恒常进入，如日与光辉般自然成就。此为确定必然生起与施予。 现在，所有佛陀的智慧，遍布且安住于一切所知事物中。 因此，其即是法界，对于我等以及一切有情众生，皆为怙主与精华而安住。 其为离戏，故非因果。 然若其存在，则有轮回与涅槃。 若不存在，则无有，故称之为阿赖耶识。 如是亲近的光彩即是道，其亦从轮回之法与聚合而生。 虽是如此，然其能舍弃轮回。 倘若众生之迷惑灭尽，则其成佛。 舍弃迷惑之众生本身亦被舍弃，然由先前之力量，生起转依之智慧。 彼即被称为佛陀之士夫。 觉性与他道相混，而界则为一。 此四句偈包含一切意义。 不随顺他人之言语而重复，敢于宣说易懂且前所未有之阐释方式。 此决定意义之甚深秘密，清晰且不隐瞒地宣说，断除歧途。 理解之时不分散，凝聚为一。 宣说之时，言语与意义相辅相成。 进行辩论时，无有争端之处。 如实宣说此，亦是怙主之加持。 关于见解方面已多有阐述，然无有胜于此执着于心髓。 各种各样的戏论法之言语，若与经论与理证二者相符，则可随意使用。 若无此，纵使言辞华丽亦是空洞。 以此手印印持，一切皆成甘露。 此处所说，愿皆具功德。 乔沃（尊者，指阿底峡尊者）为利有情之最胜而回向。 此乃关于世间与出世间一切法之要点，前所未有之论典，如意宝珠般之核心要义，名为“定解”。 此乃由根本上师之慈悲所联系，多波佛（多波·释迦坚赞）之加持融入心间，对于诸佛菩萨之一切意旨，获得无有颠倒之定解后，于雪域之香巴拉，于一座之间确定而宣说。 此处说道：如今已过青春年华，多说又有何用？ 即使取出珍爱之心，亦不过是一块无用的肉。 因信赖世尊，我将生命

Constantly entering, naturally accomplished like the sun and its rays. This is to establish the certainty of arising and bestowing. Now, the wisdom of all Buddhas pervades and abides in all knowable things. Therefore, it is the Dharmadhatu, abiding as protector and essence for myself and all sentient beings. It is free from elaboration, therefore not cause and effect. However, if it exists, there is samsara and nirvana. If it does not exist, there is nothing, therefore it is called the Alaya-wisdom. Such a close radiance is the path, which also arises from the combination of samsaric dharmas. Even so, it abandons samsara. When the delusion of beings is exhausted, they become Buddhas. The person who has abandoned delusion is also abandoned, but from the power of the past, transformed wisdom arises. That is called a Buddha-person. Awareness mixes with other paths, but the realm is one. These four verses contain all meanings. Without repeating after the words of others, I dare to speak in an easy-to-understand and unprecedented way of explanation. This profound secret of definitive meaning is spoken clearly and without concealment, cutting off wrong paths. When understanding, it does not scatter, but gathers into one. When speaking, words and meanings complement each other. When debating, there is no place for contention. Speaking truthfully like this is also the blessing of the protector. Much has been said about the view, but there is nothing better than clinging to this heart essence. All kinds of elaborate Dharma words, if they are in accordance with both scripture and reason, can be used as you please. Without this, even if the words are beautiful, they are empty. Sealed with this mudra, everything becomes nectar. May there be merit in what is said here. I dedicate this to Jowo (Atisha) for the supreme benefit of sentient beings. This is the essential point of all worldly and transcendental dharmas, an unprecedented treatise, the heart essence like a wish-fulfilling jewel, called "Definitive Understanding." This is connected by the compassion of the root lamas, the blessings of Dolpo Buddha (Dolpo Sherab Gyaltsen) entered my heart, and after gaining definitive understanding of the intent of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas without inversion, it was determined and spoken in one session in Shambhala of the snowy land. Here it is said: Now that youth has passed, what is the use of saying more? Even if this cherished heart is taken out, it is just a useless piece of meat. Because I trust in the Bhagavan, I offer my life.

心与命，胜过一切秘密语。 除此之外，无话可说。 无论是智者还是极愚者， 无论有能力还是无能力， 无论行为是好是坏， 如此努力就能获得大利益。 自诩拥有讲辩著的智慧， 以及炫耀细致的固执和伪装， 还有将粗猛的“呸”（藏文：ཕཊ，梵文天城体：फट्，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸）和愤怒视为成就， 皆因未领悟此深奥而坠入悬崖。 此宗派是经续一切之义， 如此讲解方式在我心中显现。 诸圣尊的意旨也是如此， 称之为前所未有的善说也不矛盾。 诸佛的行径一致， 所知事物自性的实相无谬误。 今日宣说了这句心语， 莫散乱心神，一心修持吧。 一再祈请。 愿吉祥！ 上师的口诀是诸佛之心的秘密。 努力于此，从善业所生的一切生世中， 听闻此法，体验此义， 证悟此法后，愿一切皆入于此。 愿一切世界吉祥！（藏文：ཤུ་བྷཾ་མསྟུ་སརྦ་ཛཱ་ག་ཏཾ，梵文天城体：शुभं अस्तु सर्व जागतम्，梵文罗马拟音：śubhaṃ astu sarva jāgatam，汉语字面意思：愿一切世界吉祥！）再次祈请！ 究竟大中观，开示世间出世间一切法之要义，如意宝般的论典，名为“心髓决定”者，是宗义的究竟。

Heart and life, the secret words more precious than all else. There is nothing else to say besides this. Whether wise or extremely foolish, Whether capable or incapable, Whether behavior is good or bad, If you strive like this, you will attain great benefit. Boasting of having the wisdom of teaching, debating, and writing, As well as showing off meticulous stubbornness and pretense, And also revering the accomplishment of the fierce "Phat" (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, literal Chinese meaning: Phat) and wrath, All fall into the abyss because they have not understood this profoundness. This tenet is the meaning of all Sutras and Tantras, Such a way of explaining has arisen in my mind. This is also the intention of all noble ones, It is not contradictory to call it an unprecedented good saying. The path of all Buddhas is unified, The true nature of knowable things is unerring. Today, I have spoken these heartfelt words, Do not be distracted, practice with one-pointed mind. Repeated requests. May there be auspiciousness! The Guru's oral instructions are the secret of the hearts of all Buddhas. Striving in this, in all lifetimes born from virtuous deeds, May I hear this, experience this meaning, Having realized this, may all enter into this. May all the world be auspicious! The ultimate Great Madhyamaka, showing the essence of all phenomena of the world and beyond, the treatise like a wish-fulfilling jewel, called "Heart Essence Determination," is the ultimate of tenets.
