This is the explanation of Laku. Separated, it is thirty-nine, but the total should be known as thirty. The explanation of the unborn and unmanifest is: One cannot attain Buddhahood through the Dharma of manifestation; one needs a Dharma that is unmanifest. One cannot attain Buddhahood through the Dharma of explanation; one needs a Dharma that can be understood without explanation. One cannot attain Buddhahood through the Dharma that can be shown; one needs a Dharma that is unshown and un-demonstrable. One cannot attain Buddhahood through the Dharma of examination; one needs a Dharma that liberates the appearance of examination. One cannot attain Buddhahood through the Dharma of mental examination; one needs a Dharma that transcends the mind. One cannot attain Buddhahood through the Dharma of action; one needs a Dharma that arises without action. One cannot attain Buddhahood through the Dharma of practice; one needs a Dharma that is inaction and free from elaboration. This is the explanation of the unborn and unmanifest. The explanation of the words of Lhadak is: the explanation of the three categories of characteristics, the explanation of the three categories of Kriya Yoga, and the explanation of the three aspects of generation and completion stages. Or the various explanations of causes, it is not enough to say here, they are explained in detail in their respective chapters. This is the explanation of the words of Lhadak. The explanation of the liberation of symbolic expression. (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) Very rare and wonderful teachings, such as this general Yoga, are not found elsewhere, alala. My nature is like this: if there is, there is nothing; if it appears, everything appears. There is nothing, not making the basis of all things. There is not even a particle of symbol, making the root of various symbols. It has not become the realm of words, making the root of the ocean of words. There is no recognition and examination, making the root of all examined appearances. There is no basis for attachment, making the root of all attachments. It has not become the realm of expression, making the root of the basis of names and words. It is not defiled by any term, making the root of all terms. Birth, which is free from all birth and death, does not make the root of birth, old age, sickness, and death. It is free from all generation, not making the root of generating everything. The basis of arising is not established, making the great mother of the appearance of existence, arising, and movement. It is free from all directions, limits, ends, and centers, making the support of all ends, centers, directions, and limits. Like this, if divided, it is beyond thought, making the root of all thoughts. Even so, the nature of the meaning is like this: the eight consciousnesses.

The one with essence, not becoming a realm, whose nature is unobservable, free from all expressions. Nothing can symbolize it. The nature of the radiant jewel is like this, there is nothing to symbolize. Manifestation is manifested in two ways. Arising arises as eighty-four thousand. Gathering gathers into nine vehicles. Upon this, recite the general yoga. It is the Bodhicitta, residing in the realm of unborn. Clarity is clear in the sphere of light. Pervasion pervades all of samsara and existence. Seeing it, there is no characteristic of things. Speaking of it, it transcends the realm of objects. Thinking of it, it transcends the realm of mind. Cutting off the root of awareness and sensation. Remembering it, the basis of mind is not found. Therefore, it is free from all symbols and measurements. This is the way of explaining freedom from all symbols. The way of explaining the meaning of unborn is: all dharmas are explained in the realm of unborn, shown as the nature of the unchanging Dharmakaya, placed in the inexpressible space. The way of explaining the Sambhogakaya is: all dharmas are shown as uninterrupted, vast and pervasive, without interruption, it is the Sambhogakaya. This is the way of explaining the Sambhogakaya. The way of explaining the Nirmanakaya of compassion is: the Nirmanakaya of the duality of samsara and existence, without attachment to various appearances, whatever appears, there is no attachment to the object. This is the way of explaining the mindless Nirmanakaya. The way of explaining blessing is: explaining the manifestation of non-duality from the original, primordial, and abiding realm. From the space of the heart essence, Samantabhadra listens. From the space of the heart essence, Samantabhadra speaks. From the place of the non-directional Alaya, Vajrasattva listens. Vajrasattva speaks from the space of the Alaya. Vajrasattva Bodhisattva listens from the place of clear light. Vajrasattva Bodhisattva speaks from where the light dwells. The self-illuminating young boy listens from the center of light. The self-illuminating young boy speaks from the center of light. The naturally pure great one listens from the place of all-illuminating. The naturally pure great one speaks from the space of all-illuminating. Garab Dorje listens from the peak of Mount Meru. Garab Dorje speaks from the peak of Mount Meru. Manjushrimitra listens from the waist of Mount Meru. It is not understood through teachings, but it is explained to be understood through blessing. This is the way of explaining blessing. The way of explaining with one's own nature is: with Bodhicitta, that wisdom, the teacher appeared in the form of the earth, with words.
