Above it, the white Tām (ཏཱཾཿ) radiates light. Offerings are made to the noble ones, and the welfare of sentient beings is accomplished. It gathers again and dissolves completely. From the one called the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel Tara, to the one adorned with Ratnasambhava, it is similar to self-generation. If one prefers a slightly more elaborate approach, during the invocation of the wisdom beings, verses, offering water, offering seats, etc., can be performed extensively. Again, with the light from one's own heart, offer to the field of merit, the Guru, Yidam, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, noble Hearers, and Solitary Realizers, all the assemblies. Vajra Samaja (བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ). Starting from "Becoming the protector of all beings without exception," Please come together with your pure retinue. (Recite this sentence.) With the mantra of Om Amrita (ཨོཾ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏའི་), dispel the obstructing forces that follow. Om Padma Kamala Ye Svaha (ཨོཾ་པདྨ་ཀ་མ་ལ་ཡེ་སྟྭཾ།). Visualize offering precious thrones and cushions of lotus and moon, etc. Then, when making offerings, shake the lotus at the beginning of the mantra and the cymbals at the end. At the time of each name, such as Argham, it is customary to make the respective hand gestures for offering water, etc. Om Arya Tare Guru Buddha Bodhisattva Sapariwara Mandala Bhyaḥ Argham Pratīccha Puja Megha Samudra Spharana Samaye Hūṃ (ཨོཾ་ཨཱཪྱ་ཏཱ་རེ་གུ་རུ་བུདྡྷ་བོ་དྷི་སཏྭ་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་མཎྜ་ལ་བྷྱཿ ཨརྒྷཾ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་པུ་ཛ་མེ་གྷ་ས་མུ་དྲ་སྥ་ར་ཎ་ས་མ་ཡེ་ཧཱུཾ།). Similarly, in the place of Argham, also add Padyam, offering foot-washing water. For flowers, recite Om Arya Tare Sapariwara Bhyaḥ Vajra Puspe Pratīccha Namaḥ (ཨོཾ་ཨཱཪྱ་ཏཱ་རེ་ས་པ་རི་ཝ་ར་བྷྱཿ བཛྲ་པུཥྤེ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་ན་མཿ). Similarly, Dhūpe, incense; Aloke, light; Gandhe, scented water; Naivedye, food; Shabda, offer musical instruments. Then comes the praise: Tara Ma, who liberates from samsara; Tuttara liberates from the eight fears; Ture protects from all diseases. I prostrate and praise Tara. Abiding in the center of a white lotus, upon a seat of the shape of the moon, the one who sits in the vajra posture, I prostrate to the supreme giver Tara. Like the light of the autumn moon, the one who relies on the moon, all ornaments are perfectly complete, I prostrate and praise the one who holds the Utpala flower. The one with a body of sixteen years of age, the perfect Buddhas are all your sons, the mother who holds the body of granting desires, I prostrate and praise the noble Tara. White wheel of burning light, eight letters on the eight spokes, completely surrounding

Obeisance and praise to the one with auspicious features, the wish-fulfilling wheel. Torma, purified with amrita (Tibetan: ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अमृत, Sanskrit Romanization: amrita, Chinese literal meaning: sweet dew), cleansed with svabhava (Tibetan: སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्वभाव, Sanskrit Romanization: svabhāva, Chinese literal meaning: self-nature). From the state of emptiness, the torma vessel is vast and wide, within which is made of precious jewels. Om Ah Hum. The torma arising from melting becomes a great ocean of all desires, complete with color, smell, taste, power, and ability. Om Ah Hum, bless three or seven times. Om Tare Tuttare Ture Idam Balingta Khakha Khahi Khahi (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་ཨི་དམ་བ་ལིང་ཏ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི།), offer seven times to the noble Tara, Akaroh (Tibetan: ཨ་ཀཱ་རོ།) offer three times to all the retinue, visualize offering as if accumulating merit. Auspicious goddess endowed with splendor, Saraswati and lord of wealth, Palmo and others perform emanations, I prostrate to the goddess Tara. With the white light of your compassion, you accomplish the benefit of all beings without exception, you are the protector and refuge of the unprotected, I bow to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Please accept this offering and generosity torma, from the yogi, myself and retinue, etc., until all wishes of the mind are fulfilled, and especially pray strongly that whatever the mind desires may be accomplished. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra three or seven times to make up for any deficiencies, and ask for forgiveness with "without attainment and damage, etc." With "Supratistha" scatter flowers on the supports and perform the stabilization. Visualize the guests of the offering torma departing, and recite "Om, you accomplish all the purposes of sentient beings" until "Om Vajra Muh (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་མུཿ)". Recite aspiration prayers and auspicious verses, which can be elaborate or concise, as appropriate. For these daily practices, if you cannot perform elaborate offering rituals, etc., then take any one of the three self-generation stages, and completely purify it in the nature of the wisdom deity. That is what needs to be done. Then just do the torma ritual. Bless the torma as before. From the seed syllable in your heart, radiate light. From the southern Potala Mountain, noble Tara White Tara is surrounded by the guru, yidam, Buddha, and Bodhisattva assembly, Vajra Samaja, Padma Kamala Ya Tvam. The tongues of the deities guide the torma with vajra tubes and enjoy it. From Om Tare to auspiciousness, the method of offering the torma is performed as before. That is, like the morning session of the self-generation stage.
