It is called "holding correctly." Therefore, being equal to the actions of the Victorious One (རྒྱལ་བ་) is equality. Generally, a Victorious One is defined as one who has gained victory over opposing forces, which also includes victory in battle and victory over illness, and only has the meaning of victory. But here, it refers to being the श्रेष्ठ (श्रेष्ठ, Devanagari: श्रेष्ठ, Roman transliteration: śreṣṭha, Chinese literal meaning: श्रेष्ठ) of the Victorious Ones because of having gained victory over the two obscurations and their habitual tendencies. For that reason, it is also incomparable to others. The Victorious One, the Teacher Buddha, has also repeatedly prophesied in the Sutras that the definitive teachings of निश्चितार्थ (निश्चितार्थ, Devanagari: निश्चितार्थ, Roman transliteration: niścitārtha, Chinese literal meaning: निश्चितार्थ) will flourish in the final five hundred years. Thus, the noble one who has gained victory over the two obscurations and their habitual tendencies is the श्रेष्ठ (श्रेष्ठ, Devanagari: श्रेष्ठ, Roman transliteration: śreṣṭha, Chinese literal meaning: श्रेष्ठ) guide, the complete Buddha, and abandoning doubt about this is being free from hesitation. Praising in a rational way, these are explained from the meaning of the scriptures. Moreover, what all श्रेष्ठ (श्रेष्ठ, Devanagari: श्रेष्ठ, Roman transliteration: śreṣṭha, Chinese literal meaning: श्रेष्ठ) and inferior beings can see directly are the qualities that will be explained below, and these qualities can be directly proven by reason. That is to say, any noble व्यक्ति (व्यक्ति, Devanagari: व्यक्ति, Roman transliteration: vyakti, Chinese literal meaning: व्यक्ति) is worthy of prostration and respect. What is the reason? Because they are not defiled by even the subtle faults of the Pratimoksha vows, the Bodhisattva vows, and the Secret Mantra vows, therefore their discipline is अत्यंत (अत्यंत, Devanagari: अत्यंत, Roman transliteration: atyaṃta, Chinese literal meaning: अत्यंत) pure. And they are skilled in the five sciences, mainly Inner Science, which are the means to attain liberation and the state of omniscience. The noble व्यक्ति (व्यक्ति, Devanagari: व्यक्ति, Roman transliteration: vyakti, Chinese literal meaning: व्यक्ति) has the Bodhicitta, желающий (желающий, Devanagari: желающий, Roman transliteration: zhelayushchiy, Chinese literal meaning: желающий) to establish all sentient beings in Bodhicitta, and the great benefit of others that arises from it, that is, they possess the state of relative Bodhicitta. Generally, possessing any one of these three is worthy of prostration, but if तीनों (तीनों, Devanagari: तीनों, Roman transliteration: tīnoṃ, Chinese literal meaning: तीनों) are possessed, then they are especially worthy of prostration, therefore it is called "prostration." The noble व्यक्ति (व्यक्ति, Devanagari: व्यक्ति, Roman transliteration: vyakti, Chinese literal meaning: व्यक्ति) does not have arrogance, does not have jealousy that cannot bear the श्रेष्ठ (श्रेष्ठ, Devanagari: श्रेष्ठ, Roman transliteration: śreṣṭha, Chinese literal meaning: श्रेष्ठ) of others, and does not have a harsh mind, that is, does not have hatred, anger, and resentment, etc. The object of offering does not abandon the Dharma for the sake of life, and does not slander virtuous friends, etc., does not abandon the noble व्यक्ति (व्यक्ति, Devanagari: व्यक्ति, Roman transliteration: vyakti, Chinese literal meaning: व्यक्ति), the object of offering does not

Not showing off one's learning, realization, relinquishment, etc., to others, because possessing these three is also a noble person, therefore I prostrate to the object of admiration. Furthermore, for any object of offering, there are other special qualities, namely, without relying on the power of others, but with one's own intelligence, one can thoroughly understand the profound and difficult sutras of the Bhagavan, and provide definitive explanations in the manner of newly opening a chariot path. Moreover, being able to interpret the meaning without relying on others, but with the power of intelligence, arises from the signs of having attained the ground. As the Ornament says: "Loving and speaking sweetly, as well as the teachings themselves and the eight talents, the definitive explanation of profound meanings, these are the signs of the wise." For any object of offering, in that particular place, time, and circumstance, unprecedented views arise in the mind, and its tenets are beautiful because of their complete purity. Any object of offering, at this time and in every way, all actions of the three doors are in accordance with the sacred Dharma, and one strives single-mindedly to accomplish them, possessing these three. And, from anyone else, wonderful things arise, that is, becoming particularly excellent and amazing, therefore one abides with reverence, and prostrates. The summary of these meanings is: The four reliances are: not relying on words but relying on meaning, not relying on the person but relying on the Dharma, not relying on the provisional meaning but relying on the definitive meaning, and not relying on consciousness but relying on wisdom. The omniscient Jonangpa Sherab Gyaltsen, who possesses the four reliances, is widely known as the great Bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara, who abides in reality in the definitive sense. In that place and at that time, in the eyes of all people of high and low status who are impartial, he possesses all of the aforementioned nine qualities of pure morality, etc. For such a noble being, no matter who harms him, it will bring happiness, as it is said in the sutras, and whether one makes a connection of good or bad karma, one can transform everything into the supreme activity of accomplishing the fruit of omniscience. The second is the vow to explain, thus, the other-emptiness great Madhyamaka of the one who possesses the four reliances, who has become the object of offering and praise.
