The supremely clear practice of the venerable holy White Tara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, the nectar vase. The supremely clear practice of the venerable holy White Tara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, the nectar vase. This is the supremely clear practice of the venerable holy White Tara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, the nectar vase. Homage to Arya Tara! White and majestic, the king of mountains, Mount Kailash, Possessing the splendor of exquisite, moon-melted ambrosia, The source of immortal nectar, the light of nectar, Swift and brave in averting the battle of the Lord of Death. To the Holy Mother Tara, I prostrate with utmost reverence. Her practice, with its limbs, I shall express in clear and easily understood words. Here, there are two ways to practice the sadhana of the immortal goddess, the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel: the yoga of equipoise and the activity of retreat. The first has the yoga of the deity, the yoga of recitation, and the subsequent activity. The first has two parts: preliminary practices and the main practice. The preliminary practices are common and uncommon. The first is taking refuge and generating bodhicitta: "I and all beings equal to the extent of space, from this time forth until I reach the heart of enlightenment, take refuge in the glorious and holy lamas. I take refuge in the assembly of deities of the mandala of the yidam. I take refuge in the fully enlightened, blessed Buddhas. I take refuge in the holy Dharma. I take refuge in the noble Sangha." Take refuge with three or more repetitions. For the benefit of all sentient beings, may I quickly attain the state of omniscience, the state of Buddhahood. Therefore, I shall engage in the meditation and recitation of the venerable holy White Tara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel. Generate bodhicitta three times. Previously, the refuge and bodhicitta were taken in brief, saying "I take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha," etc., three times. Second, the uncommon preliminary practices are accumulating merit and accumulating wisdom. The first is: in one's own heart, on a moon disc, a white (ཏཱཾཿ, tāṃ, Seed Syllable Tam), from which rays of light emanate. In the space above in front, the root guru Amitabha

Surrounded by the assembly of lineage lamas with immeasurable forms, below is the supreme noble Tara, White Tara, together with all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Om Vajra Samāja (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रसमाजा, Sanskrit Romanization: vajrasamāja, Chinese literal meaning: Diamond Assembly). Padma Kamalāya Svaṃ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: पद्मकमलायस्त्वं, Sanskrit Romanization: padmakamalāyastvaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Lotus Lotus Seat You). Namo Gurubhyaḥ (Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization: gurubhyaḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Homage to the Gurus). Nama Ārya Tāre Saparivāra Maṇḍala Bhyaḥ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: आर्यतारेसपरिवारमण्डल, Sanskrit Romanization: āryatāresaparivāramaṇḍala, Chinese literal meaning: Noble Tara Retinue Mandala). From "Whose kindness is great bliss," in between there are demons, the mother of Buddhas of the three times, the giver of the glory of immortal life, the Tara and her retinue who bestow all desires, I prostrate. Om Ārya Tāre Saparivāra Arghaṃ Pratīccha Svāhā (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: आर्यतारेसपरिवार अर्घं प्रतीच्छ स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: āryatāresaparivāra argha pratīccha svāhā, Chinese literal meaning: Noble Tara Retinue Offering Receive Svaha). In the place of offering water, add foot-washing water. Om Ārya Tāre Saparivāra Vajra Puṣpe Āḥ Hūṃ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: आर्यतारेसपरिवार वज्रपुष्पे आः हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: āryatāresaparivāra vajrapuṣpe āḥ hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Noble Tara Retinue Diamond Flower Ah Hum). Similarly, offer incense. Offer light. Offer perfume. Offer food. Offer music. Ah Hum. While remembering the meaning in your mind, take refuge in the Three Jewels, from "I" to "achieving Buddhahood." Recite three times. Om Vajra Muḥ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रमु, Sanskrit Romanization: vajramu, Chinese literal meaning: Diamond Mu)! Please depart. May all sentient beings have happiness and the causes of happiness, may they be free from suffering and the causes of suffering, may they never be separated from the happiness without suffering, may they abide in equanimity, free from attachment and aversion. Thus it is said. Second, accumulating the accumulation of wisdom, all dharmas are only one's own mind, and the nature of the mind is clear and empty, inseparable like the moon in water, abide in equanimity. Om Śūnyatā Jñāna Vajra Svabhāva Ātmako'ham (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: शून्यताज्ञानवज्रस्वभाव आत्माकोऽहम्, Sanskrit Romanization: śūnyatājñānavajrasvabhāva ātmako'ham, Chinese literal meaning: Emptiness Wisdom Diamond Nature Self). Thus it is said. Second, the main practice has five parts: generating the samaya being, placing the letters, inviting the wisdom being, bestowing empowerment, and offering praise. First, from the state of emptiness, the uncreated mind appearance, the sound of the Hūṃ syllable fills the sky. From the Hūṃ syllable, it transforms into a vajra ground, a tent, a curtain, and a protective wheel with burning flames. In the center of that, from Bhruṃ, it transforms into the container world, a palace of moon crystal. In the center, from Paṃ, it transforms into a white lotus, a thousand-petaled lotus, a tree with branches and leaves that are very lush. In the center of the lotus, from A, it transforms into a full moon, free from impurities. On top of that, one's own mind transforms into the white Tāṃ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ता, Sanskrit Romanization: tāṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Taṃ) syllable, transforming into a white lotus tree, with the Tāṃ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ता, Sanskrit Romanization: tāṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Taṃ) syllable marked on the stamen. From that, rays of light emanate, offering to the noble ones, accomplishing the benefit of all sentient beings.
