ཅས་པས། བདག་གི་རམ་བུའི་སོགས་ནས། བསྟོད་པར་ གྱུར༑ །འདྲིལ་བསྣོལ་རྒྱ་དང་བསྐུལ་མཚམས་ཀྱིས་བྱེའུ་འགྱུར་ཤར་རེ་འདོན། གང་གི་དྲིན་གྱིས་སོགས་ནས། ཐམས་ཅད་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཆེན་པོར་བསྔོ། །མཐར་རྐང་གསུམ་ཌཱ་དྲིལ་རྔ་བཅས་འུར་འབེབས་དགུ་རྡུང་གིས་བཞག །བསྙེན་པ་ ༄༅། །བྱ་བ་ནི། ལྷུག །ཡུམ་ཆེན་ཐུགས་ཀར་སོགས་ནས། བདུད་རྩིས་སྐུ་ལུས་གང་། ཕཊཿཕཊཿཕཊ ཿག་ཏེའི་སྔགས་མང་དུ་བཟླ་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་སྦྱོང་བ་ནི། ལྷུག །ཕཊ༔ མ་གཅིག་ཞབས་གཡོན་ སོགས་ནས། ཤེལ་སྒོང་ལྟ་བུར་གྱུར། །ཕཊཕཊཿཕཊཿ ག་ཏེའི་སྔགས་ཅུང་ཟད་བཟླ། ལན་ཆགས་འཇལ་བ་ནི། ལྷུག །བདག་གཞན་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་སོགས་ནས། ཕན་སེམས་ལྡན་པར་གྱུར། ཕཊཿཕཊཿཕུཊཿ ག་ཏེའི་སྔགས་ ཅུང་ཟད་བཟླའོ། །ནམ་མཁའ་སྒོ་འབྱེད་ནི། ལྷུག །བདག་དང་སྲུང་བྱའི་སོགས་ནས། ཁྱབ་གདལ་ཆེན་པོར་གྱུར། ཕཊ༔ ལུས་མཎྜལ་དུ་འབུལ་བ་ནི། རྐང་གསུམ་ཌཱ་དྲིལ་རྔ་བཅས་འུར་འབེབས་དགུ་རྡུང་གིས་བླངས་ནས། བྱེའུ་འགྱུར། ཕུཊ༔ མ་གཅིག་ཐུགས་ལས་རང་སེམས་ཚིག་རྐང་གཉིས་ནས་བསྣོལ་རྒྱ། ཌཱ་དྲིལ་རྔ་དང་བཅས་པས། ཕག་མོ་དམར་མོ་སོགས་ནས། སྤ་ར་ཎ་ས་མ་ཡེ་ཧཱུྃ། མཐར་རྐང་གསུམ་ཌཱ་དྲིལ་རྔ་བཅས་འུར་འབེབས་དགུ་རྡུང་གིས་བཞག །མཆོད་ སྦྱིན་དངོས་ནི། ལྷག །ཕཊ༔ རང་གི་རྣམ་པར་ཤེས་པ་སོགས་ནས། ། སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ལག་གཡོན་པའི་ཐལ་མོ་མདུན་དུ་ཕར་འཕྱར་བ་ཨཱོཾ་གྱི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ། དེ་བཞིན་དུ་གཡས་པའི་ཐལ་མོ་མདུན་དུ་ཕར་འཕྱར་བ་ཨཱའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ། དེ་གཉིས་རྩེ་ སྤྱད་པ་ཧཱུཾ་གི་ཕྱག་རྒྱ། གུང་མཛུབ་དང་མཐེ་བོང་གཉིས་རྩེ་སྤྱད་པའི་སྦུག་གུར་མཛུབ་མོ་གཉིས་བསྣོལ་ནས་བཅུག་པ་མདུན་དུ་འཕྱར་བ་ལས་སྲིན་ལག་གཉིས་བརྐྱངས་པའི་རྩེ་སྤྲད། མཐེའུ་ཆུང་གཉིས་རྭ་ལྟར་བརྐྱངས་པ་ཧ་ཧོ་ཧྲཱིཿསྭཱཧཱའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱའོ། །ལྷག །རང་གི་ཐུགས་ཀ་ ནས་སོགས་ནས། སོ་སོ་ལ་མཆོད་པར་གྱུར། ཕཊ༔ རྐང་གསུམ་ཌཱ་དྲིལ་རྔ་བཅས་འུར་འབེབས་དགུ་རྡུང་གིས་བླངས་ནས། བྱེའུ་འགྱུར། ཕཊ གདོས་བཅས་ལུས་ཀྱི་ཚིག་རྐང་གཉིས་ནས་བསྣོལ་རྒྱ། ཌཱ་དྲིལ་རྔ་དང་བཅས་པས། ཟག་མེད་བདུད་རྩི་སོགས་ནས། མཐར་ཐུག་སངས་རྒྱས་འཐོབ་པར་ཤོག །ཕཊཕཊ༔ མཐར་རྐང་གསུམ་ཌཱ་དྲིལ་རྔ་བཅས་འུར་འབེབས་དགུ་རྡུང་གིས་བཞག །དམར་འགྱེད་ནི། དྲི་གསུར་གཏོང་། ལྷུག །བདུད་རྩིའི་ལྷག་མ་ཅུང་ ཟད་སོགས་ནས། ལྤགས་པ་ལ་དགའ་བས་ལྤགས་པ་གྱོན། ཕཊ༔ ཕཊཕཊ༔ རྐང་གསུམ་ཌཱ་དྲིལ་རྔ་བཅས་འུར་འབེབས་དགུ་རྡུང་གིས་བླངས་ནས། ཕག་མོ

Thus, from my bamboo staff, etc., praise. With the intertwined seal and urging demarcation, emit the sound of birds chirping. The practice to be done is: Prose. From the heart of the Great Mother, etc., may the body be filled with nectar. Phaṭ! Phaṭ! Phaṭ! From one's own consciousness, etc. Svāhā. Extending the left palm forward is the hand seal of Oṃ. Similarly, extending the right palm forward is the hand seal of Ā. The tips of the two touching is the hand seal of Hūṃ. Touching the tips of the middle finger and thumb, crossing the two index fingers and placing them in the gap, extending them forward, then extending the two ring fingers and touching their tips. Extending the little fingers like horns is the hand seal of Haha Hrih Svaha. Prose. From one's own heart and so on, may each receive offerings. Phaṭ!
