The lineage of empowerment: All the Gurus of the oral transmission lineage, the deities of the mandala of Yidam, the assembly of Dakinis, Dharma Protectors, and Guardians, abiding like thick clouds in the sky. In their presence, one's own retinue, led by the three demons of place, body, and karma, all sentient beings of the six realms gather like a marketplace, uniting body, speech, and mind, taking refuge with one heart. Second is the generation of Bodhicitta: In general, the meaning of aspiration and practice, etc., should be explained and clarified separately as stated in the guiding texts and scriptures. In particular, oneself and all other sentient beings, from beginningless time, have been attached to external appearances as truly existent objects, and are controlled by acceptance and rejection, attachment and aversion. Therefore, one should subdue it with the conduct of wisdom yoga, thereby realizing the true reality. Generate such a mind. Third is the Mandala: Other scriptures say that one should separate matter and awareness, peel off the skin, and visualize it as the great golden ground, etc., and clarify it in sequence. But here it is not said to separate matter and awareness, but to take the mind that clings to the body as the offering person, and to visualize the body, limbs, etc., that are clung to as the four continents, Mount Meru, the sun and moon, etc., thereby freeing oneself from attachment, and offering it to the assembly of deities of the merit field. Whether the image is clear or the path is clear, it is the same. Fourth is the Guru Yoga: In the space in front of oneself and all other sentient beings, the nature of the root and lineage Gurus combined appears, Orgyen Vajradhara, possessing the attire of Heruka, oneself and all other sentient beings pray with one voice, from the depths of the heart and marrow. Finally, contemplate that the body, speech, and mind of the root Guru and one's own three doors become one taste, and abide in the state of reality. The above is the content of the preliminary practice. Second, the main practice, separating matter and awareness, Generating the Wrathful Mother, inviting the guests, performing the three or four great offerings. First, one's own body is vast and full, moist and young, with a beautiful appearance, in the center of its heart, the essence of one's own mind, Machig Labdrön, the Black Wrathful Mother, appears dancing gracefully, reciting Phat (Tibetan: ཕཊཿ), rising from the Brahma hole to the sky. The curved knife in her hand,

Having cut it from the brow, take it with the left hand and place it on the three layers of the skull, which are equal to Mount Meru. Inside, which has become equal in size to the three thousand great thousand worlds, gradually cut and insert one's own body with a knife. From below, fan the flames with wind, causing the three—flesh, blood, and bone—to melt into the nature of nectar, and bless them with Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ according to the ritual. The second is inviting the guests: Visualize oneself being invited by the light from the heart of the Wrathful Mother, starting from the gurus, yidams, dakinis, Buddhas, bodhisattvas, etc., who are the objects of offering above, down to the gods, demons, obstructing spirits, etc., who are the objects of generosity below, filling the entire sky, earth, and intermediate space. Recite the objects of offering, the oath-bound ones, etc. The third is the visualization of the great feast: generally, perform both white and variegated feasts for all types of guests. In particular, perform a red feast for those who eat flesh and blood, and a black feast for obstructing spirits and demons, etc. One should understand all the categories of visualization. Combining it with one's own ritual recitation, offer the white feast as the nature of nectar to the guests above, and offer the red feast, such as flesh, blood, and bone, to the guests below, such as gods, demons, obstructing spirits, elementals, pretas, rakshasas, etc. To the six types of beings, creditors, and karmic debtors, offer the variegated feast, raining down wish-fulfilling jewels according to their desires. The categories of visualization should be understood from the Chöd texts and instructions. The third is the subsequent dedication and aspiration: exchanging oneself for others through giving and taking, making a great offering through the generosity of Dharma, etc., should be practiced according to the common path of the bodhisattvas. In this way, practice body offering in six or four sessions, etc., mainly uprooting from the depths the mind of cherishing the body and clinging to self, cultivating the view of severing the attachment to self, with the attitude of 'whoever wants it, take it; whatever comes, let it come,' and mainly strive to cultivate the samadhi of the four immeasurables in connection with emptiness and compassion. Chöd is to make the intent of the Mother, the Prajñāpāramitā, which has the essence of emptiness and compassion, the core of practice. Therefore, mainly practice with great compassion, with a peaceful, gentle, and cautious attitude, and
