Recite the mantra 'ྃ་ཕཊ་སྭཱཧཱ།' (Om, Phet, Svaha) as the heart mantra, and to the best of your ability, recite 'ཨོཾ་ཙ་མུནྟྲི་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།' (Om Tsa Muntri Hum Phet) as the heart mantra of the Mother. During the approach phase, recite either heart mantra four hundred thousand times, and the close heart mantra one hundred thousand times; this is the approach of numbers. Primarily, one should focus on the approach of signs or indications.
