Then, the goddess, the mistress of the desire realm, rides a donkey Kapala. Her body is blue-black in color. She has one face and four arms. In her first right hand, she holds a sword. In her second, she holds a skull cup filled with blood. In her first left hand, she holds a spear. In her second, she holds a trident. She wears a garland of five dry human heads and a necklace of fifty fresh human heads. She possesses the six bone ornaments. Her upper body is covered with an elephant skin, and her lower body is covered with a bull skin. She wears a leopard skin loincloth. She is bound with a Naga King's belt and has three eyes. She bites down on a stiff corpse, grinding her teeth. Her right ear is adorned with a venomous snake, and her left ear is adorned with a lion. Her body is decorated with blood droplets, traces of fat, and large clumps of ashes. She is extremely emaciated, and the sun and moon rise directly from her navel. In the center of hundreds of thousands of mothers, dakinis, and flesh-eaters, she proclaims the sounds of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) and Bhyaḥ.
