It is done in this way. For the recitation of the cycle, it is similar. There is another method of recitation, on the three-tiered cushion in the heart, place the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,Hūṃ,hūṃ,seed syllable), and around it arrange the mantra of 'nam bcu dbang ldan' (རྣམ་བཅུ་དབང་ལྡན, the ten powers), then perform the emanation and absorption of light rays, some consider this similar to the practice of other generation stages such as Vajrabhairava. Furthermore, the mental recitation that arises from the oral instructions is to visualize oneself as being in union, keep one's mind alert, and let one's mind relax without fabrication. Sometimes, fill the outer and inner world with the body of the deity, then absorb everything into the body of the root deity, and focus on it. Sometimes, combine the mudra with (wisdom), fill the six places of the body with the bliss of bodhicitta, and blend the mind into it, letting the mind naturally liberate. Also, when the practitioner feels weary, look at the mantra rosary in the heart, and quickly recite with the mind. Also, visualize all appearances as deities, and blend the mind into it, letting emptiness abide in its own place, and absorb everything back, or visualize as father and mother, fill the bliss of one's own nature, look at the mantra rosary, and recite quickly like lightning. These four methods are performed alternately. Similarly, Vajra recitation does not require a rosary or mantra, but rather to properly position the body, perform three purifications of breath, and then from the seed syllable in the heart, with the exhalation, the letters of the mantra emerge from the right nostril, simultaneously reciting the last letter of the mantra, with the inhalation, the first letter of the mantra, such as Oṃ (ༀ,Oṃ,oṃ,seed syllable), enters from the left nostril, merging into the seed syllable in the heart, when the breath stops, focus on the single seed syllable, this is the Vajra recitation of the generation stage. Also, for the three-syllable Vajra recitation, properly position the body, perform the purification of breath, and then visualize within the body, a blue central channel, as thick as an arrow shaft, from the navel to the crown of the head, on its right is the red Rōmā channel, and on the left is the white Kyoungmā channel, the three channels standing side by side. Then, when exhaling, red light rays emerge from the right nostril, accompanied by the sound of Āḥ (ཨཱ,Āḥ,āḥ,seed syllable), with the letter Āḥ (ཨཱ,Āḥ,āḥ,seed syllable) at the end of the light rays; when inhaling, white light rays emerge from the left nostril, accompanied by the sound of Oṃ (ༀ,Oṃ,oṃ,seed syllable), with the letter Oṃ (ༀ,Oṃ,oṃ,seed syllable) at the end of the light rays. These two letters flow back and forth in the central channel. When the breath stops, in the central channel, accompanied by blue light rays and the sound of Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,Hūṃ,hūṃ,seed syllable), focus on the letter Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,Hūṃ,hūṃ,seed syllable) at the navel. When exhaling, focus on clarity, when inhaling, focus on bliss, when the breath stops, focus on non-discrimination. When inhaling, it is the mandala of wisdom. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Please invite the deities to come, please ask the Buddhas to return to their positions, please ask the Buddhas to stay. All these actions have been accomplished. These three syllables (Om, Ah, Hum) are the Dharma nature of all other mantras, so it is the Vajra recitation of the actual or complete stage of Vajra recitation. Although there are many different three-syllable Vajra recitations in the Tantra, and Vajra recitations of many other mantra letters that are not absolutely certain, this is not contradictory. In general, all vowels are included in male, female, and non-binary genders, the twelve vowels other than ṛ and ḷ are female, the consonants other than ṅa, ña, ṇa, na, ma are male, and the remaining nine vowels and consonants are non-binary. Therefore, all vowels are included in Om (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), all consonants are included in Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), and all non-binary genders are included in Hum (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). Therefore, Om is the mantra of the father tantra, Ah is the mantra of the mother tantra, and Hum is the mantra of the union. It is also the mantra of the three secrets of the Buddhas' body, speech, and mind. In the generation stage, the deity is generated from the three syllables, and after generation, the three places are blessed, and finally, the recitation of sound and silent mind, etc., is also performed through the three syllables, as well as the blessing of food and torma, and the activities of pacification, etc. All of these are performed through the three syllables, and the recitation of combining wind and the three syllables can purify obscurations and prolong life, etc., and through aggregation, paragraphs are produced, through paragraph aggregation, words are produced, through word aggregation, letters are produced, and all letters are included in vowels and consonants. Etc., the three syllables have many characteristics, so it is all forms. It would be good to explain the purity of the Tenfold Powerful One here, but it is difficult to say all of these contents that require a lot of explanation, to put it simply, the seven letters ha, kṣa, ma, la, va, ra, ya, and the essence of tsheg drag (a mark) with the image of a half-moon, and the thig le (bindu) with the image of nada (sound) lightning are the Tenfold Powerful One. The external purity is that ya is wind, ra is fire, va is water, la is earth, ya is Mount Sumeru, kṣa is the form realm, ha is the moon, the half-moon is the sun, thig le is Rahu, and nada is the formless realm. The internal combination is the four chakras, the secret place, the spine, the three channels, and the mind, these ten. If combined with other mandalas, the four elements, Mount Sumeru, lotus, sun, Rahu, etc. are actually arranged. In the completion stage, there are very many combinations with the various parts of the six yogas, etc., but mainly ya, ra, la, va are the throat, heart, navel four in order, ya is the central channel, ka is the secret wheel, ha is the white part half-moon, and red is the fusion of white and red in the five wheels. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
