Thus, Radiant and fluttering. Adorned with countless precious jewels, such as the crown jewel, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, anklets, finger rings, belts, breast ornaments, silk knots, and strings of bells. One's own heart essence, like a flower of a tree, looking downwards, then rises upwards, transforming into the appearance of a blooming red lotus. Inside that, Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡,seed syllable). Exhale a little air. From the nada of Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡,seed syllable), white rays of light emanate. Exit from the right nostril. In the garden of vidyādharas' delight on the southern seashore, invite the goddess Sarasvatī, who resides there, to enter from the left nostril. From the heart, invite the essence of wisdom being, the form of the Sarasvatī wheel, blazing with light. Exit from the right nostril. Instantly go and abide in the sky in front of oneself, and offer with offerings that arise suddenly, filling the sky. Similarly, add: dhūpe, gandhe, naivedye, āloke. Offer with this. Oṃ prīti devi me hrīḥ ṣṭhitiṣṭha hrīḥ (藏文:ཨོཾ་པྲི་ཏི་དེ་ཝཱི་མེ་ཧྲཱིཾཿཥྛི་ཏིཥྛ་ཧྲཱིཾཿ,梵文天城体:ॐ प्रीति देवि मे ह्रीः ष्ठितिष्ठ ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ prīti devi me hrīḥ ṣṭhitiṣṭha hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:嗡,joy, goddess, my, hrīḥ, abide, abide, hrīḥ). Recite softly and inhale. The wheel enters from the left nostril. Dissolves into light and merges into the nada of Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡,seed syllable). From the complete transformation of Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡,seed syllable). The Sarasvatī wheel, an eight-petaled white lotus, extremely blooming, with a green center and reddish-yellow stamens. On top of that, in the center of a stainless moon, is a white Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཾཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:啥,seed syllable) with nada. On the eight petals are two vowel letters each, rotating clockwise. Like a string of white lights. The light of the wheel with the letters pervades all inside and outside the body. Dispels the darkness of ignorance. The light of wisdom, unobstructed in all that is to be known, expands. Recite and meditate in this way. In the sādhana of the Joyful Feet of Sarasvatī, it is permissible to view it as expanding like the four limbs arise, but this is a unique oral instruction. If one prefers brevity, then take refuge and generate bodhicitta, svabhāva, etc., and from emptiness, one's self instantly transforms into the sound goddess Sarasvatī, with a white body, etc., that is sufficient. The recitation is the wheel itself.

It can also be placed in the navel. When reciting the syllable (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཾཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: shě), the syllable (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཾཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: shě) arises from the sound of the syllable (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཾཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: shě) in the center of the wheel, and emerges from the mouth. Together with the blessings of the Tathagatas invited by its rays, it enters from the center of the navel wheel and dissolves into the syllable (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཾཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: shě) in the center of the wheel. It is fine to visualize it as round like a wheel, or hanging like a pearl necklace. Before ending a session, offer the torma as mentioned below, and pray for the wisdom that overcomes all directions, and pray many times. Perform the subsequent activities such as the Hundred Syllable Mantra, bless the three places, and enter the interval between sessions, and also continuously perform the water offering of Jambhala. These are the daily yogas, and thus abide in the diligence of four sessions. It is said that one hundred thousand recitations are offered with uninterrupted speech, and twenty-five thousand recitations are recited, but now it needs to be increased fourfold, so five hundred thousand recitations should be recited. Repeating this three times is fifteen hundred thousand times. Only then can one complete one round of the number of recitations. Second, the ritual with offerings is to have a square platform of one and a half cubits that is very even, or slightly higher in the center, south, and west, and slightly lower in the east and north, smeared with five kinds of cow dung. Draw lines with a boundary marker, draw a central circle with a radius of four fingers, and draw petals with a radius of half a cubit. Then draw eight lotus petals with powder colors or watercolors. Or it can be drawn on cloth or canvas and spread on the platform. Place a butter lamp each in its center and eight petals, or place nine small oil lamps in the center. Or in the center and petals, write letters similar to the heart wheel with a mixture of four equal parts. The mixture of four equal parts is a paste made by mixing sandalwood, musk, saffron, and gorocana. In the center of the mandala, invite a statue like a cast image to reside. If there is none, hanging a thangka behind the mandala can also serve the same purpose. If there are no resources, it is fine even without a painted or embossed statue. Place two white tormas, large and small, in front, and arrange clean and excellent offerings as much as possible, and also arrange a liquor torma. Then dispel obstacles with the Amrita mantra, and perform self-generation and recitation.
