忆念和，能行神变之事和，四种各别正知。法各别正知和，义各别正知和，决定之语各别正知和，辩才各别正知，愿我具有这些，通达众生之意乐，如其所好，以种种神变调伏，宣说殊胜之法，令其进入大乘。我与一切众生，生生世世具有十种自在。于寿命自在和，于心自在和，于受用自在和，于业自在和，于生自在和，于意乐自在和，于法自在和，于愿自在和，于神变自在和，于智慧自在，能随欲自在。具有菩萨广大之行，自他二利圆满，行于一切，愿皆圆满。愿能证悟佛刹。愿能成熟一切众生，愿能解脱一切众生。为自他之利益，愿能圆满十度。布施和，持戒和，忍辱和，精进和，静虑和，智慧和，方便和，力 和，愿和，智慧波罗蜜多。愿能迅速圆满菩萨十地。愿能迅速获得如来十力，四无畏，十八不共佛法，大悲，四种清净等等，具有无量功德之佛地。为了利益众生，愿我能有能力在无边无际的法界，直至虚空边际，直至未来际，利益一切有情。我于何时临命终时，愿诸佛世尊以金色右掌按于我顶，为我授记。愿我能以不滞著一切事物无常之庄严，圆满修习般若波罗蜜多的心和感受。

May I possess mindfulness, the ability to perform miraculous deeds, and the four kinds of individual perfect knowledge. May I possess individual perfect knowledge of the Dharma, individual perfect knowledge of meaning, individual perfect knowledge of definite words, and individual perfect knowledge of eloquence. Having understood the thoughts of sentient beings, may I subdue them with various miracles according to their inclinations, teach the excellent Dharma, and lead them into the Great Vehicle. May I and all sentient beings possess the ten powers in all lifetimes: power over life, power over mind, power over resources, power over actions, power over birth, power over aspirations, power over Dharma, power over prayers, power over miracles, and power over wisdom, and may we act with power over all desires. May we possess the vast conduct of Bodhisattvas, and may we perfect the benefit of ourselves and others, and practice all things completely. May we realize the Buddha-fields. May we ripen all sentient beings, and may we liberate all sentient beings. For the benefit of ourselves and others, may we perfect the ten perfections: generosity, discipline, patience, diligence, meditation, wisdom, skillful means, strength, aspiration, and wisdom. May we quickly perfect the ten Bodhisattva grounds. May we quickly attain the Buddha-ground, possessing the ten powers of the Tathagatas, the four fearlessnesses, the eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddhas, great compassion, the four purities, and countless qualities. For the benefit of sentient beings, may I have the power to benefit all sentient beings in the boundless realm of Dharma, to the limits of space, and to the end of the future. When I am about to die, may the Buddhas and Bhagavad-Tathagatas place their golden right hands on my head and prophesy me. May I, without being attached to the impermanent adornment of all things, have the mind and feeling to fully cultivate the Perfection of Wisdom.

以一切永断之心，愿作死亡之时。 信心无数，恭敬承事无数，欢喜，信乐无数，如是观视了悟诸佛，恒时宣说，如实宣说。愿作死亡之时。 以悦意供品供养彼等如来，如是观视了悟，以花、香、鬘、涂香、粉、衣、伞、胜幢、幡等无量供品，供养彼等如来。 我亦将一切善根回向于无上圆满菩提。 殊胜主尊，特别超胜，极胜，最胜，无上，无比，无等，不平等与平等，无似，无喻，大自在，上师与不压伏者，总集一切功德之胜，圆满正等觉所宣说，以回向而作回向。 如我所作回向，如是于一切无余遍满世间界中，所有一切有情，于有情界中无有，为彼一切有情界而作回向。 愿此等欲以智慧执持此等善根者，亦随喜之。 如是应说。 顶礼三宝，忏悔罪业，祈愿文竟。 萨瓦 मंगलम् (藏文，梵文天城体：सर्वा मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：sarva maṅgalam，汉语字面意思：一切吉祥)。 愿我成就此明咒。 嗡 维布拉 嘎贝 玛尼 扎贝 达塔嘎达 尼达夏尼 玛尼 玛尼 苏扎贝 贝玛列 萨嘎拉 冈贝拉 吽 吽 瓦拉 瓦拉 布达 维洛给德 固雅 阿迪色达 嘎贝 梭哈。 班玛达热 阿摩嘎 扎雅德 楚如 楚如 梭哈。 此为灭尽一切罪障之根本咒。 吉祥！ 吉祥！ 仲敦巴尊者名号百名。

With a mind that severs all connections, may I make the time of death. With countless faith, countless respectful service, joy, and devotion, just as one sees and understands those Buddhas, constantly speaks and truly speaks, may I make the time of death. Offering pleasing offerings to those Thus-Gone Ones, just as one sees and understands, offering to those Thus-Gone Ones with countless offerings of flowers, incense, garlands, anointments, powders, clothes, umbrellas, victory banners, and flags. I also dedicate all roots of virtue to the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment. Supreme Lord, especially excellent, most excellent, best, unsurpassed, incomparable, unequaled, unequal and equal, dissimilar, unparalleled, great master, guru and unsubduable one, gathering all excellent qualities, proclaimed by the perfectly complete Buddha, I dedicate with dedication. Just as I dedicate, so for all sentient beings in all the boundless realms of the world, without exception, and for those who are not in the realm of sentient beings, I dedicate for all those realms of sentient beings. May those who wish to hold these roots of virtue with knowledge also rejoice. Thus should one speak. Homage to the Three Jewels, confession of sins, the Sutra of Making Aspirations is complete.
