Do not bestow (empowerment). If you wish to give many empowerments in each session and want to do it quickly, then arrange all the mandalas that you will do in one day in one place, and arrange the tormas according to that number. First, connect and meditate on the self-generation deities as well. Connect the main practice of the front-generation deity in order as well. Gather the offerings, praises, torma blessings, etc. in one place, and focusing on each one, offer the tormas in order. Or, perform the offerings and praises together. The preliminaries of the empowerment can be done once, and the subsequent activities can also be done once. This is a slightly abbreviated practice. If you want to do it a little more elaborately, then perform the first empowerment well. When the main practices up to the mind empowerment of the first empowerment for the disciple are completed, then replenish those offerings and perform the subsequent ritual. Then set up a new mandala again. It is best if you can rearrange the offerings and tormas, but if not, replenish them and perform the second empowerment. In between those, the disciples recite the Twenty-One Taras Praise and the Seven Branch Prayer, etc. When the practice is finished, then perform the actual body, speech, and mind empowerments of the second empowerment. Again, like before, practice, etc., do as much as you can on that day. When all that you are doing is completed, when the mind empowerment of the subsequent empowerment is finished, the disciples perform the subsequent activities, such as how the main deity is, and after that, perform the subsequent ritual of the front-generation deity. In general, it is very important to understand these detailed and concise stages of practice from the oral tradition and the vision lineage. The intention of the great accomplished one, Nyima Sabpa, who attained supreme accomplishment on this path. The method of practicing the Twenty-One Taras, together with accepting disciples, the practice lineage has not been interrupted, but the necessary and easy-to-understand words have not been clearly seen before, and for the sake of encouraging other intelligent ones, it was written by Taranatha. Thus, this very clear and concise method of practicing the Twenty-One Taras according to the Nyima Sabpa tradition is by the virtuous friend, the Dharma Lord Mipham Dorje Dudjom, who is highly exalted by many virtues of both lineage and discipline and learning, etc.
