Homage to all those wrathful assemblies and all without exception! Homage to the great wrathful mother, the invincible one! Homage to the wrathful mother Padma Vikuta! Homage to the wrathful mother Ekajati! Homage to the wrathful mother Vajra Peak! Homage to the wrathful mother Fearless One! Homage to the wrathful mother who dispels all fears! Homage to the wrathful mother Difficult to Tame! Homage to the wrathful mother Vajra Tamer of the Untamed! Homage to the wrathful mother Parnasavari! Homage to all those wrathful mother assemblies and all without exception! Furthermore, homage to all those who have become objects of offering, such as relics and remains, and the supreme gurus! Homage to Brahma and Indra, the Four Great Kings, the ten guardians of the directions, and the lords of the monasteries, and so forth, the oath-bound ones who protect the teachings, gathered by the eight classes of gods and demons! May all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas consider me! From this time onwards, until I sit at the heart of enlightenment, I take refuge in the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, the best of the two-legged beings! I take refuge in the Dharma, the best of those free from attachment! I take refuge in the Sangha, the best of assemblies! May all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas consider me! From beginningless samsara, when I wander in samsara, obscured by ignorance, I have not known the nature and qualities of those three jewels, the Buddhas, the lords of all qualities, the nectar of all dharmas, and the Sangha, the noble ones who gradually abandon afflictions with wisdom. I have not turned towards and respected the three jewels. I have not served, revered, and attended to my parents, Khenpos, Acharyas, and Lamas, who have become objects of offering. I and all sentient beings confess and reveal all the many sins that exist!
