Therefore, deceased one, due to your indulgence in afflictions and anger, you may fall into that hellish place. There is a Taming One in that realm called Yama, the Lord of Dharma. At that time, remember the Buddha, remember the Dharma, remember the Sangha, remember the Yidam, remember the Samadhi, and remember the Vajra Master. Prostrate to the Buddha! Prostrate to the Dharma! Prostrate to the Sangha! Prostrate to the Great Taming One of Hell! I take refuge! Say this and go for refuge! Then, taking the Taming One of the Pretas, say this: Hum, the cause of samsara is ignorance. If the root of the mind of ignorance is cut, there will be no clinging to samsara. Kva! Listen, deceased son of noble family! This world is so painful, go to the Pure Land of Sukhavati! This desire has deceived your hope. The actions of desire and attachment are the cause of obscuring the heart of enlightenment. The first fall into samsara was also because of clinging to non-existent things in the appearance of mind and no Dharma. You erred by indulging in desire at will. Even the great attachment now is wrong because of clinging to the object of desire. Listen, deceased son of noble family! Do not desire and cling! If you desire and cling, the object of desire will rise as an enemy, and you will be born in a place of hunger and thirst, always abiding in the three obscurations. Because you have not freed yourself from the bonds of miserliness, you will be tormented by food and will not experience thirst. The mind will change and you will have no control. From here, three hundred yojanas below this world, there is a realm of hungry ghosts called the Great Hungry One. That is formed from excessive greed, so, son of noble family, you are likely to fall there. Do not cling to the cycle of suffering arising from afflictions. If you fall there, there will be no opportunity for liberation for three thousand kalpas. Departed one, due to the power of afflictions and greed, you may fall into that realm. To subdue that realm, there is a Buddha called the Burning-Faced Sage, whose mouth blazes with fire, holding a jewel box in his hand, appearing in a state of extreme hunger. In order to take refuge in him, at that time, remember the Buddha, remember the Dharma, remember the Sangha, remember the Yidam deity, remember the Samadhi, remember the Guru. I prostrate to the Buddha, I prostrate to the Holy Dharma, I prostrate to the Holy Sangha, I prostrate to the Sage who subdues the hungry ghosts. Say "I take refuge" and go for refuge. Then, taking the Tirthika Sage of animals, say this: Ema, listen, think, son of noble family. Son of noble family who has passed away. Ignorance is the root of samsara, this samsara is extreme delusion. Do not stay here, go to the realm of Sukhavati. This delusion has deceived you. Delusion is the cause of darkness, it is the cause of obscuring wisdom, do not indulge in delusion. Initially falling into samsara, it was also due to the power of delusion and intoxication. Now, towards self-appearing unreal things, indulging in delusion at will is wrong. Listen, departed son of noble family, do not indulge in delusion. If one is dark and has not heard, because one does not understand the wisdom of hearing and thinking, one will go to the dark place of animals. One becomes dark and without memory. The suffering of eating each other, eating each other, you will experience. Extremely dark.
