Offering Letter Section and Dispatch Offering Letter Section and Dispatch Herein lies the Offering Letter Section and Dispatch. With the light of supreme wisdom, dispelling the darkness of ignorance, showing the excellent path of liberation, may the unsurpassed lama be victorious! From the dependent arising of the illusion of true wisdom, the form body adorned with auspicious marks shines. Possessing the white light that dispels the suffering of existence, in the presence of the source of a billion merits, from the gesture of the blooming lotus of ten fingers, one realizes the glory of a hundredfold faith's water lilies laughing. Simultaneously displaying new auspiciousness, I proclaim a request like the song of a star goddess. Not abiding on the edge of one and many, from the miraculous power of the one wisdom of the Victorious Ones, in as many different ways as beings desire, countless moons of emanated manifestations arise. Since nothing has its own nature and is of one taste, it is the nature of things that anything appears. Therefore, from the way that emptiness and dependent arising are not contradictory, whatever realm of samsara and nirvana exists. Therefore, from the dharmakaya of pure suchness, the illusory clouds of the wheel of dependent arising wisdom ripen in the clear waters of the Sindhu, the lord born of the lake. Are you not the protector of degenerate beings? In the face of the exhaustion of clinging to the truth of appearances, even if the mind that clings to gain and honor as signs is exhausted, with the bodhicitta whose root of compassion is firm, the strength to eliminate the suffering of existence especially increases. In the cool shade of the blessings and compassion of whom, even the good fortune of obtaining a resting place, is it not creating a new enjoyment of wealth from the joy of many heavenly qualities? Therefore, like a child embraced by a loving mother, simultaneously with the movement of joyful eyes, even a small flower of material offering increases joy in the manner of unwavering strength. 善妙安布大地基，我等所依此大寺，吉祥功德百千作，面如满月之韶华，显现贤善眼之甘露。以成熟解脱深妙之喜宴，于种姓殊胜金刚持之王位而灌顶，以见闻忆触所系之无缘解脱种子而播种，以甚深缘起之聚积器皿精华善妙之方便而炫耀等，随顺所化之事业，以难思之大悲，无量之恩德而摄持，如虚空边际之身恩虽不能衡量，然以自心所作，为不泯灭报恩之传统，最初献上吉祥天衣月色般，吉祥图案鲜明等，三类百数之供养，如是，以实物财物之微薄供养为代表之缘起，以清净之意乐，效学意幻普贤供云之后，将善资回向大菩提之偈颂，以三轮清净，远离实执之无漏意之密意而随念，亦祈请梵音语之和合为恩德。何者于大菩提海成一味，殊胜心以大悲力，总摄有情世间界，将一切智智海之货物，调合，岂不期盼如意之果？暂时菩提之行持无与伦比，效学普贤文殊勇士之行迹，方便善巧堪比虚空之方隅，祈愿名号获得精进之重担。彼果成熟为老母有情之喜宴，平息有寂一切诸痛苦，于道与道之阶梯安乐攀升之，行履愿成珍宝阶梯之所依。尤其末世之怙主邬金尊，事业纵使虚空边亦难衡量，为令明晰，百千俱胝化身舞，愿常见此见之贤善喜悦。于何者，殊胜事业最殊胜，于何者，大乐安乐总持之主，于何处，所化四洲所称扬，于何者

Having well arranged the wheel of the earth, even in this great temple where we dwell, the maker of hundreds of thousands of auspicious virtues, the youthfulness of a face like the full moon, appearing as nectar to the fortunate eyes. With the profound feast of ripening and liberation, empowering to the throne of the supreme lineage Vajradhara, planting the seeds of liberation without connection through seeing, hearing, remembering, and touching, displaying skillful means to make the vessel of profound dependent arising essence virtuous and auspicious, etc., the deeds according to whatever is tamed, with immeasurable compassion, the kindness of immeasurable grace, although the kindness of the body like the edge of the sky cannot be measured, as a mere sign of not extinguishing the tradition of repaying kindness done by oneself, first offering auspicious divine garments with the color of the moon, auspicious patterns bright, etc., three hundred kinds of offerings, and thus, making the small offerings of material wealth as a symbol, following the aspiration to emulate the clouds of offerings of mind-emanated Samantabhadra, with pure intention, dedicating the accumulation of merit to great enlightenment, may you remember the verses with the intention of the stainless mind that purifies the three wheels and clings to reality, and also request the harmony of the expression of Brahma's voice as a kindness. Whoever becomes one taste in the great ocean of enlightenment, the supreme mind with the power of compassion, gathers all sentient beings in the world, combines the goods of the ocean of omniscient wisdom, why not expect the desired fruit? The temporary practice of enlightenment is unparalleled, following the footsteps of Samantabhadra and Manjushri heroes, skillful means compete with the directions of the sky, may the name obtain the burden of diligence. May that fruit ripen into a feast for old mother beings, pacifying all the sufferings of existence and peace, ascending comfortably on the path and the steps of the path, may the journey become a support for the jewel staircase. Especially the protector of the degenerate age, the Lord of Oddiyana, whose activities are difficult to measure even by the edge of the sky, to make it clear, hundreds of thousands of billions of emanation dances, may the good fortune of seeing this joy always arise. In whom, the supreme activity is most supreme, in whom, the lord of great bliss and blissfully holding, in which place, the four continents to be tamed are praised, in whom
