་དཀར་གཙང་མའི་ཡོལ་བ་བྱ། །སྟེང་ན་གདུགས་ཀྱང་རབ་ཏུ་བཤད། །མཆོད་པའི་རྫས་ནི་རྫོགས་པར་བྱ། །བདག་ཉིད་དབང་ཆེན་ཏིང་འཛིན་བརྟན། །ཡི་གེ་ནྲྀ་ནི་འོད་འབར་བས། །སློབ་མ་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་པར་བསམ། །བདག་ཉིད་དབང་ཆེན་བྱིན་བརླབས་ལས། །སངས་རྒྱས་སྐུ་ནི་གྲངས་མེད་བསམ། །སྐུ་དེ་འོད་དུ་གསལ་བ་དང་། །བདག་དང་སློབ་མའི་བར་ཉིད་དུ། །ཡི་གེ་ཨཱཿདཀར་དགུ་ཡང་བསམ། །རྒྱུན་ཆད་མེད་པའི་འོད་དཀར་བསམ། །དེ་ལྟར་ཨཱཿཉིད་གནས་པ་ལས། །ཨཱཿཨཱཿཞེས་ནི་དགུ་བརྗོད་པས། །འོད་ཟེར་དམར་པོ་འོད་འབར་ཏེ། །སློབ་མའི་ལུས་ལ་ཐིམ་པར་བསམ། ། དེས་ནི་ཚེ་དབང་ཐོབ་པར་བསམ། །གསང་སྔགས་ཚེ་ཡི་དབང་ཐོབ་ཕྱིར། །ཡི་གེ་ཨཱཿདམར་འོད་འཕྲོས་བསམ། །ཡི་གེ་དེ་དག་རེ་རེ་ལས། །ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་པ་རེ་རེ་བསམ། །ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་པའི་སྐུ་མདོག་ནི། །དམར་སྐྱ་མཛེས་པ་རྒྱན་ལྡན་ཏེ། །དཔེར་ན་མཚལ་ཉིད་བཟང་པོ་ལ། །ཁ་བ་དག་ནི་བབ་པ་ལྟར། །དམར་སྐྱ་འོད་ཟེར་འབར་བར་བསྒོམ། །གཡས་ན་ཚེ་ཡི་བུམ་པ་སྟེ། །གཡོན་ན་རིན་ཆེན་འོད་འབར་རོ། །ཡང་ན་སྐུ་མདོག་འདི་ལྟ་སྟེ། །སྐུ་སྟོད་སེར་ལ་འོད་ཟེར་འབར། །ལྟེ་བ་མན་ཆད་ལྗང་གུ་སྟེ། །ཕྱག་མཚན་གོང་དང་མཐུན་པའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་གསལ་བར་རྣམ་པར་བསྒོམ། །ཚེ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་རྫས་རྣམས་ཀྱང་། །འོད་དང་ཁ་དོག་དཀར་ལ་དམར། །སྔགས་པ་དབང་ཆེན་དག་གིས་ཀྱང་། །དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དེ་ཡི་ཤར་ཉིད་དུ། །གོས་ནི་དམར་པོ་གྱོན་བྱས་ཏེ། །ཁ་ནི་ནུབ་ཕྱོགས་དག་ཏུ་བལྟ། །མཆེད་རྣམས་ཀུན་གྱི་སྔགས་འདིའོ། །ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ། ཨ་པ་རི་མི་ཏ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་བཛྲ་དྷྲིཀ་ཛ་ཧཱུཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། སྔགས་དེ་ཀུན་གྱིས་བརྗོད་པར་བྱ། །སྔགས་ཀྱི་འོད་ཟེར་དམར་པོར་བསམ། །ཆོས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་དང་དབྱེར་མེད་ཕྱིར། །ལྷ་དང་དབྱེར་མེད་ཏིང་འཛིན་ཏེ། །ཨཿདང་དབྱེར་མེད་གནས་པར་བསྒོམ། །ཆོས་ཉིད་འོད་དང་སྐུ་ལྟར་འཕྲོ། །སྐྱེ་བ་མེད་ལ་འཆི་མེད་སྟེ། །འཆི་མེད་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཐོབ་བྱའི་ཕྱིར། །ཚེ་དབང་རིན་ཆེན་རྒྱས་པར་བསྟན། །ཚེ་དབང་རིན་ཆེན་རབ་རྫོགས་ཏེ། །ཚེ་ཡི་རང་བཞིན་ཡི་གེ་ཡུ། །སྐུ་ཡི་རང་བཞིན་ཡི་གེ་ཨཱཿ། །ཨཱཿདང་ཡུཿཡི་མངོན་གསལ་བས། །ཚེ་དབང་ཆེན་པོ་རྫོགས་པར་བཤད། །དེ་ལྟར་ཏིང་འཛིན་མ་ཡེངས་ན། །ཚེ་དབང་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐོབ་པ་སྟེ། །ཚེ་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་རབ་གསལ་བས། །ཚེ་དབང་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཉིད་ཀྱང་འཐོབ། །དེ་ལྟར་ཚེ་ཡི་ལས་རྫོགས་ནས། །ཚེ་ཉིད་འགུགས་པའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་བྱ། །ཧཱུཾ་ཤར་གྱི་ཕྱོགས་ནས་ཚེ་འགུགས་མ། །རྡོ་རྗེ་ཡིད་

做洁白无垢的帷幔，上面也详述宝伞，供品也完备陈设。自身大自在稳固于三摩地，字母nri（藏文：ནྲྀ，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nṛ，人）放出光芒，观想弟子为无量寿。从自身大自在的加持中，观想无数的佛身。观想那佛身明亮如光，在我与弟子之间，也观想九个白色字母阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，啊）。观想连绵不断的白光。如是安住于阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，啊）之中，念诵九遍“阿阿（藏文：ཨཱཿཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आःआः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥāḥ，啊啊）”，观想红色光芒闪耀，融入弟子的身体。 由此观想获得长寿灌顶。为了获得密咒长寿的灌顶，观想红色字母阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，啊）放出光芒。从每个字母中，观想出无数的无量寿佛。无量寿佛的身色，是红白相间的美丽，且具有庄严，譬如上好的朱砂，如同降下白雪一般，观想红白光芒闪耀。右边是长寿宝瓶，左边是光芒闪耀的珍宝。或者身色如下观想：上半身是黄色，光芒闪耀，从肚脐以下是绿色，手持的法器与之前相同。如是清晰地观想。长寿等物品，光芒和颜色是白色和红色。修持明咒的大自在者们，也在坛城的东方，穿上红色的衣服，面向西方。这是所有道友的明咒：嗡啊吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：ओṃ आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，嗡啊吽）。阿巴日弥达阿玉嘉纳班杂 智日 杂 吽 梭哈（藏文：ཨ་པ་རི་མི་ཏ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་བཛྲ་དྷྲིཀ་ཛ་ཧཱུཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，无量寿智金刚持 杂 吽 梭哈）。大家都要念诵这个明咒，观想明咒的红色光芒。因为与法身无二无别，与本尊无二无别的三摩地，观想安住于与阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，啊）无二无别之中。法性如光和身一般放射。无生无死，为了获得不死金刚，广为宣说长寿珍宝灌顶。长寿珍宝灌顶圆满，寿命的自性是字母yu（藏文：ཡུ།，梵文天城体：यु，梵文罗马拟音：yu，玉），佛身的自性是字母阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，啊）。通过阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，啊）和yu（藏文：ཡུ།，梵文天城体：यु，梵文罗马拟音：yu，玉）的显现，圆满宣说了伟大的长寿灌顶。如是不散乱于三摩地，就能获得长寿的成就，寿命和智慧都非常明亮，也能获得长寿坛城。如是圆满了长寿的事业后，就做勾招寿命的仪轨。吽，从东方勾招寿命母，金刚意

Make a pure white curtain. Above, also explain the umbrella in detail. The offerings should be completely arranged. The self, the great powerful one, is steadfast in samadhi. The letter Nri (藏文：ནྲྀ，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nṛ，Man) blazes with light. Contemplate the disciples as immeasurable life. From the blessings of the self, the great powerful one, contemplate countless Buddha bodies. That body is clear as light, and in the space between myself and the disciples, also contemplate nine white letters Ah (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，Ah). Contemplate the continuous white light. Thus, from the abiding of Ah (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，Ah) itself, by uttering "Ah Ah (藏文：ཨཱཿཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आःआः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥāḥ，Ah Ah)" nine times, contemplate the red rays of light blazing and dissolving into the bodies of the disciples. By this, contemplate receiving the empowerment of longevity. In order to receive the secret mantra empowerment of longevity, contemplate the red letter Ah (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，Ah) emitting light. From each of those letters, contemplate each and every Amitayus. The body color of Amitayus is a beautiful red and white, adorned with ornaments, like fine vermilion, as if snow has fallen upon it. Meditate on the red and white rays of light blazing. In the right hand is the vase of longevity, and in the left is the radiant jewel. Or, contemplate the body color as follows: the upper body is yellow and the rays of light blaze. From the navel downwards it is green, and the hand implements are the same as before. Thus, clearly meditate. The substances of longevity and so on are also white and red in light and color. The great powerful mantra practitioners also, in the east of that mandala, having worn red clothes, look towards the west. This is the mantra for all the brothers and sisters: Om Ah Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ།，梵文天城体：ओṃ आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，Om Ah Hum). Aparimita Ayurjnana Vajra Dhrika Ja Hum Svaha (藏文：ཨ་པ་རི་མི་ཏ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་བཛྲ་དྷྲིཀ་ཛ་ཧཱུཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，Immeasurable Life Wisdom Vajra Dhrika Ja Hum Svaha). Everyone should recite that mantra, and contemplate the red rays of light of the mantra. Because it is inseparable from the Dharma body, the samadhi inseparable from the deity, contemplate abiding inseparable from Ah (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，Ah). The Dharma nature radiates like light and body. Without birth and without death, in order to obtain the immortal vajra, the precious empowerment of longevity is extensively taught. The precious empowerment of longevity is perfectly complete, the nature of life is the letter Yu (藏文：ཡུ།，梵文天城体：यु，梵文罗马拟音：yu，Yu). The nature of the body is the letter Ah (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，Ah). Through the manifestation of Ah (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，Ah) and Yu (藏文：ཡུ།，梵文天城体：यु，梵文罗马拟音：yu，Yu), the great empowerment of longevity is completely explained. Thus, if you do not stray from samadhi, you will obtain the siddhi of longevity. Life and wisdom will be very clear, and you will also obtain the mandala of longevity itself. Thus, having completed the activity of longevity, perform the activity of summoning life itself. Hum, from the east, summon the life-mother, Vajra Mind.
