Visualize the gurus, yidams, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and Dakinis dissolving into light and merging into the Black Cloak Vajra. From the Black Cloak Vajra, light radiates, striking the protector goddess and her retinue, and they dissolve into light. Then, the light is withdrawn and merges into the Black Cloak Vajra. The Black Cloak Vajra also dissolves into light and enters through the Brahma aperture at the crown of your head, becoming inseparable from you, and visualize yourself filled with power and ability. Play musical instruments. Second, granting permission for practice: There are four ways to practice this protector: as a wealth deity, as a messenger, as Yama, and as a Yaksha. As a messenger, there are three ways: practicing the male form alone, practicing the female form alone, and practicing the union of male and female. All these practice methods have the three key points of recitation practice and activity practice, which are given at the appropriate time, and one has the authority to put them into practice. Third, the teaching of non-separation and secrecy: Thus, through the empowerment and permission, (the protector) will guard and protect. Like the body and its shadow, they are inseparable, this is the nature of Dharma. You too must keep your vows.
