After reciting the Vajrasattva Hundred Syllable Mantra twenty-one times: Vajradhara and glorious Shavaripa, Victor Maitreya, great accomplished Rahula, Amitabha, Avalokiteshvara, and Hayagriva, Padmasambhava, glorious one, Khyungo Joku, Ratnabhirya, Dharma Siddha, Dharma Prajna, Birya Siddha, wise accomplished Dharma Lord, etc., please heed me, precious lineage lamas! To fulfill the wishes of beings, lineage lamas with perfectly complete qualities, Buddhas of the three times, not realizing the two-fold purity Dharmakaya, being controlled by worldly distinctions, I confess! Please heed me, deities of body, speech, and mind, qualities and activities, outer, inner, and secret! We, having entered the gate of the supreme vehicle of mantra, violating the root and branches, I confess! Possessing power, strength, ability, and perfect activities, with a moment's recollection, dispel all obstacles, inseparable, bestowing accomplishments, Wisdom Protector Six-Armed, please heed me! In charnel grounds, forest edges, water islands, etc., outer and inner supports and samaya substances gathered, not properly accomplishing the practice, offering, and confession, being controlled by laziness and distraction, I confess! Especially the unsurpassed supreme secret support, the inseparable bliss body of the lama protector, with unwavering faith and devotion towards you, not realizing the pure Dharmakaya, I confess! 所造诸罪业，皆于悔恨门前忏悔之。身之誓言违犯忏悔之。语之誓言违犯（忏悔之）。意之誓言（违犯忏悔之）。根本誓言（违犯忏悔之）。支分誓言（违犯忏悔之）。觉知誓言（违犯忏悔之）。未觉知誓言（违犯忏悔之）。为净除衰损故作此忏悔。具德怙主及眷属等，如父母子女般容纳之，一切悉地于此时赐予我。忏悔与所忏悔无所缘，然为清净分别之习气，于至尊上师诸圣境，以至诚忏悔愿获大乐。祈请与 忏悔若不乐亦可舍弃之。其后念诵者，自身心间吽字现起咒鬘，其色黑，光芒赤红，如念珠般安住。五色光芒如念珠线般贯穿，从自身口中而出，进入怙主口中，融入怙主心间吽字。又从吽字生起，从怙主脐轮而出，进入自身脐轮，融入心间吽字。如是恒常观想如轮般旋转。念诵：嗡 班匝 玛哈嘎拉 恰 舍札 威格念 威那亚嘎 吽 吽 啪 啪 梭哈。如是尽力念诵心咒。猛厉念诵，明观对境：嗡 舍利 玛哈嘎拉，夏萨那， 吾巴哈日尼， 诶修 阿巴西玛， 嘎罗 阿扬 诶当， 惹那札亚， 阿巴嘎日南， 亚地札地嘉， 斯玛惹斯达达， 诶当 杜斯当， 卡卡， 卡嘿卡嘿， 玛拉玛拉， 哥日哈那 哥日哈那， 班达班达， 哈那哈那， 达哈达哈， 巴匝巴匝， 迪那 麦给那 玛拉亚 吽 啪。此为猛咒，藏地诛杀驱逐三事皆圆满具足。嗡 舍利 德威 吽 啪。此为天母名咒。嗡 舍札巴拉 威格念 吽 啪。嗡 泽那 麦札 啪香 咕汝 吽 啪。嗡 札吉 惹匝 萨玛亚 贝 杜匝 吽 啪。嗡 杜亚 札 玛 哈嘎拉 札恰 吽 啪。此为四业金刚心咒。如是尽力念诵后，最终将朵玛如本尊般加持，怙主及眷属等之舌，从吽字（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）生起红色金刚光芒之毫毛，迎请朵玛供养，令其心续以无漏之乐满足而欢喜。

Whatever faults and transgressions there may be, I confess them all at the door of regret. I confess the breaking of the samaya of body. I confess the breaking of the samaya of speech (…). I confess the breaking of the samaya of mind (…). I confess the breaking of the root samaya (…). I confess the breaking of the branch samaya (…). I confess the breaking of the samaya with awareness (…). I confess the breaking of the samaya without awareness (…). By making this confession to purify the defilements and obscurations, May the glorious protector and all his retinue, Accept us with forbearance like parents and children, And grant me all siddhis at this time. Although confession and the object of confession are without inherent existence, In order to purify the imprints of conceptual thought, To the noble and venerable ones, the supreme objects of refuge, By confessing thoroughly, may great bliss be attained. Offering prayers and Confession can be abandoned if one is not inclined to do them. Then, for the recitation: From the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) in one's own heart, the garland of mantras appears, black in color, radiating red light, abiding like a string of beads. The five-colored rays of light, strung together like a thread, emerge from one's own mouth, enter the mouth of the protector, and dissolve into the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) in the protector's heart. Again, they arise from the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), emerge from the protector's navel, enter one's own navel, and dissolve into the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) in the heart. Thus, constantly visualize them revolving like a wheel. Recite: Oṃ Vajra Mahākāla Kṣiṃ Kṣetra Vighnān Vināyaka Hūṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ Phaṭ Svāhā. Recite the essence mantra as much as possible. For the wrathful recitation, clarify the visualization: Oṃ Śrī Mahākāla, Śāsana, Upahāriṇi, Eṣo'paścima, Kālo'ayaṃ Idaṃ, Ratnatrāya, Apakārīṇaṃ, Yati Pratijñā, Smarasi Tādā, Idaṃ Duṣṭaṃ, Kha Kha, Khāhi Khāhi, Māra Māra, Gṛhṇa Gṛhṇa, Bandha Bandha, Hana Hana, Daha Daha, Paca Paca, Dīna Meke Na Māraya Hūṃ Phaṭ. This is the wrathful mantra, which is considered to contain all three aspects of Tibetan practice: expulsion, killing, and subjugation. Oṃ Śrī Devī Hūṃ Phaṭ. This is the name mantra of the goddess. Oṃ Kṣetrapāla Vighnān Hūṃ Phaṭ. Oṃ Jina Mitra Pāśaṃ Kuru Hūṃ Phaṭ. Oṃ Ṭākki Rājā Samaya Bhyoḥ Duja Hūṃ Phaṭ. Oṃ Duya Jaṃ Ma Hākāla Trakṣad Hūṃ Phaṭ. These are the essence mantras of the four karmakālas. After reciting as much as possible, finally bless the torma as if it were the yidam deity. From the tongue of the protector and his retinue, a red vajra of light arises from the Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), and with its hair-like rays, it draws the torma offering, satisfying their minds with uncontaminated bliss and delighting them.
