From whichever angle you look at it, it resembles a Chakravartin sitting on his throne. In the northeast direction, there is a pair of precious, excellent horses, and beside them, a precious general, seemingly surrounded by a host of warriors. To the north, nearby, a range of rocky mountains resembles a precious wheel jewel. Below that, the rocky mountain known as Sengdzong, resembles a minister jewel, bowing respectfully. The rocky mountain, like a precious gem, on the slope of the northwest-facing mountain, many birds joyfully play, adorned with many sacred places of accomplished ones. To the south, the pleasing shape of the mountain, resembles a precious consort appearing. The western mountain is like a reclining elephant, the mountain in front is towering, the medicinal plants flourish, its shape is beautiful, like a pile of grain. The lord of yakshas, the chief of the owners of treasures, is in the form of the noble Jambhala. The summit is high, surrounded like an iron fence, the base is tightly joined, intertwined like a mudra. On the eastern slope of the mountain, auspicious emblems and signs, and the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) representing the nature of reality, are clearly visible. The mountain on the left, as if covered with silver powder, is beautified like a silk curtain, as if the true Ailavam letter (Tibetan: ཨེ་ལ་ཝཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ऐलवं, Sanskrit Romanization: ailavaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ailavam) resides there. At the center of the sacred place is the great liberation upon seeing, which is the essence of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas residing in the ten directions and three times. Seeing, hearing, remembering, touching, whatever is connected with it is meaningful. The foundation is vast like the earth, the peak seems to touch the unborn realm. The exquisite arrangement resembles a victorious palace, the place where Buddha Vairochana resides. The base and the heart are adorned with flowers, the pure land of Amitabha called Abhirati, and the pure land of Akshobhya called Abhirati, and so on. The supreme of the desire realm, the joyful Tushita, the peak of the form realm, the pure land of the Great Powerful One, and the Akaniṣṭha dense array pervading space, and so on. The essence of all gathered together is the glorious stupa, filled with immeasurable forms. Surrounding all around, there are countless monasteries and practice places. In the center are Heruka, glorious Kalachakra, and so on, the mandalas of all the lords of the wheel.

And, the outer directions have eight great charnel grounds. The profound mandala of Vajradhara and the vast mandala are truly rare and wonderful. Whoever stays in this supreme sacred place, afflictions such as attachment and hatred will naturally be eliminated, and virtuous dharmas will increase more and more. This is a place to eliminate sleepiness and drowsiness, and to clarify wisdom; it is a place to eliminate attachment and clinging, and to increase renunciation; it is a place to reduce harmful thoughts and increase compassion; it is a place to abandon distractions and stabilize shamatha; it is a place where wrong thoughts do not arise, and vipassana naturally arises. There is no other place that can compare to this supreme sacred place. Places that are praised by the biased, proclaimed by selfish ghosts, and where crowds gather and fame is great through the arising of power, wealth accumulation, etc., where ignorant beings rush like water, mistaking them for supreme sacred places, are not the same as this. Practicing in other places for a year or a month is not as beneficial as practicing in this supreme sacred place for a day or a meal, the benefits obtained are even greater. Striving to practice virtuous deeds in other places is not as good as abandoning sinful deeds, generating sincere faith in the Dharma and the Guru, and then sleeping in this place, one can also approach the supreme perfect enlightenment. Fishermen, outcastes, hunters, and sinners who commit the five heinous crimes, if they can visit this place, drink the water of practice, bathe, prostrate, circumambulate, and make offerings, they can purify their sins and be reborn in the heavenly realm. What need is there to mention others? This supreme sacred place is meaningful to see. Therefore, this supreme sacred place, which is endowed with perfect qualities, has been blessed by the Buddhas of the past, such as Shakyamuni Buddha, and has been bestowed as the abode of the Holy Avalokiteshvara. Secondly, the greatness of the blessings of the holy beings is: this place has been blessed by the Buddhas of the three times, past, present and future, and in particular, it has always been the pure land of the Holy Avalokiteshvara. In order to teach how the holy beings who are close to taking birth as humans in this doctrine bless, the great Teacher Padmasambhava, who is the emanation, went to the places of the twelve steadfast mothers, especially
