Now, adorn yourself with accomplishment. Visualize the mantra surrounding the Tāṃ (Tibetan: ཏཱཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ताṁ, Sanskrit Romanized: tāṁ, Chinese literal meaning: Tāṃ) on the moon in your heart. Recite "Om Tare Tuttare Ture Svaha" as much as possible. Purify the Torma offering with Amrita (Tibetan: ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अमृत, Sanskrit Romanized: amṛta, Chinese literal meaning: Amrita), purify with Svabhava. From emptiness, the Torma, born from the Hum dissolving within a vast and wide vessel made of jewels born from Om, transforms into a great ocean of nectar. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་ཧ་ཧོ་ཧྲཱིཿ) Om Ah Hum Ha Ho Hrih. Radiate light from your heart, and invite all the deities of the Holy Tara assembly. (Tibetan: བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रसमाज, Sanskrit Romanized: vajrasamāja, Chinese literal meaning: Vajra Samaja) (Tibetan: པདྨ་ཀ་མ་ལ་ཡེ་སྟྭཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: पद्मकमलयेस्त्वं, Sanskrit Romanized: padmakamalayestvaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Lotus Lotus You are). Offer by adding the A-karo (Tibetan: ཨ་ཀཱ་རོ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अकारो, Sanskrit Romanized: ākāro, Chinese literal meaning: A-karo) seven times at the end of the ten syllables. Offer from Argham to Shapta. Outer offering. Inner offering with the three syllables. Praise the headdresses of gods and demigods, etc. Request to partake of this offering Torma, etc., and pray for wishes to be fulfilled. At the end of the hundred-syllable mantra, ask for forgiveness for incompleteness, etc. (Tibetan: བཛྲ་མུཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रमु, Sanskrit Romanized: vajramu, Chinese literal meaning: Vajra Mu) Please return. In this way, if the practice goes well, then as the twenty-one deities of the activity set will appear below, each contemplating their respective sadhana, it is best to recite four times ten thousand, medium recite ten thousand, and at least recite four times one thousand. Thus, one will be empowered to accomplish all the activities as described in the scriptures. If one receives the empowerment lineage of the Tara Unsurpassed Seventeen Deity Mandala, then this practice alone can serve as that empowerment. Because the ritual of that empowerment also appears in these activities of the Twenty-One Tara Praise Sadhana. In particular, this common practice and the subsequent permission of the twenty-one deities of the activity set must be diligently accomplished. What is known as the Tara Body Mandala also becomes solely the blessing of this. In the past, it seems that there was also an empowerment lineage that gathered the twenty-one Taras into one mandala. In the meantime, it seems that some people relied on it, arbitrarily changing the position of the main deity and creating the empowerment of twenty-one mandalas. This is merely liking a large number, which is a great waste and meaningless. The way the sun is hidden, these Dharma cycles of the twenty-one Taras are explained as unsurpassed, very profound and greatly blessed. In the past, this was very prosperous in Tibet, the Sakya masters

During the time of the three Sa Tsun Karpos, the practice of this Dharma cycle was very prosperous. All the activity groups deeply believed that these were special oral instructions. However, when someone questioned whether the text was originally written in India, a Geshe from Kashmir came to the Jetsun Chenpo's monastery and brought a Sanskrit version of this Dharma. Later, when two or three Sanskrit versions from different regions were gathered together, the authenticity of the Sanskrit original became indisputable, and all the holy beings deeply believed in it. Now we will follow the respective sadhana rituals. First, for all these deities, refuge and immeasurable bodhicitta should be done first. Starting from purifying emptiness with Śūnyatā (Sanskrit Devanagari: शून्यता, Sanskrit Romanization: Śūnyatā, Chinese literal meaning: emptiness), until the recitation, the general sadhana ritual is the same as before. There is no need for eye blessings and other steps. It should be known that only the seed syllables, body shapes, and family lords will change in sequence, and the rest are the same, and practice accordingly. Among them, the first is the Extremely Courageous Tara: In the center of the Dharma-originated palace, on a yellow lotus and moon seat, from the syllable Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: oṃ) arises the Extremely Courageous Tara, body color red, radiating flames. One face, eight arms, the first two hands crossed at the crown of the head, holding a vajra and a bell. The second pair of hands holds an arrow and a bow. The third pair of hands holds a wheel and a conch. The fourth pair of hands holds a sword and a lasso. Peaceful body appearance, the family lord is Vairochana Buddha. The second is White Tara Moonlight Tara: On a lotus moon seat, from the syllable Tāṃ (Tibetan: ཏཱཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ता, Sanskrit Romanization: tāṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Tāṃ) arises White Tara, with three faces of white, blue, and yellow, twelve arms, the first two hands in meditative equipoise mudra. The remaining right hands hold a khatvanga, a wheel, a wish-fulfilling jewel, a vajra, and a garland of flowers. The left hands hold a kundika, an utpala flower, a bell, a vase, and a book. The family lord is Amitabha Buddha. The third is Golden Tara: On a lotus sun seat, from the syllable Re (Tibetan: རེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रे, Sanskrit Romanization: re, Chinese literal meaning: Re) arises Yellow Tara, one face, ten arms, the right hands hold a rosary, a sword, an arrow, a vajra, and a short club. The left hands hold a silk banner, a lasso, a lotus, a bell, and a bow. The family lord is Ratnasambhava Buddha. The fourth is Ushnishavijaya Tara: On a yellow lotus and moon, from the syllable Tutā (Tibetan: ཏུ་ཏཱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: तुता, Sanskrit Romanization: tutā, Chinese literal meaning: Tutā) arises Yellow Tara, one face, four arms. The right hands hold the supreme generosity mudra and a rosary, the left hands hold a kundika and a short club. In bodhisattva posture
