托付于玛（Ma）！加持之力将会生起，定日（Dingri）人啊！ 舍弃今生，追求来世的意义！成为愿望的顶峰吧，定日人啊！妻儿无常，如同经商时的过客！不要争吵打斗，定日人啊！对于如幻的财物诱惑！不要用吝啬的绳索捆绑，定日人啊！对于不净的身体容器！不要贪求美好而粉饰，定日人啊！对于如幻的虚假亲友！不要过于执着悲伤，定日人啊！对于乡村田地牧场般的土地！不要贪恋执着，定日人啊！对于父母六道众生这些恩人！不要执着于我和我所，定日人啊！既然出生之日便有死亡之事发生！毫不犹豫地投入修行吧，定日人啊！ 错觉并非根植于本性，而是突如其来！看看造作者的特征吧，定日人啊！毫不散乱地致力于神圣的佛法！死后就能把握方向，定日人啊！业的果报，因果真实不虚！避开不善的罪恶吧，定日人啊！将所作所为，如梦境般放下！无所作为地去体验吧，定日人啊！对于任何产生执着的事物，都放手吧！无论如何都不需要啊，定日人啊！既然不会永远留在这个世间！现在就开始准备行装吧，定日人啊！忙完俗事后，就没有时间修行佛法了！在还记得的时候，就赶紧修行吧，定日人啊！如果猴子想在森林里享受快乐！森林的边缘会被火焰包围啊，定日人啊！生老病死的河流没有桥梁！你的船是否已经准备好了呢，定日人啊！在生死中阴的险峻关口！一定会被五毒烦恼的强盗袭击！寻找一位引路的上师吧，定日人啊！无欺的皈依处就是上师！永不分离地顶戴在头顶吧，定日人啊！如果皈依上师，就能到达任何想去的地方！以虔诚作为脚力吧，定日人啊！谁拥有财富，谁就拥有吝啬！毫不偏颇地施舍吧，定日人啊！谁拥有权力，谁就拥有罪恶！双手合十于胸前吧，定日人啊！ 在世间人情之中没有亲友！将信任托付于佛法吧，定日人啊！如果放逸，在道上，暇满人生就会耗尽！现在就下定决心吧，定日人啊！

Entrust to Ma! The power of blessings will arise, Dingri people! Give up this life, pursue the meaning of the next! Become the pinnacle of aspiration, Dingri people! Spouses and children are impermanent, like guests during business! Do not quarrel or fight, Dingri people! For the illusory temptations of wealth! Do not bind with the knots of miserliness, Dingri people! For the impure vessel of the body! Do not crave beauty and adorn it, Dingri people! For the illusory and unreal relatives and friends! Do not be too attached and sorrowful, Dingri people! For the land like fields and pastures in the countryside! Do not be greedy and attached, Dingri people! For parents and sentient beings of the six realms, these benefactors! Do not cling to "I" and "mine", Dingri people! Since the day of birth brings the event of death! Without hesitation, devote yourself to practice, Dingri people! Delusion is not rooted in nature, but arises suddenly! Look at the characteristics of the maker, Dingri people! Without distraction, dedicate yourself to the sacred Dharma! After death, you will grasp the direction, Dingri people! The ripening of karma, cause and effect are truly certain! Avoid unwholesome evils, Dingri people! Leave behind the deeds you have done, like a dream! Experience it without acting, Dingri people! Let go of whatever you become attached to! You don't need anything anyway, Dingri people! Since you will not stay in this world forever! Start preparing your provisions now, Dingri people! After finishing worldly affairs, there is no time to practice Dharma! When you still remember, hurry up and practice, Dingri people! If a monkey wants to enjoy happiness in the forest! The edge of the forest will be surrounded by fire, Dingri people! The river of birth, old age, sickness, and death has no bridge! Is your boat ready, Dingri people! At the steep pass of the bardo between birth and death! You will surely be attacked by the robbers of the five poisons of affliction! Seek a guide, a lama, Dingri people! The unerring refuge is the lama! Inseparably carry him on your head, Dingri people! If you take refuge in the lama, you can reach any place you want to go! Cultivate devotion as your foot-fee, Dingri people! Whoever has wealth has miserliness! Give alms impartially, Dingri people! Whoever has power has sin! Fold your hands in prayer on your chest, Dingri people! In the world of human affairs, there are no relatives or friends! Entrust your trust to the Dharma, Dingri people! If you are distracted on the path, a life of leisure and opportunity will be wasted! Make up your mind now, Dingri people!
