Furthermore, one must understand the cause from which happiness arises. For this, one usually combines happiness with emptiness in practice. A distinctive and characteristic happiness must arise and flow. According to the degree to which the essence of happiness falls, the four joys are established. Each of the four joys also has four aspects, and one must understand in detail the nature of the ascending joy, the stability of the descending, the magnitude of the happiness, and the manner in which they arise in direct and reverse order. Although emptiness is explained in the Characteristic Vehicle, it is not separate, but the distinction in how it is realized is superior to the Characteristic Vehicle. To generate such an essence of happiness—bodhicitta—one must rely on the definitive Ḍākinī and generate it by igniting the inner heat (Tibetan: གཏུམ་མོ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: चण्डाली, Sanskrit Romanization: caṇḍālī, Chinese literal meaning: Fierce Woman) like burning dust. To make it burn and flow, it must be combined with Mudrā. Therefore, there are also four Mudrās, and one must understand the nature of each of these four Mudrās, how to rely on them, how to combine them, and how to lead to great bliss after combining them. How each great bliss eliminates what should be eliminated, and the signs of attainment after elimination. The characteristics of each of the four joys are that even if the inner heat burns in any channel, it cannot untie the root knot in the heart. Therefore, one must make the pure drop enter the central channel. By going through the three stages of entering, abiding, and dissolving, one can untie the knots of the channels at the crown, throat, heart, navel, etc. To make the channels and winds function smoothly, one needs to visualize the heroes and heroines of the twenty-four places in the channel locations such as the crown, thereby making the channels and winds function smoothly. Therefore, regarding the four Mudrās, one should understand the condition of the body's gross and subtle aspects, how these winds enter the central channel, how they equally combine with the consort and lead to great bliss, etc., which are described in detail in the Glorious Wheel of Supreme Bliss. Therefore, one must be proficient in the Glorious Wheel of Supreme Bliss and generate it in the continuum. In India and Tibet, there are as many great accomplished ones who rely on this path as there are dust particles. And the practice of yoga is like footprints on the earth. This is because there is a real mandala residing on the summit of Mount Meru, so one can quickly achieve it. To generate the path of the generation stage and completion stage of bliss and secrecy in the continuum, one needs to rely on the Yidam—Glorious Vajrabhairava—who can eliminate obstacles and quickly achieve supreme and common siddhis, because this Yidam has five special key points that are different from other Yidams. One of the key points is that in the age of the five degenerations, when beings are lazy, have little wisdom, and do not keep vows, it is difficult to achieve accomplishment by practicing other Yidams, while it is easy to achieve accomplishment by practicing Glorious Vajrabhairava. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
