Because the bonds of the nine combinations of the nose have been severed, the teeth are round; because the beings who are heavily afflicted and difficult to tame have been tamed, the teeth are sharp; because they are tamed by the white Dharma that destroys afflictions, the teeth are white; because the attachment to near and far for sentient beings has been exhausted, the teeth are equal; because the three vehicles' direct realization is gradually shown, the teeth are slender; because they abide in supreme wisdom, the nose is high; because the disciples are endowed with the perfection of faith, the nose is supremely pure, and this is the tenth. In the seventh aspect, because the vastness of the Mahayana Dharma is shown, the eyes are wide; because many sentient beings are led out of samsara, the eyelashes are thick; because all young beings, such as gods, humans, and asuras, who are difficult to please, are worthy of praise, they manifest great joy, and the eyes are clearly distinguished between black and white, like lotus petals; because they always observe what will happen to beings in the future, the eyebrows are long; because they are skilled in taming with gentle Dharma, the eyebrows are soft; because the mind stream is moistened by virtue, the eyebrows are smooth; because the causes of afflictions are always observed, the hairs of the eyebrows are even; because they are able to avert the extremely harmful afflictions, the hands are long and full; because they have overcome the difficult-to-conquer attachment, etc., the ears are equal; because the mind stream of the disciples is placed in unwavering bliss, the ears are free from defects, and this is the tenth. In the eighth aspect, because the mind is not disturbed by wrong views, the hairline of the forehead is clearly separated; because they are able to destroy all wrong views, the forehead is broad; because the aspiration to attain Buddhahood for the benefit of others is fulfilled, the crown of the head is as wide as an umbrella; because the attachment to objects is averted, the hair is as black as bees; because the objects to be abandoned by the path of seeing and the path of meditation have been exhausted, the hair is thick; because the essence taught by gentle wisdom and non-conceptual wisdom has been understood, the hair is soft; because the mind is not disturbed by afflictions, the hair is not tangled; because harsh words are always avoided, the hair is not disheveled, that is, not raised upwards; because fragrant flowers are offered before the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, the hair emits a fragrance; because they have become beautiful in all aspects, there are auspicious knots on the thumbs of the hands and feet, and auspiciousness on the palms.

Adorned with the auspicious swastika, these are the eighty minor marks. Fourth, the teaching on the Emanation Body: "By whatever exists for as long as it exists," etc., up to "never ceasing." It means that with whatever form body, for as long as existence and space endure, constantly and continuously benefiting sentient beings to be tamed, whether pure or impure, this is the Emanation Body of the Able One, which also never ceases. Second, activities are threefold: briefly summarized from the perspective of time, explained in detail from the perspective of categories, and concluded from the perspective of numbers. First: "Likewise, for as long as cyclic existence endures, it is intended that activities never cease." Thus it is said. Second, explaining the categories in detail, which is to place them on the basis of the path, the path, and the result. First: "The activity of pacifying beings." It means showing miracles to those in the lower realms, and when faith arises, teaching the Dharma, liberating them from those birthplaces, and placing them in the realms of gods and humans; for those who are attached to the desire realm gods, making the palace appear to be on fire, thereby revealing the impermanence of compounded things, etc.; for those bound by the views of the higher realm Brahma, revealing the emptiness of all phenomena, freeing them from wrong views; guiding people to take refuge and vows, making their continuums suitable vessels, thereby accomplishing the activity of completely pacifying the suffering of beings. Second, placing on the path, which is from the four means of attraction, etc., up to complete ignorance. It means that first, placing on the path of accumulation has five aspects: first, placing on the objects of the four means of attraction; second, understanding what should be adopted and abandoned through hearing and thinking about the defiled and undefiled; third, accomplishing the immeasurable nature of benefiting sentient beings; fourth, abiding in the six perfections and encouraging others to do so; fifth, with regard to the meaning of both, taking the ten virtues correctly as the path to Buddhahood, and also encouraging others. Second, placing on the path of preparation, which is mainly based on worldly meditation-born wisdom, thereby realizing and becoming accustomed to the emptiness of the nature of all phenomena. Third, placing on the path of seeing, which is realizing the meaning of the all-pervading nature of phenomena where the apprehended and the apprehender are exhausted. Fourth, placing on the path of meditation has six aspects: realizing that all phenomena are merely nominal designations, this is from the second to the fifth ground; the

The sixth ground is the complete knowledge that all phenomena are without object of focus; the seventh ground is to fully ripen sentient beings by making the obscurations in their continuum removable and able to generate antidotes; the eighth ground is the path of a Bodhisattva who is certain not to fall into the Hearer or Solitary Realizer levels; the realization of the eighth ground is to reverse the manifest clinging to apprehended and apprehender regarding phenomena; the ninth ground is to attain enlightenment, capable of acting as an emanation body as if having attained enlightenment even without having attained it; when establishing on the tenth ground, there are three types: immediately attaining the tenth ground, being one birth away, and being the last existence. The first is the purity of the vessel and essence field of oneself becoming a Buddha, at this time obtaining empowerment, that is, accomplishing activities through appearance, and two empowerments through offerings. The first, immediately upon obtaining the tenth ground, after countless hundreds of thousands of samadhis, immediately obtains the empowerment that is no different from the omniscient wisdom of samadhi, at this time, a lotus throne adorned with precious jewels equal to the size of ten hundred thousand three-thousand great thousand worlds, and a lotus retinue equal to the number of those three-thousand great thousand worlds, appear as a pure vessel world; oneself sits appropriately on that throne, and only Bodhisattvas of the ninth ground reside on the lotus of the retinue, appearing as a pure essence world; from one's own soles of the feet, knees, navel, ribs, palms, etc., radiate countless hundreds of thousands of lights, gradually illuminating all places of hungry ghosts, hells, animals, humans, gods, and demigods, pacifying suffering; from the shoulders, back, and neck, the same amount of light radiates, gradually illuminating the three places of Hearers, Solitary Realizers, and Bodhisattvas, thus gradually manifesting the Dharma, peaceful samadhi, and skill in the means of wisdom; the second, empowering through offerings, is that the light from the urna hair subdues all demons, manifesting Bodhisattvas who have obtained empowerment, and dissolving into their bodies; the light from the crown of the head is countless, equal to the number of dust particles of ten hundred thousand great thousand worlds, illuminating all the mandalas of the Thus-Gone Ones of the ten directions, circling the world ten times, and entering the sky above.
