On the seat, visualize clearly as refuge, such as the Yidam. Fill all the realms of the world with offerings, desirable qualities, and enjoyments. Imagine offering your body, speech, and mind, along with the accumulation of merit of the three times, to the Lama and the Three Jewels. Offer a seven-pile mandala or any mandala, and also offer a vast mandala at the beginning and end. At the end of each mandala, recite once: "My body and all possessions, all the virtues accumulated in the three times, I offer to the Lama and the Three Jewels. Please accept them with compassion." Fourth, visualize the Lama and Machig as inseparable on your crown, and generate strong devotion from the depths of your heart. If you wish, you can also recite the lineage prayer of this practice. In particular, thinking that all sentient beings, including yourself, are praying to the Lama with strong devotion, "Precious Lama with the signs, please bless me! There is no other hope, please bless me now! Please bless me to let go of the mind of self-grasping! Please bless me to realize the unborn, one cut! Please bless me to transform obstacles into accomplishments! Please bless me to cut off the hordes of demons in their own place! Please bless me to achieve Buddhahood in one lifetime!" Pray with one-pointedness in this way. At the end of the session, the Lama dissolves into light and merges into you. Make aspirations for the Lama to take care of you, and rest for a while. For a while, practice each of these individually until you are proficient. Then, again, take refuge in the morning, generate Bodhicitta at noon, offer the mandala in the evening, and practice the Guru Yoga intensely in the evening. By practicing in this way for seven days or half a month, various experiences will arise, and sporadic realizations in accordance with the main practice may also occur. In any case, practice each of the previously practiced practices for about seven days each, and in total, it is important to do the preliminary practices for at least two and a half months. Second, in terms of the main practice, there is the introduction to the meaning of the Mother, and the cutting of the four maras in the Dharmadhatu. The first part has two aspects: the pith instructions for mind-holding and the introduction. The first is: the body is in the seven-point posture of Vairochana. The breath of speech remains in its natural state. The mind cuts off the proliferation of thoughts of the three times. The previous conceptual thoughts cease.

For unborn thoughts, just rest loosely in the present moment of awareness. If sudden, rapid, and intense thoughts arise, control them as before. If they flow downwards and become boundless, that would be a great fault, so avoid such situations in the future. Thinking, "I should do this," make a firm resolution. Then, holding onto mindfulness again, meditate as before, and the thoughts will gradually decrease. For the time being, there is no other method besides this. Even if you meditate for a long time, if only intense thoughts arise, then visualize a golden vajra in front of you, about the size of a barley grain, and focus your awareness intensely on it, gazing intently for the time it takes to eat three mouthfuls of tsampa. Immediately afterwards, rest loosely without any alteration, as before. Again, focus your mind on the vajra. Again, rest in the loose state. Again, focus your mind on the vajra. Continue to practice in this way, about twenty-one times. Do this every day, and the thoughts will weaken and become calm. If that doesn't help, then replace the vajra with an image of the Bhagavan Shakyamuni Buddha, about the size of a hand span. The rest is the same as before. If that still doesn't help, then visualize the guru and Machig Labdrön as inseparable, uttering a loud and intense sound of "ཕཊ་(Tibetan, फट,phaṭ,Sanskrit Romanization, Meaning: Phaṭ!)" from their mouths, their bodies like blazing meteoric iron, moving in any direction without obstruction, about the size of a hand span, appearing from nowhere. Then, focus your awareness intensely on it piercing your own body, piercing upwards, piercing downwards, piercing forwards, and piercing backwards. Afterwards, meditate as before, resting in a non-conceptual state, etc. By practicing in this way, you will definitely eliminate all kinds of thoughts and other obstacles to the arising of samadhi. In this way, through all these methods, abide in samadhi as before, and the mind will become clear and lucid, and you will be able to act as you wish. Furthermore, you will be able to remember the things you need to think about, etc. Since you will not be involuntarily disturbed by thoughts, shamatha will also reach its peak. At these times, if awareness is not clear and is dull, and if you become sluggish during the breaks and your memory is not clear, it is because of the power of dullness. Therefore, you should go to the rooftop, or the mountaintop, or another cool and open place. Look upwards, and meditate with vigor, and you will definitely eliminate the dullness. Second, introducing the nature of mind: From that previous state, with inwardly turning awareness, look more and more at the nature of mind itself. Regarding the various external appearances
