Then, if great fear arises, one should not be afraid with mantras. If fear arises, then great demonic obstacles will occur. If obstacles arise, then siddhis will not be accomplished. Therefore, mantra practitioners should not be afraid, for the great glorious Vajrabhairava is pleased. Having been pleased, he will say, "What supreme thing shall I give you?" Then the vidyadhara should say, "A sword, and from the earth, eye medicine and a corpse, the extraction of essence, or any siddhi desired in the mind, surely grant it to me." Having said this, it will undoubtedly be granted. Even if the mantra practitioner does not accomplish the supreme, all subtle actions will surely be accomplished. This is the mandala taught in the Kalacakra Tantra of the great glorious Vajrabhairava of Manjushri, the first chapter. Then, the ritual for bestowing all siddhis that follow all actions will be explained. In that, according to the order, killing and expelling, etc., should be done by the mantra practitioner being wrathful and abiding in the union of the great glorious Vajrabhairava. First, the mantra practitioner should kill. Why? Because this is endowed with the union of mantra and deity, so it should be done first, because that union is the main thing. In that action, as one desires to kill, the mantra practitioner should write on a cremation ground cloth with poison and blood, salt and mustard seed, neem and datura juice, with the sixteen-petaled great wheel of Vajrabhairava, or with a pen made from the root of a great crow's feather, or a pen made from human bone, naked with disheveled hair, facing south, with the union of one with a buffalo face. In the middle of two fires, place the name of the one to be acted upon and complete it, surround it with the ten syllables, also write eight Hums, and write eight Phats downwards. Anoint oneself with hot ghee, place the wheel between two skulls, place it on three hearthstones, fiercely ignite a fire with cremation ground firewood, press down with the left foot, and recite the ten-syllable mantra. With that, in an instant, without doubt, he will die. Furthermore, if one wishes to inflict a plague, that wheel in the middle of two human placentas.

If placed properly, but buried under a tomb, one will be seized by epidemics. This is the excellent combination of the sixteen-world wheel. Another teaching says that the distinction of this method is that it possesses a mantra of thirty-two syllables, and a mantra of ten syllables including the name of the action to be performed, with letters and mantras written alternately. Together with the substances previously mentioned, take the impure remains of food pecked by crows, and together with Vairochana, smear it on a burial cloth. On it, write the previously mentioned assembly wheel, and burying it in a cemetery will cause death. Burying it under a solitary tree will cause expulsion. Burying it at a unique landmark will cause separation. Burying it in water will cause stiffness. Placing it in a house will cause pacification. Taking it out and washing it well will cause liberation. Another teaching of excellent combination says to write the wheel of Yama on a burial cloth with the previous ritual. In a cemetery, or at a crossroads, or by a solitary tree, or in an anthill, or by the water's edge, or at a unique landmark, or at the gatehouse of a king, or by an image of Vairochana, or by vajra water, or on charcoal from a cemetery, make an eight-finger-high image of the action to be performed. Insert the mantra into its heart, and drive stakes of mother's bone into five places. Fill all the joints with sharp thorns. Place it in the middle of two skulls, and in it, with the things of an anthill and seven places, make an image of Yama, a boat About the size, with a fierce face, a large belly, one face, two arms, holding a sword and a rope in his hands, naked with disheveled hair. Place two skulls in his heart, and bury him at midday or midnight, or in a cemetery, or in a cremation ground. Dig very deep, with his head facing south and his face down. When you come home, with great pride and the union of a buffalo face, recite the ten-syllable mantra including the name of the action to be performed, and he will die within three days. Taking it out and stirring it will liberate it. Then the excellent combination of stiffness was taught. Write the ten-syllable mantra with substances such as Teulo tree bark and poison. That bark, with the dust of the footprints of the action to be performed, and urine.
