She is Amitabha. The fourteenth is the Tara Who Shakes Her Wrathful Eyebrows, on a reddish-yellow lotus sun, on a seat of a corpse. From the letter A (藏文:ཨ་,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) arises Tara, dark blue, with three faces of black, white, and red, with a wrathful expression, knitting her brows. She chews on human intestines. Of her six hands, the right ones hold a sword, a hook, and a staff, and the left ones hold a skull cup, a noose, and the head of Brahma. She has a garland of human heads and a necklace. Adorned with tiger skin and snakes, outside in the eight directions, sprouts of precious trees grow. Her lord is Amoghasiddhi. The fifteenth is the Great Peaceful Tara or the Tara Who Bestows Goodness, on a white lotus, from the letter Ni Tara is white, her three right hands hold a rosary, the supreme granting mudra, and a staff, and her three left hands hold a lotus, a ball, and a book. The praise says that the book is situated on an utpala flower. Her lord is Amitabha. The sixteenth is the Tara Who Destroys Attachment, on a reddish-yellow lotus and sun, from the letter E (藏文:ཨེ,梵文天城体:ए,梵文罗马拟音:e,汉语字面意思:埃) arises Tara, red. Her right hand holds a trident at her heart, and her left hand raises a threatening finger, holding a tree with its heart and fruit. She sits in the posture of a bodhisattva. Her lord is Akshobhya. It is said that the vidya of this one is that Tara herself arises from Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), so it seems best to generate her from Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). The seventeenth is the Tara Who Accomplishes Bliss, on a white lotus and sun, from the letter Sha (藏文:ཤ,梵文天城体:श,梵文罗马拟音:śa,汉语字面意思:夏) arises Tara, reddish-yellow, her two hands Holding a moon mandala at her heart. She sits in the posture of a bodhisattva. Her lord is Amoghasiddhi. It seems best to generate this one from Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) as well. The eighteenth is the Tara Who Greatly Increases, on a white lotus, moon, and swan seat, from the letter Ki (藏文:ཀི,梵文天城体:कि,梵文罗马拟音:ki,汉语字面意思:吉) arises Tara, white, with four hands. She has the posture of a bodhisattva, slightly extended to the right. Her lord is Vairochana. The twentieth is the Tara Who Arises with Accomplishments, on a red lotus.

On the sun and moon, from the letter "Tse" (藏文:ཙེ་,梵文天城体:चे,梵文罗马拟音:ce,汉语字面意思:且) arises the red and yellow Tara, holding a golden vase at her heart with both hands, seated in the posture of a Bodhisattva. Her family lord is Amoghasiddhi. The twenty-first Tara, who accomplishes everything, is: from the letter "Ha" (藏文:ཧ་,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:哈) arises the king of the white herd, upon a lotus and moon, from the letter "Phe" (藏文:ཕེ་,梵文天城体:फे,梵文罗马拟音:phe,汉语字面意思:呸) arises the white Tara, slightly wrathful, with three eyes. Her right hand holds a trident, her left holds a pearl rosary, seated in a half-lotus posture, wearing a tiger skin lower garment. Her family lord is Ratnasambhava. The seed syllables of all of these are all the single letter "Tam" (藏文:ཏཱཾ་,梵文天城体:ताँ,梵文罗马拟音:tām,汉语字面意思:当), those whose foot postures are not clear are in the vajra posture. Thus, during the approach and empowerment of these twenty-one, or during the occasion of recitation transmission, one should recite and bestow these ten letters. The mantras for accomplishing their respective activities are clearly stated in the Chinese texts. The method for this empowerment is: first, one must give the empowerment of the common practice, so set up a mandala in front, arrange offerings including tormas, in accordance with the common ritual. Place the vajra bell, inner offering, scattering offerings, etc., and then perform the preliminary generation, from "From the state of emptiness" to "head ornament," the same as the self-generation, but omitting words like "one's own." Then make offerings and praises, and recite the heart mantra as much as possible. Offer the torma as before, and if desired, also offer individual protectors, general dakini torma, local deity torma, etc. Then prepare a vase, the vase generation ritual is the same as the common ritual. In the vase, generate Tara as in the front generation, and recite a little. By offering praises and offering gifts, the deity dissolves into nectar. The disciple's actions are: with an understanding of the general empowerment to proceed. The order here is: prostrations, generation of bodhicitta, clear visualization, Dharma talk, offering of the mandala. Pray to all the Buddhas of the past, present, and future, etc. Perform the daily confession, etc., as described in the 'Gur,' as preliminaries. The light from the heart of the lama and the front generation deity purifies the disciple, from the mantra of emptiness to the head ornament, empower the disciple as in the visualization of self-generation, this is the body empowerment, the wisdom being.
