When its cycle ends, there is also the path of no more learning. Even this is nominally designated as the essence only conventionally. This is the classification of the lineage. Again, I prostrate to Jñānadhvaja (Sherab Gyaltsen). Here, I will explain how the Buddha resides as the essence. When establishing the ultimate essence, there are two ways to realize it through understanding and intelligence. Since the result of separation, the Dharmakāya, has already been mentioned as the fruit, what need is there to elaborate? To cover the Dharma of the path and samsara with butter, what need is there to mention the Dharmatā of the ground as samsara? The path and the fruit are also mixed upwards. The Buddha's wisdom entering sentient beings is symbolized by the descent of Brahma's emanation onto the earth. The main point here is that the Dharmakāya of the Bhagavan Shakya Simha is adorned with all the qualities of the Buddha and pervades my body, speech, and mind. Body, speech, and mind are merely false appearances and illusions. Habitual tendencies create illusory appearances through the mind. From the cause of illusion arises the fruit of illusion. It is only an appearance, not the actual state. That Shakyamuni Dharmakāya that pervades me is not just an appearance for beings, but the actual state. In the state of no self, it exists. I am an illusion, while it is not. I am false, while it is established as true. I am suffering, while it is the supreme bliss. I am impermanent, while it is the lord of permanence. I am imputation, while it is perfect reality. That Shakyamuni Dharmakāya is the actual Buddha. All the Buddha's activities are its activities. What need is there to mention the ten powers and fearlessness? It is endowed with all qualities, such as the major and minor marks. It has body, speech, and mind. Whatever the body is, so are the speech and mind. I and the Shakyamuni residing within me exist like dross and gold. It is symbolized by the example of a misty mountain. There are endless examples like that. That Shakyamuni residing within me is not seen by me, nor seen by friends, nor will it be seen by all sentient beings in samsara. Only the Shravakas and others realize it slightly through faith. Even those abiding on the seventh Bhumi do not see it directly. It is like wealth in a treasury, only a slight glimpse of the beginning. Those abiding in pure realms only catch a glimpse of a corner. Only the Buddha sees it completely and without remainder. The Dharmakāya is primordially free from elaboration. By recognizing the nature free from elaboration, it is established as true. It is nothing at all.

Called "Freedom from Elaborations." If done with intention, it is always elaboration. If one is liberated without ever doing it with conceptual thought, then all of samsara, container and contents, will be self-liberated. Meditating on general meanings is all just the end of conceptual thought. The actual non-elaboration is self-aware wisdom. Thus, in me, the Thus-Gone One is Shakyamuni, abiding in equipoise. One endowed with supreme yoga sees the Buddha. Hearing this, those who cling to speculation become angry and agitated. Even if one becomes Brahma, one is burned by the karma of abandoning the Dharma. Therefore, it is better to be an ordinary person in a village. Just as the wisdom body of the King of the Shakyas abides in me, so it is in all parents, siblings, and retinues. It is in relatives, it is in enemies. It is also in gods, hell beings, and animals. It abides in all six kinds of sentient beings. The son of the goddess of illusion always abides in all sentient beings, past and future. Some yogis see them separately. If the Buddha himself sees, everything is one. That very Gautama who abides in me abides pervading all sentient beings. There is no other Bhagavan Sugata abiding in others that is different from me; it is the same essence. Although this vast and diverse Dharmakaya is contained within it, it is the most supreme among all dharmas, therefore it is the essence of the meaning of being the most important and precious. Because there is no near or far in all that is knowable, and because the nature of all dharmas is one, and because there is nothing external other than the mind, and because the dharmata of the mind pervades the mind. That supreme friend of the sun who abides in me pervades all of existence and peace. It pervades the five paths and ten bhumis to be traversed. It pervades all the bodhipaksa dharmas and paramitas to be meditated upon. It pervades all the skandhas, dhatus, and ayatanas. This abides as the life and essence of all, such as the twelve links of dependent origination, the four truths, the three bases of gross and subtle signs, and so on. That Dharmakaya of the bindu of the Shakya lineage is also the Dharmakaya of Bhagavan Kashyapa. It is also that of Vipashyin and Dipankara. The Dharmakaya of all the Buddhas of the past is the Dharmakaya of Bhagavan Shakyamuni. There is no other Dharmakaya of the Buddhas of the past other than the Dharmakaya of the great Sugata Gautama.
