Furthermore, many evil spirits, such as those known as the Four White Sons, were attributed to the holy ones, and countless beings, both human and non-human, were placed on the path of benefit and happiness. Once, when the venerable Milarepa was staying in Nyalung Trophuk, one morning at dawn, the dakini with the face of a lion appeared manifestly and said, \"Milarepa, in Tongla, the Indian holy Damapa Sangye is coming and staying. Won't you go to see him?\" The venerable one thought, \"There is no need to cut off the doubts that are uncomfortable in my mind. Since he is an accomplished one, there is no harm in seeing him.\" So he held one breath and went to Nyalung Tongla. In the pass, he met some butter merchants and asked, \"Is the Indian holy Damapa Sangye coming and staying?\" They said, \"We don't know Damapa Sangye. An old Acharya, all green and crooked, is sleeping in the guest house last night.\" He thought, \"These people don't recognize him.\" When he arrived at the pass and looked, Damapa was also destined to meet the venerable one by the dakini with the face of a lion. He saw him sleeping and coming in the guest house of compassion. He thought, \"I must examine whether he has unobstructed direct perception.\" So he transformed his body into a pile of flowers and stayed there. Damapa passed by without seeing him. He thought, \"It seems untrue that he has unobstructed direct perception.\" Then Damapa turned his face around and kicked the pile of flowers, saying, \"Hey Milarepa, it is not right for you to transform your body into a flower and stay here! Get up! Because you sang the life essence of the dakinis into songs and chanted them into melodies, the flesh-eating dakinis came and met me with your life force and red essence. Last night, we finished making and eating the tsokhor. Now you have no life left for tonight! What confidence do you have in the heat of death?\" Then the venerable one stood up and sang the six confidences of the heat of death. Damapa said, \"There is no reason for you to be like that. It won't work to use external objects as examples. If you are a genuine yogi, then the current awareness...\"" } ``` ============================================================

Having arrived at the ridge with Vajrakrodha, his mind and body refreshed. The holy one held a bunch of flowers in his hand and, like shooting a meteor, instantly ascended into the sky and became invisible. People cried out and prayed. He then descended from the midst of rainbow light and said, "If you are watching the mountains, is it strange to see such a sight?" and laughed. Again, on the crown of his head. On the ridge, a patron named Darma, while offering nectar to the holy teacher and disciples, a heavy rain fell. They requested to go inside the tent, but he did not allow it. Others ran into the tent to take shelter from the rain. When the rain stopped, everyone gathered together. They went to where the holy one was with a large cloak, but it is said that he was nowhere to be seen. When they picked up Bamen's horn cup, inside it, the holy one was sitting as a small body, and everyone was amazed and said, "Kaya Napa Drapa Dra Aca," and then he ascended. He showed a sight of a lotus posture filling the sky. When they looked up, the sky above could not be seen. Because it was so amazing, he said, "Kaya Ni Hi," and then disappeared, and a long time passed. There, they stayed praying with strong devotion. After a while, he covered his head with a woolen felt and was sitting right there. An extraordinary faith arose, and they asked the lama where he was going. He said, "I went to Tushita to present my report to Maitreya, and I went to Potala to meet Lokeshvara." Lama Gyagom said, "Is there anyone in Jambudvipa who has attained such qualities as the holy one?" He said, "Until qualities arise in one's own continuum, one will not recognize the qualities in another's continuum. All that you have seen are just stars seen in the daytime." Again, once, a great wail was heard from many sentient beings suffering from misery. He said, "Go and look over there." According to his words, they went and saw a beggar outside spreading his tattered clothes in the sun. It is said that it was the wail of the lice suffering from the sun. Also, some Mongolian officials from Sumriwa went to test the holy one's clairvoyance. The lama pretended to be a monk, and the student pretended to be the lama to meet him. The holy one knew this and tested Acaraya. What happened? He said, "Your interdependence is reversed, and the heads of the eight officials will not be saved." One day, this rock
