That is, entering. There, when effort reaches a certain point, and an experience arises that is not deliberately fabricated, naturally abide in that state. This is the first session. The second session is: simply look at the mind that is without thought. Is there a permanent, stable thing that never arises or ceases? Is there something empty and hollow that arises and ceases? If it arises and ceases, how does it arise? If it abides, how does it abide? What are its color, shape, etc.? Where does it exist, inside or outside? If it ceases, how does it cease? And so on. If you examine it in detail, you will realize that it cannot be grasped. This is the second session. Third, when the eye sees an object, how does the nature of that object, which appears clearly, exist? Are it and the mind, which is aware and alert, the same or different? What are the differences? Discriminate in detail. Similarly, apply this to hearing sounds, etc. This is the third session. Fourth, again, what is the difference between the appearance of thoughts on the path and the nature of the mind? Examine whether the two are the same or different. When a thought arises, how does it arise? When it has arisen and not yet ceased, how does it exist? When it ceases slightly, how does it cease? Examine in detail. This is the fourth session. Fifth, what is the difference between the mind when the eye sees an object and the mind when it does not see an object? If there is a difference, how does it exist? If there is no difference, how does it not exist? Examine carefully. This is the fifth session. Sixth, carefully examine whether the mind when a thought arises and the mind when it does not arise are good or bad, clear or unclear, empty or not empty, and whether there are differences or not. By the four methods of searching, a feeling of certainty about the object will eventually arise. Abide in that way only. This is the sixth session. Seventh, determine that all appearances are your own mind. When you examine the mind carefully, you will find that it cannot be grasped. Therefore, let go and continue searching. Although it cannot be grasped, it is not nothing. Although it is emptiness, it appears in various forms. Naked awareness-emptiness, open and clear, experienced vividly, inexpressible, rest completely in that state. This is the seventh session. Thus, there are seven sessions for vipassanā. There are eighteen sessions in total for the preliminaries and natural abiding. The excellent lama Nyewo made the preliminaries the main practice, Maitripa made the main practice the main practice, following the tradition of Sukhasiddhi.

It is said that [bliss] is the most important, so it is necessary to generate realization during this preliminary stage. In the main practice, the method of stealing is first introduced through the door of blessings: Build a blue mandala dharma source. On it, place a large torma on the altar, insert arrow banners, and decorate it with beautiful ornaments. In front, arrange the subduing torma, offerings, and tsok substances. The offering is the same as the common blessing. The master himself should generate the clear realization of Hevajra Lhenkye, purify the mandala and torma generated in front with Sumbha, and purify with Svabhava. Like the torma tsok, practice from generating the protector to reciting. Then, perform bathing and throwing flowers for the disciples. Offer the mandala three times. Let the disciples generate the clear realization of Hevajra Lhenkye and focus their minds slightly. Let them meditate on the protector generated in front in an instant. Above, in the center surrounded by all the lineage masters, the wisdom dakini Niguma, with a dark blue body, holding a hand drum, skull, and khatvanga, with a dancing posture and bone ornaments, and disheveled hair, visualize that Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, the deities of the yidam mandala, the five classes of dakinis, and hundreds of thousands of dakini retinues reside. To them, visualize offering this actually arranged mandala, filling the three thousand worlds with gold. The master and disciples together bless the tsok and torma. The ritual of blessing is blessed like the inner offering of the yidam being practiced. Om Hrih Ha Ha Hum Hum Phat. Then, add Om Ah Karo, first offer to the guru and yidam. Then, like the torma ritual, offer to the protector and his retinue. Om Sarva Kini Parivara Ah Karo, etc., offer to the dakinis. Take refuge in the Sangha residing in the ten directions. Prostrate and take refuge in the guru and the deities of the yidam, the deities of the six-armed wisdom protector and their retinue. Pray that the root and lineage gurus and the deities of the yidam may bless us to attain the realization of Mahamudra. May the dakini dharma protectors and guardians, when we seek Mahamudra
