The Instruction Manual of the Three Manifestations of the Self-Nature of Mahamudra Ga'u Ma The Instruction Manual of the Three Manifestations of the Self-Nature of Mahamudra Ga'u Ma The Instruction Manual of the Three Manifestations of the Self-Nature of Mahamudra Ga'u Ma resides here. Homage to the Guru. The Three Manifestations of the Self-Nature of Mahamudra Ga'u Ma, this is the oral instruction of the Wisdom Dakini Niguma. The preliminary practice of the instruction is the difficulty of obtaining leisure and endowment, and the commonalities such as impermanence and suffering. Taking refuge and generating bodhicitta, and the emptiness of the letter A, are the same as the Six Dharmas of Niguma. The common preliminary practice is Guru Yoga, which is the same as the illusory body, but offer more mandalas. Please pacify the mind of self-grasping, please let the meaningless arise in the continuum, please realize the clear light Mahamudra, this is the special point. In the actual instruction, the preliminary is the Three Manifestations of the Self-Nature, the main practice is the self-liberation of the four faults, and the subsequent practice is the instruction of the self-arising of the three bodies. First is the instruction of calm abiding, and then the instruction of superior seeing. Two instructions of superior seeing. First, the basis of the object of focus and the clarification of the point. First, all the activities of the three doors in the past have been abandoned as meaningless, so from now on, unless a little stability arises in meditation, let alone non-virtue and neutral, even virtuous activities with effort should be relaxed. The body should abide in the seven aspects of Vairocana, and when the pure winds play, the three should be eliminated, not to mention speech, even the mere holding and drawing of breath should be abandoned as its self-nature. The mind should be relaxed and let go without fabrication. One session of focus. When various thoughts arise like a spring, know them. Cut off the thoughts. Two sessions of focus. At the beginning, it will flow like a flood. Whenever you remember, don't be afraid that this will always happen in the future. When thoughts arise, just be aware and recognize them. Loosen. Three sessions of focus. At that time, there are three kinds of awareness. At that time, awareness becomes unclear. Even if you forget, it is not a big mistake. Gather awareness. Gather the eye consciousness. Focus the gaze. Meditate on white or high places, etc. When the body becomes stiff, you can get up, etc. If you feel agitated or excited, that is agitation, so relax. Lower your gaze. If the mind is distracted because of liking pleasure, then generate renunciation towards impermanence and suffering.

This is the fourth target practice. Second, learning uncertain ways of viewing, learning various religious practices, and mixing various modes of conduct together. The first point is: the way of looking with the eyes, high and near like a rooftop, far away like a mountain peak or the sky, maintaining balance, performing five target practices. Low and near like the side of a wall, a long mole, a place for planting trees at the foot of a mountain, maintaining balance, this is the sixth target practice. Directly in front and near like a mountain covered with plants, maintaining focus, this is the seventh target practice. The second point is: reciting scriptures, reciting mantras, mixing with various conversations. The meaning is to first combine the proficiently recited scriptures, etc., with (meditation), and then combine as much as possible with all recitations, this is the eighth target practice. First combine with short mantras, then combine with all recitations, this is the ninth target practice. First combine with the sound of flowing water, etc., then combine with the noise of many people and the sound of closing doors, etc., then combine with the sound of other people speaking, allowing these sounds to be clear and maintaining focus, this is the tenth target practice. Third, learning various modes of conduct: even when eating, eat naturally, and even when invited, it is no exception. Speaking should also be natural, without deviating. First, practice with things that do not require too much effort and are not important, and eventually you will master everything. Similarly, for happiness and suffering, liking and disliking, practice mixing naturally in all situations that generate thoughts of high and low, such as caution, concern, aversion, preference, etc. Everything will be like before, naturally merging into the state of a practitioner, this is the eleventh target practice. Therefore, there are eleven target practices for calm abiding. Therefore, there are eleven target practices for calm abiding. Second, the guidance of Vipassana is to search for the mind: if according to the detailed explanation of the oral transmission of the guru, first, the previous four (postures) and three natural states are key, searching in a relaxed state is the prerequisite for all practices. The main practice has seven targets: The main practice has seven targets: searching for the nature of the mind, searching for arising and ceasing, searching for the object of focus, searching for thoughts, searching for the difference between the existence and non-existence of the appearance of the object of focus, searching for the difference of non-thought, and finally determining the nature to be emptiness. The first point is: carefully searching for the nature of the mind.
