These are circumambulated clockwise, and on the eight spokes, the eight letters of "Tāre tuttāre ture svāhā" are clearly visualized. Light radiates from the seed syllable and mantra garland, offering to all the gurus, yidams, buddhas, and bodhisattvas of the ten directions. It accomplishes the purpose of increasing the lifespan of all sentient beings, etc. All the blessings of the compassion of all the buddhas are gathered back. The rays of light dissolve into the seed syllable and mantra garland, transforming into a form that is radiant and brilliantly blazing. Remaining in that very visualization of emanating and withdrawing, recite "Oṃ tāre tuttāre ture svāhā." This ten-syllable mantra is the essence. Recite "Oṃ tāre tuttāre ture mama āyur puṇye jñāna puṣṭiṃ kuru svāhā," which includes the expanding words, is the activity mantra. When engaging in the four sessions of yoga such as recitation, the essence of the recitation is the ten-syllable mantra, and at the end of each session, the mantra with the expanding words should also be recited one hundred and eight times each. For daily recitation, only the mantra with the expanding words should be recited. Third, the subsequent activity: All phenomena encompassed by appearance and existence transform into the mandala of the noble Jetsunma Arya Tara White Tara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel. All of that dissolves into the protection wheel meditated upon by oneself. Oneself, along with the support and supported, also dissolves into the Tāṃ syllable at the heart. That itself also dissolves one into the other: the abdomen, head, half-moon, bindu, and nāda. The nāda also enters into the state of clear light. Again, one transforms into the form of Arya Tara, with Oṃ at the forehead, Āḥ at the throat, and Hūṃ at the heart. All phenomena of appearance and sound are without inherent existence in ultimate truth. The appearance is like an illusion, completely pure in the essence of the wisdom deity. By this virtue, may I quickly attain the state of White Tara, and may I place all beings without exception on that ground. By this virtue, may all beings complete the accumulations of merit and wisdom, and may they obtain the two supreme qualities arising from merit and wisdom. If one desires to practice the abbreviated self-generation, then perform the abbreviated refuge and bodhicitta, and meditate on the four immeasurables. It is sufficient to use "Oṃ śūnyatā," etc. If it is extremely abbreviated, then from the state of emptiness, from the Hūṃ arises the protection

In the center of the lotus moon seat, from the seed syllable TĀṂ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ताṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: tāṃ, Literal Chinese: 当) arises oneself as the goddess Tara, etc. Having a rabbit-marked moon as a backdrop, adorned with Ratnasambhava on the head, with a moon on the forehead. From JAḤ (Tibetan, Devanagari: जः, Romanized Sanskrit: jaḥ, Literal Chinese: 札) to HŪṂ VAṂ HO (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं वं हो, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ vaṃ ho, Literal Chinese: 吽 旺 霍). Then, begin the recitation. Secondly, the activities during breaks are: circumambulating the painted image, drawing an eight-petaled lotus on the mandala with white pigment, placing a pile of white pigment or white grains in the center. Arrange a white torma and offerings. In front of oneself, place a vajra bell, a container filled with flowers, a conch filled with fragrant water, and a scattering vessel with kusha grass. Instantly, transform oneself into White Tara. In the wide and vast container made of jewels arising from OṂ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ॐ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese: 嗡), the offering water, foot washing water, flowers, incense, light, perfume, food, music, etc., made of divine substances arising from the melting of HŪṂ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese: 吽), are the nature of wisdom, the form of offering, the cause of uncontaminated great bliss, pervading all of the supreme space.
