With compassion, please consider and accept, Grant the accomplishment of what is desired in the mind. In the past, in the secluded place of Yangdzong, To the glorious Smiling Vajra, Offered the life essence of one's own sign. Was counted as a subject of your command. Promised to bestow accomplishments. After completing the recitation in this way, arrange a vase with auspicious signs, filled with various essences and adorned, with longevity pills on the right and longevity wine on the left. From the syllable Bhrum (藏文：བྷྲཱུཾ，梵文天城体：bhrūṃ，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ，汉语字面意思：仲) arises the vase, in which resides the Victorious One, Amitayus, the Buddha of Immeasurable Life and Wisdom, complete with all qualities. Focusing on this, recite: Om Amarani Jivanti Ye Svaha (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་མ་ར་ཎི་ཛཱི་ཝནྟཱི་ཡེ་སྭཱཧཱ།，梵文天城体：oṃ amaraṇi jīvantī ye svāhā，梵文罗马拟音：om amarani jivanti ye svaha，汉语字面意思：嗡 阿玛ra 呢 杰旺德耶 梭哈) as much as possible. The nectar flowing from the body of Amitayus fills the vase and drips, mixing with the nectar in the kapala bowl. The longevity pills, being the nature of the five meats and five nectars, abide in the essence of the wisdom nectar.
