May the lotus feet be firm until the end of hundreds of eons! Having well nurtured the nectar of speech from meeting your face, May we, the assembly of interdependent disciples, Not diminish in our diligent practice on the path of maturation and liberation, May all knowing, seeing, meditation, and fruition flourish! Representing this place, may all vast realms, Have the decline of the degenerate age end with its name, With the wonder of newly seeing the perfect age, I pray that the three realms of vessel and essence compete with the heavenly realms! In the single lineage of a thousand worthy paths to aspire to, In the good lineage of fresh nectar from profound treasures, May the dancing play of billions of teaching and practice bees, Be victorious in covering the boundaries of existence! In the vast courtyard of the Nyingma teachings' divine path, May the progression of the Kama and Terma teachings be harmonious like the sun and moon, Like a field with five certain perfections, May it fill all the vast realms of the world! May the lineage of aspiration of the past Dharma King fathers and sons, Open hundreds of doors of auspicious connections without obstacles, In the many methods of taming future beings to be tamed, I pray that the light of the good path for the teachings and beings may increase! What is auspicious? That which dispels the suffering of existence and peace, That which is inseparable from the precious mind of enlightenment, By the virtue of directly seeing the nature of reality, free from concepts, May the light of true wisdom blaze in the three realms! When the great treasure revealer Chokgyur Dechen Lingpa went to Rudam Orgyen Samten Choling, this was the offering letter from Dzogchen Monastery, written by Pema Tulku. The essence of the wisdom, compassion, and activity of all Buddhas, Appearing as a body with excellent marks in the perception of beings to be tamed, Ogyen Rinpoche, dancing and playing with countless emanations, May you, together with your heart sons, retinue, and lineage, be victorious! From the manifestation of your single wisdom mind, To the diverse inclinations of sentient beings, Showing countless forms of teachers to be tamed, Dancing with a hundred-fold faith and reverence like a flash of lightning. Especially to the base dispositions of degenerate beings who are difficult to tame, With the excellent path of nectar, nourishing the profound treasure teachings, Unlocking the hidden seals, spreading them openly like a plain, Knowing that this kindness is immeasurable even by the extent of the sky! Especially with the supreme compassion of Avalokiteshvara, Bringing fortunate ones into the realms of high and low, the stream of activity, The value bought with the wealth of one's own merit, Even ten thousand gold coins are certainly small in comparison.

然而圣者大德之心，如母爱子般慈悲度化众生，对于贪恋世间八法的习性，忆念圣者恩德而生起拜见之心。如以发梢取水滴入大海，善妙之聚汇入清净法界之浩瀚，发愿心力充满虚空的一部分，忙于排列实际供养的微尘。如是略以吉祥语、礼敬和供养之偈颂作前引，陈述当前之祈请。如今，无上发心之曙光所显现之身，即绿鬃马坛城，是邬金第二佛之化身，肩负着弘法利生之重任。以甚深伏藏之法轮，统治四大部洲之佛教，开启无数导向善缘之门，其事业无与伦比。为使自相续成为幸运之光，慈悲如雨般降临，以报答此恩德，略作实物曼扎供养，首先祈请等等。无论黄金或粪土皆平等视之，于彼尊前，以实物供养令其欢喜，虽不相宜，然为松解我执之结缚，乐于寻求方便之法。身与受用，三时之善行，以及随心所欲幻化之供云，皆效仿普贤菩萨之行，愿趋入此道之分别念尽除。愿以动摇之分别念波涛所搅动之心湖，涤荡罪行之垢染之净水珠，具足四力之圆满意乐推动，化为清净恒河之善妙支流。肩负着诸佛菩萨难以估量之事业重担，以发愿之臂膀独自承担之后，对于赞叹撒花之举，夺走了天界香风之气息。融化甚深空行母之甘露之黄金，殊胜方便之千辐轮光明闪耀之讲修之行，于具缘者之心城无碍运行，恒常期盼斩断一切束缚。以十自在之权势，极其富有的邬金莲师，与诸佛无异之化身之住世，愿能延续至百千劫之尽头。

However, the heart of the great and holy one, with compassion like a mother's love for her child, to tame and guide beings, remembering the kindness of the holy one and generating the desire to meet him, despite the habits of craving worldly eight dharmas. Like taking a drop of water with a strand of hair and placing it in the ocean, the accumulation of virtue empowers the expanse of pure Dharmadhatu. As a portion of the aspiration filling the sky, I hasten to arrange the particles of material offerings. Thus, with auspicious words, prostrations, and verses of offering as a prelude, I present the request at hand. Now, the manifested form drawn forth by the light of the supreme and unparalleled aspiration, the mandala of the Green Mane Horse, is the regent of the second Buddha of Oddiyana, bearing the great burden of enlightened activity. With the wheel of profound treasures, he reigns over the Buddhist teachings in the four continents, opening hundreds of doors of auspicious connections to guide fortunate beings. From this unparalleled activity, to make my own being a light of fortune, compassion descends like rain. To repay this kindness, I offer a small material mandala, first requesting and so on. One who sees gold and dung as equal, before that尊, to please him with material offerings, although it is not appropriate, yet to loosen the knot of self-grasping, I rejoice in seeking skillful means. Body and possessions, the stream of virtue of the three times, and the clouds of offerings conjured by my own mind, all following the example of Samantabhadra, may the conceptual thoughts of entering this path be exhausted. May the lake of my mind, stirred by the waves of wavering conceptual thoughts, be cleansed of the stains of misdeeds by the Ketaka jewel, propelled by the complete intention of the four powers, becoming a second excellent stream of the purifying Ganges. After bearing the immeasurable burden of the enlightened activity of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, with the arm of aspiration alone, upon scattering flowers of rejoicing, it steals the fragrance of the heavenly realm. The gold of the melted nectar of the profound dakinis, the radiant conduct of explanation and practice, shining with a thousand spokes of supreme skillful means, moves unimpeded in the heart-city of the fortunate ones, constantly hoping to sever all bonds. By the power of the ten powers, the extremely wealthy Lord of Oddiyana, the regent equal to the Buddhas, may his life be extended to the end of hundreds of kalpas.
