Without lineage, without mind, without consciousness, without imputation. Without place, without attachment, without clinging, without grasping. Nothing can be symbolized. Freed from the words of conceptual speculation. Not distinguishing any form, the mind-essence is inexpressible space. The reality of the Alaya is thus. Appearance and existence combined, nectar essence drops. From the tantra that cuts the beginning and end of samsara, The chapter showing the reality of the Alaya, the third. Then, to the king of teachers, the Mind-Itself, Kuntuzangpo, By the Gathering Vajrasattva, Please speak most profoundly about The boundary between Buddha and sentient beings, And the distinctions between progress and regression. Having thus requested, the king of teachers, the Mind-Itself, Kuntuzangpo, dwells in the samadhi of indivisible union of precious light. Then, arising, he spoke thus: I will explain the meanings you have asked. Disciples, do not be distracted, hold them in your mind. The boundary between sentient beings and Buddhas is: The boundary between awareness and unawareness, The boundary between movement and non-movement, The boundary between conceptualization and non-conceptualization, The boundary between grasping and non-grasping, The boundary between symbolizing and non-symbolizing, The boundary between realization and non-realization, The boundary between change and non-change, The boundary between the gate of manifestation and the gate of delusion, And the boundary between the two with and without antidote. This is the boundary between the two, Buddhas and sentient beings. The two, progress and regression, are also like this: From before, from the very beginning, it exists. Emptiness abides in the nature of the father. That which cannot be symbolized from the beginning, Suchness abides in the nature of the mother. A single son, unborn and undivided, is born. Undivided great ignorance, Abides in the father, the king of means. Free from birth and cessation, the nature of the wisdom mother. A single son is born, beyond calculation. Without beginning, it abides in the nature of the father. Without end, it abides in the nature of the mother. The son without distinction cuts the rope of beginning and end. Self-nature, primordially abiding, abides in the nature of the father. All-pervading, primordially abiding, abides in the nature of the mother. A single son, clear light Dharmata, is born. All dharmas dissolve into the sphere of equality. Slight movement is the nature of the father. Complete movement is the nature of the mother. Movement is born as the nature of the son. The Alaya abides in the nature of the father. The all-pervading great expanse is the nature of the mother. Vast and limitless

A son is born, without birth or death. The five elements abide in the manner of the father. The five lights are the nature of the mother. A son of the power of the five winds is born. Confidence in power is found, realization dawns. The son himself dissolves into the state of the mother. The son dissolves into the mother, inseparable. Mother and son meet, the unchanging essence abides as the Dharmakaya. Father and mother dissolve into the unchanging space. From the heart-essence, father, mother, in the expanse of space, The sons of unceasing awareness-power dance. Not finding a place to dance, they dissolve into the heart-essence's expanse. Through the wisdom of rays, father and mother dissolve into their state, Father, mother, and son, inseparable, are primordially, spontaneously enlightened. When the nature of reality meets the ground, primordial wisdom seizes its own place from the beginning. When conceptual thoughts are cut from the root, delusion is liberated in its own place. By dissolving into the unchanging expanse, it transforms into the heart-essence Dharmakaya. By destroying the darkness of ignorance, the flow of primordial wisdom is unbroken. By opening the door of the arising of primordial wisdom, the door of the delusion of ignorance is closed. By completely abandoning samsara, the heart-essence grows into the Dharmakaya. By abandoning the search for actions, abandoning affirmation and negation, uncreated, free from elaboration, grows. Know the ever-increasing Samantabhadra in this way. The reason for asking what is beneficial is this: Searching for actions is not beneficial in any way, But rather dissolving into the nature of one's own place. One's own nature is naturally liberated. One realizes oneself by oneself. Abandoning, taking, negating, and affirming are not beneficial. When thoughts are cleared, wisdom increases. No one causes it to increase. One's own self increases by itself. One's own self realizes by itself. When one realizes the unchanging Buddha in this way, Ignorance is absent; it is a great, clear nature. Wisdom is primordially clear; it is a great, clear nature. Thoughts are absent; it is a great, clear nature. The nature of reality is primordially existent; it is a great, clear nature. The three poisons are absent; it is a great, clear nature. The three kayas are primordially existent; it is a great, clear nature. The five poisons are absent; it is a great, clear nature. Abiding in the five wisdoms; it is a great, clear nature. Samsara is absent; it is a great, clear nature. Primordially in nirvana; it is a great, clear nature. Sentient beings are absent; it is a great, clear nature. Primordially enlightened; it is a great, clear nature. There is no birth; it is a great, clear nature. There is no cessation; it is a great, clear nature. There is no sickness; it is a great, clear nature. There is no aging or death; it is a great, clear nature. There is no appearance; it is a great, clear nature. Emptiness
