May I accomplish all the bases of secret mantras, Svaha. I prostrate to the great glorious Vajradhara, Svaha. Om Hum Hum Hum, Phat Phat Phat Svaha. Then, in that very instant, the evil maras, together with all the sons of the gods of the mara race, with a great demonic transformation, went to where the Bhagavan was dwelling. Then, as this happened, the wrathful, raging one, red in color, with eyes reddish-yellow like honey, gnashing his teeth, repulsive, with hair standing on end, holding a club in his right hand, holding a vajra in his left hand, adorned with snakes, wearing a tiger skin loincloth, in the east, surpassing twenty-one Ganges river sands of world realms, and likewise, in the south, west, and north directions, he appeared everywhere. Then, the evil maras and hundreds of thousands of obstacles trembled before the wrathful, raging one. The evil maras were intoxicated and tormented, disregarding their lives, and the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, bound them with five nooses. As this happened, at that time, the gods of Anavatapta, Tushita, Nirmanarati, and Paranirmitavasavartin, with incense, flowers, banners, and various kinds of flags, offered to the Bhagavan as much as they could, and then sat to one side. 于是，（他们）显现欢喜，对薄伽梵随喜。为了所有有情众生的利益，以及为了天人和人类的利益与安乐，从殊胜明咒大续部中，宣说了名为“施予一切所欲”的、以不可估量的力量压制他方的、名为“大力大威力明咒之王”的秘密咒语之根本。无论谁受持、念诵、读诵，或者为他人广为如实地开示，或者恭敬对待，或者视为上师，或者进行供养，或者进行供奉，都将进入所有坛城。所有他方所作的秘密咒语都将被摧毁、击败和推翻。如是，薄伽梵金刚持从殊胜明咒大续部中宣说了此等。此后，秘密主金刚手薄伽梵随喜，宣说了名为“施予一切所欲”的、名为“不可估量的力量”的、压制他方的、大力的秘密咒语之根本：嗡 班匝 郭达 玛哈 巴拉 哈那 达哈 巴匝 玛塔 比达那 萨雅 匝智 蓝波 达拉 乌楚玛 郭达 吽 啪 梭哈。（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་མ་ཧཱ་བ་ལ་ཧ་ན་ད་ཧ་པ་ཙ་མ་ཐ་བི་དྷ་ན་ས་ཡ།，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्रक्रोधमहाबलहन दह पच मथ विध्वंसय，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajrakrodhamahābalahana daha paca matha vidhvaṃsaya，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚忿怒，大力量，击杀，焚烧，烹煮，粉碎，摧毁。）匝智 蓝波 达拉 乌楚玛 郭达 吽 啪 梭哈。（藏文：ཛ་ཊི་ལམྦོ་དྷ་ར། ཨུ་ཙུཥྨ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：जटिलम्बोदर उच्छुष्मक्रोध हूँ फट् स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：jaṭilambodara ucchuṣmakrodha hūṃ phaṭ svāhā，汉语字面意思：发髻垂腹，炽燃忿怒，吽，啪，梭哈。）此后，秘密主金刚手向薄伽梵禀告说：薄伽梵，无论哪个种姓之子或种姓之女，听闻此法类后，受持、念诵、读诵，或者为他人广为如实地开示，或者进行供养，或者进行供奉，都将获得所有坛城的灌顶。秘密主金刚手禀告说：对于受持大力心咒者，无论是夜叉或夜叉之子，罗刹或罗刹之子，鸠盘荼或鸠盘荼之子，迦楼罗或迦楼罗之子，龙或龙之子，乾闼婆或乾闼婆之子，食肉者或食肉者之子，癫狂者或癫狂者之子，空行母或空行母之子，修行者或持蛇者等，以及遗忘者，腐烂之身，僵尸等，以及所有压迫的鬼神，以及遗忘者等的鬼神，都将无法侵扰。

Then, having manifested joy, they rejoiced after the Blessed One. For the sake of all sentient beings, and for the benefit and happiness of gods and humans, from within the great tantra of supreme vidyā-mantras, they spoke these roots of secret mantras called "Giving All Desired Things," which subdue others with immeasurable power, and are called "King of Vidyā-Mantras of Great Might and Great Power." Whoever holds, recites, reads, or extensively and accurately reveals to others, or treats with respect, or regards as a guru, or performs service, or makes offerings, will enter all mandalas. All secret mantras made by others will be destroyed, defeated, and overthrown. Thus, the Blessed One Vajradhara spoke these which arise from within the great tantra of supreme vidyā-mantras. Then, the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, the Blessed One, rejoiced and spoke the root of the secret mantra of great power called "Giving All Desired Things," which is called "Immeasurable Power" and subdues others: Om Vajrakrodha Mahabala Hana Daha Paca Matha Vidhana Saya. Jati Lambodhara Ucchusma Krodha Hum Phat Svaha. Then, the Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, said this to the Blessed One: Blessed One, whichever son or daughter of a family, having heard this Dharma category, holds, recites, reads, or extensively and accurately reveals it to others, or performs service, or makes offerings, will be empowered in all mandalas. The Lord of Secrets, Vajrapani, said: For those who hold the essence of great power, neither yakshas nor sons of yakshas, neither rakshasas nor sons of rakshasas, neither kumbhandas nor sons of kumbhandas, neither garudas nor sons of garudas, neither nagas nor sons of nagas, neither gandharvas nor sons of gandharvas, neither flesh-eaters nor sons of flesh-eaters, neither madmen nor sons of madmen, neither dakinis nor sons of dakinis, neither practitioners nor snake-holders, and so forth, nor forgetters, nor decaying bodies, nor corpses, and so forth, nor all oppressive demons, nor demons of forgetters, and so forth, will be able to harm them.
