Through meditation, one can attain the level of accomplishment of Vipassanā (insight). The first part has three aspects: identifying the scriptures of provisional meaning (drang don) and definitive meaning (nges don); explaining how the intention of song practice (glu sgrub) arises; and establishing the view of the upper (stod nyid). This part has two aspects: the stages of entering Suchness (de kho na nyid); and actually establishing Suchness. This part has three aspects: identifying the object of refutation by reasoning; refuting it by either the other's system or one's own system; and relying on this refutation, the way of generating the view in the continuum. The first part has three aspects: the reasons why the object of refutation must be correctly recognized; refuting other views that refute without recognizing the object of refutation; and the way of recognizing the object of refutation of one's own system. The second part, refuting other views that refute without recognizing the object of refutation, has two aspects: refuting the recognition of the object of refutation as being too broad; and refuting the recognition of the object of refutation as being too narrow. The first part has two aspects: stating the position; and demonstrating that it is unreasonable. This part has two aspects: demonstrating that the view negates the uncommon characteristics of Madhyamaka; and demonstrating that the stated harms are not established. The first part has three aspects: identifying the characteristics of Madhyamaka; how that view negates it; and how the Madhyamika answers it. The second part, demonstrating that the stated harms are not established, has four aspects: refuting by examining whether reason can withstand scrutiny, therefore it cannot overturn; refuting by examining whether valid cognition (pramāṇa) is established, therefore it cannot overturn; refuting by examining whether the fourfold origination (mūlacatukka) is established, therefore it cannot overturn; and demonstrating that negating the fourfold possibilities of whether things exist or not, etc., cannot serve as a harm. The third part, identifying the object of refutation of one's own system, has three aspects: identifying the actual object of refutation; whether these refutations apply to other objects; and discussing whether the characteristics of ultimate truth (don dam) apply to the object of refutation. The second part, the object of refutation is refuted by either the other's system or one's own system, has two aspects: identifying the meaning of the other's system and one's own system; and whether these refutations apply to other objects. Refuting the way the characteristics of ultimate truth apply to the object of refutation, and establishing one's own system. The first part has two aspects: stating the position; and refuting it. This part has four aspects: refuting the first view; refuting the second view; refuting the third view; refuting the fourth view. The second part, establishing one's own system, has two aspects: directly refuting the Svātantrika (rang rgyud); and the way of demonstrating that it is not contradictory to itself. The first part has two aspects: pointing out the fault of the subject (chos can) not being established as a basis; and demonstrating that due to this fault, the reason (hetu) is also not established. The first part has --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
