the Nagas! Since life and wisdom are perfectly complete, I shall speak of the great power of longevity empowerment. Please, hero, grant it." Then, the King of Empowerment prophesied to the Supreme of Longevity: "O, O, Supreme of Longevity, precious garland, you speak well of the Supreme of Longevity." Then, you yourself spoke well: "If making the precious body of longevity empowerment, thus complete all activities. In extremely secluded places, the mandala is a square of one arrow's length, The lines should be in accordance with the scriptures, the colors should all be blessed, and the colors should be well-arranged. The center should be a long rectangle, and the outer layer should be made round. Its outer layer should be square, well-described with doors. The outer layer is round with stone walls. Thus, clearly draw the mandala, and the substances to be arranged are as follows: Beautiful vases, three white ones, with red silk tied around their necks, placed on a seat of various grains, with rice wine inside. Meat, butter, brown sugar, and various delicious foods should be placed. The substance placed on top of it is a beautiful longevity sprout, adorned with various delicious foods. Also insert a vulture feather, and attach silk, a mirror, and an arrow. The substance attached to the arrow is a red thread twisted three times, with various silk streamers attached. Hold the silk thread and recite the secret mantra. In the four directions and four corners of the square, place one beautiful longevity sprout each. Place it together with the arrow. At the four doors are arrows and mirrors, and at the four corners are swords, one each. Thus arrange the substances of the mandala.
