For example, not concentrating, being interrupted by other conversations, or the mind wandering elsewhere, etc. The *Method of Six-Faced Yamari* states: 'With a mind that does not go elsewhere, one should recite in such a manner. If the mind wanders to other places, even if recited for eons, it will not produce results.' There are many other mentions as well, so it is especially important not to be distracted. Lalita said that focusing on the burning letters while reciting will quickly achieve accomplishment. The mantra to be recited is: Om Yamaraja Sado Me Ya Ya Me Do Runa Yodaya Ya Yadayo Ni Raya Kshaya Ya Yakshaya Tsani Ramaya Hum Hum Phet Phet Svaha. This is the root mantra or mala mantra. Om Hrih Strih Vikritanana Hum Phet, this is the karma mantra. ManNye said that combining this mantra with Hum Hum Phet Phet Svaha and reciting it is optional. Om Yamantaka Hum Phet, this is the heart mantra. Regarding the number of recitations, the third chapter of the *Tantra* states that for beginners, reciting 200,000 times, for the second stage 300,000 times, and for the third stage reciting 100,000 times the number of letters in the mantra, one can accomplish all activities. The fourth chapter states that the root mantra should be recited 300,000 times. MikyoBa considers the 300,000 recitations mentioned earlier to be for people of average capacity. Other sadhana texts state similar numbers of recitations, while Jnana Akara said that one should first practice the approach, reaching a million recitations, or after obtaining signs, then begin various activities. Then there is the empowerment. Amoghavajra said to recite the ten-syllable mantra one hundred thousand times, but in reality, in order to accomplish many activities such as pacification, it is very good for present practitioners to recite a million approach mantras if they can obtain the stable signs as mentioned earlier. The ritual for purifying the mala is: purify the mala made of human bones, etc., and then visualize the beads as Vajrakilaya (Vajra Kilaya, 金刚橛) arising from the Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable) syllable, or visualize them melting and appearing as bleeding heads. Then, visualize the right thumb as an iron hook, with the intention of summoning the deities, move the mala downwards and recite. If you feel tired from reciting, you can make offerings and praises again. If you can complete the hundred-syllable mantra of Yamantaka, then offer the torma at the end of each session. If you cannot complete it, then offer the torma at the end of the last session. The order is, if it is an evening session, there is no need to recreate the self-generation deity. If it is not an evening session, you can choose either the elaborate or concise ritual to visualize yourself as Vajrakilaya. In front, in an instant, visualize the support and the supported, or from meditating on emptiness, up to the common protection circle. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Then, as before, from the Dharma origin of the fully accomplished Vajradhara to the generation of the Samayasattva, perform as before, and the mudra of invitation and the visualization should also be done as before. 'Manjushri, the essence of all dharmas, the reality, like the sky, without dwelling, without coming or going. Like the realm of time, compassion is without coming or going. Like an emanation, the manifestation is without coming or going, like a reflection in water. Although there is no characteristic of coming and going, like the moon in water, it appears wherever it is visualized. Now, here, I invite you, the deity who is requested to come. The wisdom of all Buddhas, Manjushri. The one who subdues the wicked, Bhairava, Yamantaka. The acting emanation, with the retinue of Yama. Please come here, think of me, and abide here.' Recite 'Om Hrih Ha Bho' etc., invite the deities including the guardians of the directions, and cause them to enter into the Samayasattva etc. Then perform the empowerment and seal. 'The victorious ones are pure and without defilement, and have no thoughts of flaws. Yet, with the manner of service, with this offering water, I bathe the Sugatas.' Offer the offering water, and in its place, place the foot-washing water. 'The victorious ones are the supreme body of qualities, endowed with the fragrance of perfectly pure morality. In the illusory dharmas, they have dominion over wisdom, and are naturally pure, without dust. Yet, we, with the manner of respectful service, arrange and offer the supreme pure fragrance, may the accumulation of merit be completely fulfilled.' Offer the supreme fragrance, and the other offerings are similar, in the place of the second line, add 'Flowers adorned with the limbs of enlightenment, the fragrance of flowers named the palace of wisdom. The light of wisdom that dispels the darkness of ignorance. The seven jewels of qualities, the food of contentment nectar.' In the place of 'supreme fragrance,' add flowers, incense, lamps, and fine food, and offer them with the previously mentioned mantra, accompanied by music. If you want to simplify the invitation and offering, you can also do it as mentioned before. The Agrima-utpada (front generation) practice offering should also be known from what is said immediately after. Also offer with the Inner offering. Then, purify the Torma with Hrih Strih. Purify with Svabhava. From emptiness, from the syllable 'Yam' arises the wind mandala, blue, like the shape of a bow, marked with banners. Above that, from the syllable 'Ram' arises the fire mandala, red, triangular. Above that, from the syllable 'Ah' arises a support of three human heads, above that, from the syllable 'Ah' arises a white skull cup, in which, starting from the east, the four directions and the center, from the seed syllable (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Literal meaning: Wrathful deity), seed syllable (Tibetan: ཨཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अं, Sanskrit Romanization: aṃ, Literal meaning: Emptiness), seed syllable (Tibetan: ཛྲིཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: ज्रिं, Sanskrit Romanization: jriṃ, Literal meaning: Hooking), seed syllable (Tibetan: ཁཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: खं, Sanskrit Romanization: khaṃ, Literal meaning: Space), seed syllable (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) arise --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
