The vajra is. The great offering of flesh and blood, a precious jewel. The supreme food, the precious jewel of life. The lotus flower, truly possessed. The vajra water, the supreme fragrant water. Three cups of camphor crystal incense. The supreme of jewels blazing like fire. The essence of a hundred thousand vast jewels. The embodiment of the five families and five samayas. The substance of the five wisdoms perfected. Liberating all sentient beings of the five lineages. It is the supreme method for dispelling the five poisons. Everything is great nectar yoga. The great nectar of all that is gathered. For the sake of uniting with all the Buddhas. Firstly, the tastes of the heroes. Secondly, perfectly united without duality. Offering to all the Buddhas of the three times. And to the ocean of victors. Chanting this melody, attaining accomplishment. Then, the consort takes the medicine. Reciting the pure ritual according to the scriptures. Then, on the fifth night. Reciting this mantra to bless the nectar. The lunar mandala, like an overturned cymbal. On top of that, contemplate the syllable Om. On top of the tongue transformed into a lotus. Contemplate the syllable Ah blazing with light. In the heart, contemplate the solar mandala. On top of that, contemplate the syllable Hum. In the navel, on top of the eight-petaled ratna. On top of the jewel blazing with light, also. Contemplate the syllable Sva. In the secret place, contemplate the syllable Ha. From the five seed syllables. The bodies of the five families blaze with light. Five rays of light blaze intensely. At the time of aggregation, the hand gestures transform into letters. From the beginning, pure and unborn is the realm of dharma, transcending the extremes of pure and impure conceptualizations. The three poisons manifest on one body, without common faults, possessing moist, various blazing siddhis. Whoever desires, give and come here now! For the darkness of dullness, which is dry and stiff, like the sun rising warmly in the hollow of a cloud, by giving this great empowerment of the king of nectar, attain the rank of the chief vidyādhara king. Attain longevity, voice, and desirability, pacify obstacles, and so forth. Free from illness, whatever is desired, attain a hundred qualities through this." Thus, proclaim excellently. Then, complete all the empowerments of the disciples in order. Bestow the empowerment of the chief nectar, empower the chief at the secret place and crown of the head, without separating the mouth, empower the chief. Thus, empower all. Empower each of the medicines, such as the vase, one by one, and meditate on each one by one. On the crown of the head, on the matted hair, on each silk diadem, recite this mantra eight times and place it. In order to prevent others from stealing the siddhis of empowerment and to suppress others, perform the extensive homa ritual. The combination of empowerment and medicine should be extremely extensive. By the magical power of the Buddhas and the blessings of the medicine, eliminate all diseases and spirits, and attain the fruit of unborn bodhi.
