This arose from that. At this time, if one recognizes the self-face of awareness, it is the view of the three realms being primordially pure, the meditation of complete liberation from the three realms, the conduct of being victorious in all directions, and the fruition of the three kayas being spontaneously accomplished. This is the time of the samaya that does not stray from that. Abandoning the basis of view, the foundation of meditation, and the acceptance and rejection of conduct, whatever appears and whatever is used are all the play of wisdom or the play of dharmata, footprints are mandalas of colored dust, movements are mudras of wisdom, food and drink are the nature of tsokhor, and it is the intention of the Great Perfection. Even when good thoughts arise, they are liberated at the edge, vast expanse. Even when bad thoughts arise, they arise and liberate themselves. Not abandoning outer appearances, liberation occurs on the basis of appearances, like a bird carrying something away. Not abandoning inner movements, liberation occurs on the basis of movements, like drawing lines on water. As it is said: "If you do not know how to practice whatever arises, then whatever you practice is an increase of suffering." This is the point of what was said. Therefore, if the essence is emptiness, possessing the quality of intensity; the nature is clarity, possessing the quality of purity; and the compassion of awareness possesses the quality of liberation, then even though the essence is non-conceptual, the quality of clarity is not obstructed, so one is liberated from the formless realm. Even though one is aware with compassion, it does not scatter, so one is liberated from the desire realm. Therefore, it is extremely important to have understanding, experience, and realization of this key point. If there is no clarity when abiding, it is the dregs of shamatha. If there is no relaxation when clear, it is the bondage of clinging to clarity. If there is no liberation when moving, it is following after delusion. Therefore, properly distinguish between the alaya and the dharmakaya, and the boundaries of mind and awareness. Do not engage in much hearing and thinking, but grasp the key point and practice with certainty. If one wants to practice this non-conceptual, genuine virtue without possessing the instructions for distinguishing, it is even more deluded than delusion, so be careful. The conclusion of practicing the holy Dharma is dedication and aspiration. As it says in the Sutra Requested by Lodrö Gyatso: "Just as a drop of water falls into the great ocean, it will not be exhausted until the ocean is exhausted. Likewise, the virtue dedicated to enlightenment will not be exhausted until enlightenment is attained." Therefore, first, dedication should be done in a state free from clinging to the truth of the three spheres. However, that is the characteristic of a bodhisattva who has attained the bhumis, not like ordinary beings like us or those who are gathering accumulations.

It is not a realm of ordinary paths. Therefore, if dedicated in accordance with what is suitable, it is the same as the dedication of the three spheres without objectification. Before the strength or momentum of the main samadhi dissipates, in the space in front, as witnesses to the dedication, visualize the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions clearly like a merit field. Or, at this time, according to the tradition of Guru Rinpoche Kundu Norbu, visualize it clearly as before, and in front of it, perform the exchange of suffering and happiness: Langtangpa said: "In short, directly or indirectly, offer benefit and happiness to all mothers. May all the harm and suffering of mothers be secretly taken by me." As it is said, through the compassion and blessings of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and through the power of the merit of accumulating white virtuous deeds, my happiness, objects of happiness, roots of virtue, and their causes and effects, etc., are not like dividing things, but contemplate them dissolving into all sentient beings in the form of white light. Contemplate the suffering, causes, effects, and habitual tendencies of those sentient beings dissolving into your own heart in the form of black light, dissolving into the essence of self-grasping, which is a smoky black bindu, and then contemplate the bindu and everything dissolving into the selfless realm of reality, and rest calmly for a moment. Then, in the Condensed Sutra, it is said: "The three thousand worlds, Mount Meru, can be measured by scales, but the merit of rejoicing in virtue is not like that." Therefore, from ordinary beings, Shravakas, and Pratyekabuddhas, to oneself and others who abide on the paths of learning and non-learning, after rejoicing in the virtue accumulated by them in the past, present, and future, now is the time to dedicate the roots of virtue for the benefit of others. First, inform or report to the merit field, and now, taking this one session's virtue as representative, gather together all the roots of virtue, causes, and effects accumulated by oneself and others in the past, present, and future, and the roots of virtue, causes, and effects of rejoicing in the accumulation, and offer them upwards to the Guru and Three Jewels. Then, to whom should the merit of offering upwards be dedicated? For all sentient beings as infinite as space to attain the fruit of unsurpassed wisdom; where should it be dedicated? In the inconceivable place of the Dharmadhatu that does not abide in the two extremes; how should it be dedicated? Without being defiled by the stain of clinging to the three spheres as real, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.
